Due to growth, Littlefish is seeking a new Service Account Manager to join our ever growing team!
Reporting to the Customer Services Director the Service Account Manager represents a key role in the organisation. As the face of the company to our customers the Service Account Manager is responsible for customer relationships, the role oversees the delivery of all contracted revenues and the securing of all incremental revenues in line with targets.
What you’ll be getting up to on a day-to-day basis…
As the Service Account Manager, you will be responsible for account management on all allocated customer accounts, securing contracted and incremental revenues from allocated customer accounts, contract renewals on allocated customer accounts, and monthly forecasting.
We are ideally looking for an individual who has experience of managing customers in a similar managed services environment, with a track record of securing incremental revenues, contract renewals and delivering exceptional levels of customer stakeholder satisfaction. If you have prior experience of operating at a senior level and working with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver objectives and also experience of building and managing customer relationships, both corporate and public sector, at executive and senior level, that would be great too!
