About the Team
Serving as a consultant to the client, the AM team will show the value of what's possible through the implementation of the Dialpad product suite.
The AM team will develop and execute on a sales strategy for Dialpads existing customer base. They will be responsible for meeting/exceeding sales and revenue goals and objectives, overall customer relationship management and customer satisfaction. The AM is ultimately responsible for making sure our customers are constantly realizing the value of Dialpad, are aware of all new product releases, and for driving positive outcomes for both the customer and Dialpad.
As a member of the Sales organization, the AM will carry a revenue quota and will report directly to the Director of Account Management.
This role requires 3-5 days every week in our downtown Austin, TX office.
