At Upstream Works, we provide software technology for customer care in the rapidly changing social, mobile and multichannel world of the contact center. We are growing, and we are looking for a Regional Sales Director for the US Western region that will be a key contributor to the overall business.                                          

The Regional Sales Director (RSD) is the heartbeat of our organization across the Western US Territory, establishing and fostering relationships with our partners to build new business. The RSD will work with partners who have recently launched our solutions to ensure customer engagement, drive customer adoption and satisfaction.  

So, how do you know you’re our new Regional Sales Director? At the risk of stating the obvious, you have a strong background in the contact center industry.  Beyond that, you are a hunter and  know how to close sales, and how to build relationships with partners and customers alike.

During COVID-19, all of our staff are working remotely. We offer flexible working conditions and all of our roles are open to candidates in the U.S. and Canada. Candidates for internal roles must be willing to work during business hours in Eastern Time (ET). Candidates for external, customer facing roles must be willing to work in Pacific Time (PT), Central Time (CT) and Eastern Time (ET), depending on current projects and the time zones they require.
