This role is Full-time, with  2 week mandatory training onsite at our Holland Headquarters, then can be worked remote.    Available Shifts: 4p-12a off F, Sa4p-12a off Su, M12p-8p off F, Sa12p-8p off Su, Th10a-6p off F, Sa10a-6p off Su, Th8a-4p off Su, M8a-4p off W, Sa   As a Tier One Agent with Velocity, expect to: Answer customer calls in a prompt and professional manner. Create or update a ticket for every call received. Analyze problems with customer equipment in a very rapid manner Correctly escalate tickets to appropriate team(s) to resolve issue Provide accurate and timely notes of all procedures performed while attempting  ​to resolve the issue. Perform additional technical tasks with minimum supervision. Support onsite Velocity Technicians to perform professional installations of our products and services at customer locations. Ensure configurations are tested and working Ensure that ticketing system is updated properly with proper notes.
