Job Description:
Velocity is seeking to hire a Customer Success Disconnect Admin. The Customer Success Disconnect Admin supports the Customer Success team by performing a variety of administrative and customer service disconnect tasks. This role will work with various Customer Success Managers and other internal teams with a focus on serving our external customers. This role is fully remote, working 9am-5:30pm EST Monday-Friday or on-site dependent on location.   Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and track all disconnect activities for designated Clients Submit disconnects with incumbent providers Follow up on all open disconnects monthly Send out equipment return information for the incumbent services to the Client Confirm/Track hardware returns Confirm the disconnect information with the Partner/Client Other Duties as assigned by Leadership   Qualifications, Experience and Education: Minimum requirements: High school diploma 1+ years’ related experience. Previous telecom/IT experience preferred but not required.  Strong customer service experience that showcases a professional, patient, and courteous approach to working with customers, visitors, and other team members. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment   Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Proficient in MS Office applications with specific emphasis on Excel and Outlook • Ability to learn and understand custom software systems/portals and other online tools Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail  Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and analytical ability to problem solve Self-starter and can work well independently as well as with others on a team  Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects with a sense of urgency Ability to work within various software portals   Source: https://recruitingbypaycor.com/career/JobIntroduction.action?clientId=8a7883d066c7d86d0166cb232b2825ff&id=8a78859f8eee9491018f00af364d27fc&source=&lang=en
