As the Service Management Data Analyst you will report into Service Management Lead. The main responsibilities for the Service Management Data Analyst will be to gather and analyse data to support the Service Management Office in the successful delivery of the service reporting function for the SMO and all in scope organisations. You will also introduce efficiencies and improvements to the capability of the reporting practice through automation and data analytics. ​ Other main duties will include-   Deliver accurate, timely and informative Service Management Reports to internal and external customers. Provide an expert data analysis service to Service Management Process Owners and Managers in support of internal and client demands. Work with internal and external development teams to enhance usage of available data to provide more efficient business insight. Produce and act upon management information, including SLA performance, KPIs and reports to continually improve service quality. Publish and maintain process documentation on standard working processes and practices in workflow diagrams and knowledge base articles. Work with the Service Desk Team Leaders and Pod Primaries to ensure a quality Knowledge generation and review process is maintained.
