Job Title: Sales Manager (B2B)
Salary £35k (plus commission)
An exciting new position has become available for a Sales Manager to lead a small sales outbound team. You will be working for an outsourcer on behalf of one of their clients.
This role will focus on B2B sales with the main remit to grow and develop the portfolio of accounts. You also need to travel between different sites.
- Responsibility to manage a small team of sales executives
- Working to and achieving individual and team sales targets and KPI’s
- Develop and review the sales strategy for the team
- To provide active coaching and development of the team
We are looking for someone that has previous experience in a B2B sales environment. You will be a dynamic person, with a proven track record in outbound sales. Knowledge of the automotive industry is an advantage. This position would be suitable for a Sales Team Leader or Sales Team Manager who is looking for that next step. You will need to be able to travel between sites on occasions.
