One of the UK’s leading and most ambitious housing associations are looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Specialist for their Kent office. The role does involve a mixture of homeworking and office based working.
As Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Service Centre so they are looking for someone with the passion as a Customer Service professional to deliver excellence every time. The purpose of the role is to improve resident experience and overall satisfaction by actively reviewing and auditing contacts to and from the customer service centre. You will be tasked with improving the performance of the customer service centre by carrying out quality monitoring, auditing, trend analysis and identification of areas of service improvements. You will promote and recognise best practice through feedback to Team Leaders and the management team, ensuring the customer experience exceeds expectations whilst meeting all regulatory requirements.
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join a busy, fast paced, customer service centre. Your responsibility as Quality Assurance Specialist will be to support the business by ensuring a high-quality customer service output through evaluation and monitoring of internal controls and communications, resulting in increased Customer Satisfaction.
Ideally you will have a background in Quality Assurance within a Contact Centre Environment along with a proven track record of implementing strategic, quality frameworks in a target driven, focussed, high volume Customer Contact environment. As Quality Assurance Specialist you will be responsible for promoting and recognising best practice of customer service roles through monitoring outputs and implementing reporting mechanisms.
The successful candidate will have:

- The ability to analyse data and convert to meaningful feedback through trend analysis and recommendation reporting.
