Job Title: Complaints Handler
Job Location: Midlands
Salary – up to 25K
This role is with an exciting and diverse company within a high growth and competitive market sector. The post-holder will play a pivotal role in the resolution of escalated customer complaints and ultimately the on-going success of the complaints operation, effectively delivering robust and compliant service success.
Some of the responsibilities will include:
- Identify root cause of complaints
- Support continuous improvement by feeding back trends / observations and identifying emerging risks
- Take appropriate steps to maintain and adhere to quality standards and processes
- Take ownership and carry out full investigation and resolution of issues through listening probing and analysing complaints to determine the underlying needs of the customer.
- Ensure adherence to internal complaints procedure and that appropriate complaint records are completed and maintained
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, with a professional and ethical approach to delivering targets. Individuals who can demonstrate success within a target driven capacity, with first-hand experience within a regulated environment may have an advantage.
