About the Team
Dialpad’s Talent Acquisition team drives global talent expansion that creates new organizational capabilities through meaningful and delightful experiences with all talent. We build high caliber, diverse teams by continually attracting top talent quarter after quarter.
Your Role
As the first Talent Acquisition Partner in the Philippines, you’ll help scale our APAC teams by managing and supporting full lifecycle recruiting for some of our go-to-market departments including sales, customer success/support, professional services, and marketing. You’ll also have the opportunity to flex into supporting additional non-GTM organizations within the company.
You’ll build talent pipelines and drive a process that delivers exceptional talent that brings an entrepreneurial spirit, work ethic and a diversity of thought in how they work.
This position reports directly to the Head of Global GTM Recruiting and will be based in our Philippines hub location. This role will require up to 4-5 hours per week of overlap with US working hours.
