Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our accounts receivable team.  The Accounts Receivable Analyst performs a variety of accounts receivable and accounting duties according to established policies and procedures. This position will be required to interact frequently with employees and customers.   Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable: Review and enter customer payments daily and prepare related reports Maintain transactions in both the billing system and accounting system Make weekly contact with customers to collect on past due accounts Prepare various reports to notify management of past due accounts Work with billing and account management teams to address customer questions Research and escalate concerns around a customer’s account or billing Calculate and record journal entries in accounting system Prepare and maintain reports and deliverable associated with priority accounts Audit: Assists the accounting team and Controller in pulling audit documentation Processes: Create, propose, and implement policies and procedures Work within available systems to create automation and efficiency improvements Leadership: Have a sense of leadership and professionalism while interacting with coworkers and customers Ability to multitask while also consistently meeting deadlines Takes initiative to get things done Performs other tasks as assigned Ability to take on projects as needed Skills and Qualification: Ability to learn and understand Netsuite and Vselect Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook Ability to work independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Has an innovative and proactive mindset Strong organizational skills and ability to pay close attention to details Ability to rearrange priorities on a regular basis Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Education Requirements: High School Diploma required; college education preferred Must have previous experience with excel; moderate to advanced level user Background in accounts receivable is preferred Source: https://recruitingbypaycor.com/career/JobIntroduction.action?clientId=8a7883d066c7d86d0166cb232b2825ff&id=8a78839e85eb5036018604d3531a40c8&source=&lang=en
