About the team
Dialpad’s Project Manager will be instrumental in the success and retention of our customers. In this role, you’ll combine your problem solving skills and inherent motivation to help others, to delight and assist our customers from their first call to their last (if there is one)!
Dialpad’s Professional Services team plays an essential role in educating customers on Dialpad products. This team aligns closely with Sales, Customer Success and Support to constantly improve our product deployment and change management process.
Your Role
As a Project Manager, you’ll own Dialpad’s goals in growing the value and adoption of the suite of Dialpad products and services. You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Success and Support to monitor projects to ensure we are meeting customer expectations for delivery. You’ll also help create deployment plans in Smartsheet that allows for accurate and realistic status updates.
This position reports to our Senior Manager, Professional Services and has the opportunity to be based in our Kitchener, Waterloo, ON, Raleigh, NC, Denver, CO or Phoenix, AZ Office.
