General Overview of position
Member of the Cyber Services Leadership Team working closely with the Cyber Services Director and alongside the SOC Manager
Input into the Cyber Services strategy
Responsibility and ownership of the Critical Hour Framework (IR planning)
Responsibility and ownership of Incident Response processes
Responsibility and ownership of CSOC processes
Onboarding of new customers into the Littlefish Security Operations Centre
Responsibility and ownership for the onboarding process
Responsibility for Customer engagement
Responsibility for working with Customer stakeholders to define the Critical Hour Framework
Responsibility for delivering Customer compliance reporting
Responsibility for the delivery of Vulnerability Management Services
Responsibility for the delivery of User Education and Awareness Services
Responsibility for the delivery of Threat hunting and Threat Intelligence Services
Responsibility for and Line Management of the Incident Response Lead (currently 1 x FTE but an expanding team)
Incident Response Management
Threat Intelligence Services
Responsibility for and Line Management of the Cyber Service Engineering resource (currently 1 x FTE but an expanding team)
Delivering Engineering Support
SIEM Tool Ownership
Vulnerability Management Services
