About you
Telnyx is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own the marketing strategy for our suite of Storage products with purpose to drive our growth in AMER and EMEA markets. Those that are self-motivated, willing to experiment, and thrive working with a team in a fast-paced environment are best suited for this role.
The opportunity
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this individual will be an integral part of our next phase of growth. You’ll work closely with a team of Product Marketing Managers, Product Managers and Engineers to develop a deep understanding of our products and partner with the Global Sales organization to understand our target customers and their needs. You will help Telnyx achieve our business goals by developing value propositions and messaging that illustrate our value to target audiences and will execute global Go-To-Market (GTM) programs and measure their success.
Own messaging and value proposition development of Telnyx products: Programmable Voice, Wireless & Storage.
Drive alignment between sales, marketing and product on roadmap, GTM strategies, sales enablement, pricing initiatives and product positioning
Act as content provider to support product launches including go-to-market campaigns, customer presentations and sales training materials, and also act as a subject matter expert on new solutions
Become the expert on our customers and their use cases - understand buying criteria, buyer journeys (upsell and new customers) and build marketing strategies to influence buying decisions at every stage of the funnel.
Work with the field to gather competitive insights and identify opportunities for new markets and product features. Socialize across Telnyx to develop strategies and features to advance our market position.
Work with our Content and Design teams to build a content engine for Storage Products - including the creation of blog posts, videos, live webinars, whitepapers, presentations, etc. to fuel lead generation, sales and marketing success.
Work with our Demand Generation and Paid Marketing teams to develop paid and organic channel strategies, ABM strategies and partner with our Paid Marketing team to drive high quality lead generation and conversion.
Own performance metrics for your products and Marketing campaigns that ensure consistent achievement of business goals - communicate the effectiveness of your team's campaigns to senior management.
Who we’re looking for
You have 3+ years of product marketing experience in a B2B marketing organization.
You have experience working cross-functionally and within Marketing organizations to drive alignment, consensus and execution of Marketing programs. You can project manage stakeholders and meet deadlines.
You have experience developing & executing global go-to-market strategies, ABM programs, product positioning and value propositions, pricing initiatives, sales and marketing collateral, and sales training materials, demonstrated through new product and feature launches.
Ability to view a business end-to-end, across marketing, sales, product and customer success organizations.
You have a passion for technology and have the ability to clearly articulate solutions from a business and customer perspective.
Ability to influence without authority, collaborate effectively and work with global distributed teams.
You're results-driven: you want to show the impact that you’re driving, and you're passionate about demonstrating that value to everyone who sees your work. You’ve used metrics and analysis to make informed business decisions.
Bonus points for
Experience working in a fast-moving, technology-driven SaaS, VoIP or Telecom company with a record of delivering tangible business results.
