Duties include those described for customer service representative but require stronger work experience for each function. Additional duties may include proactive communication with customers and client via telephone, e-mail, or regular mail; managing database records; drafting status reports on customer service issues; and supervising staff.
We are in the business of facilitating important audio and video conference calls for customers all over the world. There is no such thing as a typical day, as our work flow is heavily influenced by what is going on in the world and in our nation.
As a Conference Coordinator, you will work in a dynamic, professional environment with responsibilities that include:
Communicating directly with small, medium and enterprise level business and government agency customers
Accepting and establishing conference call reservation
Greeting and/or placing meeting attendees in the appropriate conferences
Facilitating video conferences for our customers world wide
