Philippines-based Contact Center/BPO Managers/Directors:
Customer Support Asia LLC is a start-up firm that helps US companies transition services to BPOs in the Philippines. The firm will launch in October, and expects its initial projects by the end of the year.
We will need occasional expertise from two Filipino advisors. Ideally, one will have an operations background, and the other will have more of a sales background. When we contact you, we will pay you a negotiated rate for each hour of consultation on a contract basis.
Since pay will be infrequent, a key benefit of this occasional contract role will be the prestige it may add to your career profile. Your photo and brief bio will appear on our "Consultant" webpage. We will not show the name of your employer on our website, as we assume that you will be working full-time for a BPO firm. We will ask you only occasionally for expert advice on specific topics about BPO/contact center operations, processes, staffing, systems, service pricing, and so forth. In each such case, a phone call or video session will be used. Any call will be scheduled in advance, at a convenient time.
If you have interest, please ensure that your letter and/or resume describes your Contact Center or BPO management experience. We prefer managers or directors with at least 10 years experience.
