About the team

You will be part of a global IT support team that plays a key role in delivering IT services for the Dialpad family of employees across the world. 

This position reports to our Director of IT, and has the opportunity to be based in our Vicente López Office, Buenos Aires. This role will require in-office weekly presence.

About Your role: 

  • Deliver best in class user support, quick and efficient resolutions to requests and incidents. 
  • Be focused on improving operational efficiency on all levels and at all locations
  • Analyze IT requirements and provide objective advice on the use of IT systems
  • Assist with information security, physical security controls, and device security protocols
  • Ensure proper hygiene of system accounts and licenses
  • Responsible for tracking, managing, and supporting IT assets
  • Research, install and configure new equipment and software
  • Managing inventory of equipment, consumables and other supplies
  • Network Administration and troubleshooting with employees at home and office
  • Support and implementation of AV equipment, conference rooms, and meetings
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues via phone, web, and in-person channels
  • Must have experience working with and managing MacOS, and Windows devices

Skills you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

What You'll Do

This is a great opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team of QA Engineers and contribute to establishing a Test Center of Excellence at Dialpad, whose goal is to provide QA know-how and the Test frameworks for the organization and manage test environments, test data, and test environment virtualization.

What you will achieve

In your first 30 days: 

  • Work with your team and the QA Manager to build an understanding of the product portfolio, the business workflows in the product, and the release cadence 
  • Work closely with your manager to understand the vision, challenges, and opportunities ahead. 
  • You will own, participate, and contribute towards a part of the functional and system regression test activities for the Mobile iOS Client Product portfolio
  • You will build an understanding of existing internal automation tools and frameworks.
  • By the end of your first month, you’ll understand the team structure, the stakeholders, and the product architecture.

In your first 60 days: 

  • You will start developing a deeper understanding of Product Features and terminology.
  • At a broader level, You will understand the goals and challenges of the QA team

  • Maintain a deep grasp of our solutions and speak with customers about the most meaningful features/functionality for their specific business needs.
  • Manage customer escalations with urgency by documenting open issues, facilitating regular status meetings and working cross-functionally to resolution.

Skills you’ll bring  

  • Minimum 2-5 years experience working at a SaaS company
  • Experience working with and general knowledge of Telecommunications and Contact Center space preferred
  • Experience and comfort interacting with and influencing C-level executives
  • Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to track numerous details and prioritize appropriately

Telnyx is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own the marketing strategy for our suite of Storage products with purpose to drive our growth in AMER and EMEA markets. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this individual will be an integral part of our next phase of growth.   • You have 3+ years of product marketing experience in a B2B marketing organization.

  • Manage customer escalations with urgency by documenting open issues, facilitating regular status meetings and working cross-functionally to resolution.

Skills you’ll bring  

  • Minimum 2-5 years experience working at a SaaS company
  • Experience working with and general knowledge of Telecommunications and Contact Center space preferred
  • Experience and comfort interacting with and influencing C-level executives
  • Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, and written communication skills

This remote position reports to our Vice President of Solution Consulting with preferred working hours set as US core hours 8am - 5pm Pacific Time

What you’ll do 

  • Own product demonstrations and deliver high touch proof of concepts
  • Learn the many technical tools the Sales Engineering team uses to test network environments
  • Complete a Sales Engineering Demo Certification
  • Partner with the SMB Sales team throughout the entire sales process

Skills you’ll bring

  • 2-3 years customer-facing experience working as either as Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Solutions Consultant or similar roles
  • A technical curiosity and an excitement about delivering a technology solution that makes work better.

The team

Skills you’ll bring

  • 1-3+ years of relevant managerial experience
  • 5+ years of industry experience
  • Experience in onboarding, VoIP, cloud based communications
  • Customer focused and demonstrable passion about customer experience
  • Exceptional English fluency and excellent written, verbal, and listening communications skills with a professional (even dynamic) presence, presentation and public speaking skills
  • Proven cross functional leader with proven track record of collaboration, prioritization, and workload management

  • Perform campaign data analysis to understand the impact amp; ROI associated with each campaign to aid in the development of future strategies
  • Own day-to-day campaign management: budgeting, building and expanding of campaigns, ad copy writing, landing page testing, bid management, audience building, keyword management, etc.
  • Work with cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of analytics projects amp; initiatives
  • Generate reports, documentation, and insights as part of the analysis process
  • Leverage story-telling skills to deliver insights that are clear, concise, and actionable
  • Work with leadership to update forecasts, provide seasonality estimates, and report out on daily goals
  • Work with Creative and Web-development teams to create high performing on-brand copy, landing pages, and other necessary marketing materials
  • Attend weekly meetings and provide performance insight to various stakeholders and updates on initiatives
  • Work in tools such as Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Salesforce, Domo, Google Sheets, Linkedin. 

Skills you’ll bring

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience planning and executing large-scale SEM campaigns 
  • Deep understanding of Google and Bing’s bidding algorithms to meet budget and performance goals
  • Hybrid of B2B and consumer experience preferred
  • Master with Excel and Google Sheets to create and maintain dashboards and provide ad hoc analysis. Comfortable with sumifs ,countifs, vlookup, pivot tablets, etc.
  • Solid understanding of multiple digital channels and how they work together (SEM, SEO, CRO, Social, Display, etc.)
  • Ability to combine large amounts of disparate data sets into a single cohesive report
  • Track record of experience delivering against marketing targets
  • Ad tech product knowledge (Google Analytics, Adobe, Salesforce, etc)
  • Experience collaborating with larger marketing teams, business operations, international teams, product teams, sales teams, etc.
  • Ability to provide performance updates to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Google Adwords/Bing Ads certification not required, but a plus
  • Team player with a sincere drive to discover and share insights to the larger team

Dialpad’s SEO Outreach Specialist will grow Dialpad’s website backlink profile and maximize the traffic potential of Dialpad’s content. In this role, you’ll use your experience in growing the backlink profile of a website (with white-hat tactics, of course) to help the website grow in domain authority and become a leader in our space.

Dialpad’s Content amp; SEO team plays an essential role in driving not only traffic, but also leads and revenue. This team collaborates closely with Design, Product Marketing, and our Web Dev team to constantly improve our website experience while driving revenue.

Your role

As a  SEO Outreach Specialist, you’ll own backlink and relationship building with existing and new partners. You’ll work closely with our Global SEO Manager and Technical SEO Manager to insert links into posts, build relationships, and acquire backlinks. Candidates should be highly proficient in English.

This position reports to our Global SEO Manager and has the opportunity to be based in our Manila Office. 

What you’ll do

  • Work closely with the Global SEO Manager to increase Dialpad’s search visibility
  • Take ownership of existing partnerships
  • Vet new opportunities
  • Plan new link building initiatives and projects
  • Perform competitor research to identify opportunities
  • Edit content for off-site opportunities and partnerships
  • Launch backlink campaigns
  • Report on link building metrics and ROI
  • Identify ways to make our content more link-worthy
  • Conduct regular audits of our backlink profile

Skills you’ll bring 

  • 2+ years of experience building links and doing outreach
  • ​​Firm knowledge of SEO, especially regarding link building best practices
  • Experience with different types of link building tactics
  • Excellent written communication skills. In addition to writing emails, you may be asked to write meta tags, content outlines, or even long-form content (if you’d like).
  • Experience with building links for different locations (US, UK, DE, FR, etc.)
  • Skilled in outreach, relationship building, competitor analysis, and backlink profile analysis
  • Ability to analyze, report on, and optimize link building efforts
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate a “Do the Right Thing” attitude
  • A willingness to roll up your sleeves and get work done
  • Experience using SEO tools like Ahrefs, Google Search Console, etc.
