Dialpad’s Business Technology team plays an essential role in providing top-notch creative solutions to help our employees be productive and successful from anywhere. In this role, you’ll help support the critical infrastructure, systems, and processes that Dialpad needs to stay agile and scalable for the future.

Your role

As a Senior Solutions Architect for our Business Technology Team you will be responsible for the technology and services that support our Sales Representatives worldwide. Dialpad is looking for an adaptable, high performing, motivated and self-reliant individual who has direct experience in designing world-class architecture for Enterprise Applications not limited to CRM, Finance, Billing and Data Analytics tools, and Salesforce.com application processes end to end including CPQ amp; other Sales support tools. 

This position reports to our Manager, CRM Solutions and has the opportunity to be based in our Bengaluru, India office. 

What you’ll do:

• Understand, gather, review, analyze, validate, and evaluate to design world-class solutions for story mapped business processes/systems and user requirements in coordination with the business, technology, and software engineering
• Translate product roadmap features into well-architected solutions for product requirements, including business value and expected outcomes/acceptance criteria.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders in the Sales, Customer Ops, Professional Services, Channel amp; Partner Success and Business Operations teams of Dialpad.
• Work in an agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refine priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
• Provide counsel and advice to top management/stakeholders on significant matters, often requiring coordination between different business teams and systems.
• Proactively resolve upstream dependencies and resolve conflict effectively across the enterprise systems.
• Effectively communicate the architect team’s goals and accomplishments to peers and leadership showing the value the scalable architecture is bringing to the business

Skills you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business, computer science, engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of work experience as an IT Architect or Salesforce  Solution Architect.
• Salesforce Technical Architect Certification, Systems Architect amp; CPQ Specialist preferred
• Experience working in subscription-based SAAS business domain with CPQ expertise.
• Provide strategy for technical architecture to guide on Enterprise-level SFDC projects
• Experience in delivery of end-to-end scalable Salesforce Solution implementations.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Google/Microsoft Office Suite amp; working knowledge of software development life cycle.
• Strong communication, analytical, project management skills - JIRA amp; Confluence.
