The Role Telnyx’s vision is to democratize access to the telephony network and one of the ways we envision doing this is by building a world class self-serve experience. This goal of the self-serve initiative is to empower end-users to find, evaluate, and adopt the product on their own. The Product Manager Self Serve will be the owner of this critical priority. This role reports to the SVP, Self Serve and will partner closely with other PMs in the organization. In this role you will: Set the tone Drive the strategy for our Self-Serve funnel starting with the sign-up experience, user activation and eventual adoption of the platform.  Drive initiatives for  expansion and retention within the Self-Serve install base Optimize the user experience of our signup flow to increase conversion and reduce churn Dive into the weeds Work with product and engineering teams to plan, build and test Self-Serve features and functionality for existing suite of products Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to evangelize the self-serve aspects of the product and build nurture campaigns that optimize for conversion on the platform Partner closely with Designers to build a user experience that is intuitive, frictionless and then enables both speed and accuracy. Work with our support team to identify common friction points for users and drive improvements into the roadmap. Partner with the developer relations team on events, content and community activities that serve the self-serve audience Build for scale Review funnel performance and translate insights into product requirements Develop automated dashboards enabling us to monitor the health of the Self-Serve business Build alerting systems that help us identify self-serve organizations with growth opportunity and/or churn risk Analyze product data & conduct user and market research to better understand user needs and the competitive landscape Drive a process to ensure that the user documentation is accurate and intuitive as we add new products/features Champion influencers and users on the platform who can amplify the value of the platform Who we’re looking for  5+ years of Product Management experience working with software teams in an agile environment Someone with experience in product-led and self-serve businesses Experience conducting funnel analyses using tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude Ability to communicate effectively and with confidence to multiple stakeholders about priorities and progress Someone who has the aptitude to navigate uncharted waters and who has demonstrated success in thriving in ambiguity and creating structure, focus and impact Bonus points  If you have been an entrepreneur yourself and have built a self-serve product  Experience with cloud, APIs, telecommunications. #LI-PS1 How we work Telnyx is a diverse, inclusive organization focused on solving problems, building intelligently, and documenting our logic.
