Job Title Team Manager (Contact Centre – Outbound)
Salary: £28k to £32k
We have a great opportunity for an established leader to manage a team of 10 people. Our client is within the entertainment industry and is a very innovative and creative organisation with plenty of room to grow.
The remit for this role is to ensure the day to day running of the team, along with training, coaching and mentoring of the team.
Some of the duties will include:
- To manage to performance and behaviours of the team
- Ensure targets are met weekly, monthly, quarterly.
- To actively manage the floor
- To ensure individual and team KPI’s are met
- Promote new incentives
- Manage performance in real time
- Work to service compliance paperwork
My client is looking for someone that has exceptional leadership skills and used to working with a fast-paced environment. This would suit someone that is driven and focused in achieving targets and developing a successful team.
