About the team

Dialpad’s FP amp;A’s Financial Planning amp; Analysis (FP amp;A) team plays an essential role in forecasting, budgeting, and operational analytics that support Dialpad's business decisions and financial health  This team collaborates closely with all aspects of the business to constantly improve resource allocation to drive Dialpad to continue to grow into a leader in the Contact Center as a Service and Unified Communications as a Service space. 

Your role

As a FP amp;A Lead, you’ll own our monthly reporting cadence. You’ll work closely with our Accounting, People Operations and Data teams to create our monthly and weekly reports.  You’ll also help create our quarterly business review deck that advises our executive staff on key metrics and analytics driving our business. In addition, you’ll help bring our headcount management under a central process as look to advance our headcount forecasting process.

This position reports to our Senior Director of Finance, FP amp;A and has the opportunity to be based in our Buenos Aires Office with preferred working hours of the Austin,Texas time zone (Central Time US).
