About The Role
Dialpad is looking for a People Operations Coordinator to help us support amp; scale our organization in all aspects of the employee experience, including HR operations, Recruiting, benefit administration, policy development, HR systems and compliance. We are seeking someone who has a passion for getting things done, takes ownership, has great attention to detail, and is committed to being a valuable resource to employees throughout our growing organization. This role is a high-touch, employee-centric role that will provide an incredible opportunity for growth, experience and visibility to all areas of human resources. This role will report to the Manager, HR Operations.
