People Manager (EXT05)
Purpose of the role and context
Create end to end people strategy to proactively assess needs and implement strategic and tactical solutions in a changing environment
Be responsible for creation and implementation of HR activities, policies, procedures and processes that enhance our culture and are people centric.
Ownership of the end to end on boarding process to include recruitment and induction training
Encourage, maintain and develop working relationships with key stakeholders e.g. Campaign / Operation Managers, Team Managers, Business Support
Support the management team in dealing with everyday HR Queries and ensure that all people mangers are supported delivering difficult messages and following all policies through to resolution.
Manage the Recruitment Function and liaise with Planning to ensure effective and proactive planning of headcount requirements.
Generate innovative Human Resources initiatives in response to the employee survey results to achieve optimal employee engagement levels.
Design, Develop and implement Human Resources Best Practices and roll out any new policies, procedures and initiatives.
Develop and maintain a master HR database with all current and relevant employee information with the ability to provide reporting capability.
Manage all agent and Team Leader induction activities to ensure buy in and engagement achieved.
Work with planning on all training requests from the client and ensure 100% completion within the specified timelines
Co-ordinate and support training and development plans for all people managers across the business.
Take full ownership for implementing the companies CSR strategy on an annual basis.
Provide the company with recommendations on employee benefits and relevant information for salary benchmarking in line with budget.
Ongoing review and implementation of the company’s health and safety statement
Be a Communications Champion on site and support the continued development of Eishtec’s local intranet.
Ensure all Policies and procedures are in line with current legislative requirements in the ROI.

Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in HR (or related subject) and ideally CIPD qualified
Approx. 5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role, at least 2years at management level
Recruitment experience essential
Proven track record of managing/delivering HR initiatives
Superb attention to detail essential
