This is a great opportunity to lead a dynamic team of QA Engineers and contribute to establishing a Test Center of Excellence at Dialpad, whose goal is to provide QA know-how and Test frameworks for the organization, and manage test environments, test data, and test environment virtualization.

What you will achieve

In your first 30 days: 

  • Work with your team and the Director of Quality to build an understanding of the product portfolio, the business workflows in the product, and the release cadence 
  • Work closely with the Director of Quality to understand the vision, challenges, and opportunities for the System Test Team 
  • You will own the System Test Engineering portfolio and contribute to the organization of the functional and system regression test activities 
  • You will build an understanding of existing internal Regression and Functional Test suites.
  • By the end of your first month, you’ll understand the System Test team structure, the stakeholders, and the product architecture

In your first 60 days: 

  • You will start developing a deeper understanding of Product Features and terminology.
  • At a broader level, You will understand the stakeholder expectations goals, and challenges of the System test team
  • You will work closely with the automation team towards identifying areas that could be enhanced with automation
  • You will own specialised areas in automated Test execution and will be equipped to provide solutions to enhance the regression / functional testing activities.
  • By the end of your first 60 days, you will have gained the familiarity of working with the product, along with the business workflows or the Product, and be able to provide value and will be able to identify opportunities for enhancing the functional and regression test activities

By 90 days: 

  • You will contribute towards the functional test activities with newer workflows and will be actively driving the upkeep and test script maintenance actions 
  • You will be in the process of owning up to the Overall Functional and System Test program responsibilities and will be equipped to guide the areas of improvement
  • You would be comfortable participating in the enhancement initiatives for our test automation tools and frameworks  
  • You will start delivering results towards current and future QA organisation level OKRs

Who you are 

As the QA manager, you will be responsible to lead, mentor and expand the Dialpad System and Functional Test team in Bangalore. You will also be responsible for influencing the Automated testing capability and the technical execution of the QA roadmap of your team, working on high-impact technical problems. You will also help improve the QA processes, and develop and enforce best practices to enable the team to build scalable, robust amp; reliable Test solutions

You will need to work closely with the Director of Quality to prioritize test automation solutions for both product engineering and the feature roadmap of the company. You are expected to be confident in your ability to share your knowledge with others and are very comfortable working across geographies. 

Our ideal candidate would have between 14 to 16 years of qualitative work experience and would be expected to have hands-on expertise in building Systems and Functional test solutions. We expect the candidate to have a proven ability to direct and improve quality programs, reducing escape defects and improving overall efficiency and productivity. Highly adept at developing and implementing test strategies, operational procedures, and quality methodologies to support the development and release of Dialpad Product apps. Excellent personal and communication skills. Prior experience with VoIP, Video, OTT, and Telecommunication Systems is a plus.

The role:


Littlefish is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join us in Nottingham.

Our Infrastructure engineers have a background across multiple technologies with experience in resolving back-end infrastructure issues.

They’ll be comfortable working on their own in resolving client issues, including communicating with non-technical staff in the company and clients. Clear thinking in how we investigate and resolve incidents will be critical, we expect our engineers to demonstrate clear evidence-based thinking.

Whilst the majority of the work will be resolving inbound technical issues, some of these may be complex or sensitive and need special handling. The infrastructure engineers will also from time to time be engaged in major incidents for their clients, however will have the support of Senior Infrastructure Engineers where required.

Outside of incident resolution, we also expect our engineers to carry out non-standard work requests, changes, assist other engineers in issues that they’re struggling with and participate in continuous improvement activities


What you’ll be getting up to on a day-to-day basis:



  • Provide proactive 3rd line support for the technology within Littlefish support remit.

  • Where you have the skills, you may be asked to support additional technologies such as storage, networks or citrix etc

  • Act as a technical escalation for the internal technical teams. Work with Service Managers and Team Leaders on escalated issues

  • Provide technical expertise and resource to projects and transitions

  • Monitor and progress incidents, changes and requests assigned

  • Maintain service levels across the team

  • Provide support, coaching and mentoring to other team members in your areas of expertise.

  • Play and active role in operational acceptance, defining standards processes and procedures.

  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles around core internal and customer technologies



What will ensure your CV stands out from the crowd?



  • Minimum two years minimum experience in a similar role

  • Proven experience with Azure/AWS in an enterprise environment.

  • One of the following: MCSE, VCP, CCA, CCNA or relevant experience

  • Substantial experience maintaining Windows server infrastructure

  • Working with service management tools to manage changes, incidents, problems and requests

  • MS platforms such as AD, SCCM, Azure, O365, and windows networking.

  • Switches and firewalls, backup technologies, SaaS, PaaS

What you will achieve

In your first 30 days: 

  • Understand the data landscape at Dialpad.
  • Partner primarily with Finance teams to define analytics requirements.

The team

This role will oversee existing and run new programs for our existing customer base, deepening their engagement to achieve a baseline of usage + activation. What you will achieve

The Campaign Manager, Expansion will be accountable for hitting product lead growth goals by building programs, working across marketing teams to execute, and successfully delivering campaign responses to teams like Sales and CX for follow up. We need someone who has proven experience in developing and delivering multiple successful lead generation campaigns in a SaaS B2B environment. This role will have a variety of channels at their disposal and should be comfortable acting as a leader on different types of initiatives. Responsibilities:

  • Scope, design, and execute marketing programs that grow customer lifetime value and drive incremental revenue within our Install Base

The team

You will contribute to our global Sales team by acquiring new customers, uncovering market opportunities, and getting the market talking about Dialpad! What you will achieve

Our channel managers are instrumental in growing company revenue so you’ll be working closely with partners and our sales team to source new business opportunities and achieve revenue goals.

  • You’ll attend Base Camp, Dialpad’s extensive onboarding and training program to get you up to speed on all things Dialpad and the UCaaS/CCaaS industry
  • You’ll become certified in Dialpad presentations and product demonstrations.
  • You’ll work closely with your manager, and your aligned inside Channel team to build out a business plan to nurture and grow your designated territory.
  • You’ll spend time with our Channel Marketing team to understand what resources are available to use both internally and externally to support your channel partners.

 Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of a Dialpad deployment. 
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope.

The role:

What you will achieve

  • You’ll become an expert with the current integration and troubleshoot any issues and fix any integration gaps for the existing integrations.
  • You’ll collaborate on data extraction, validation, integration, and analysis requirements
  • By the end of your first month, you’ll understand where to go to find the right data to answer a question. You’ll be persistent in ensuring data quality and resourceful in getting data that is not immediately available
  • Troubleshooting and providing the Root Cause Analysis of the issues.

In your first 60 days: 

  • You’ll create and implement effective, timely, scalable Boomi integration solutions, integrating data from multiple systems ensuring quality and reliability of data
  • You’ll provide the data from destination systems to BQ  for the reporting teams to make use of the data.
  • You’ll be able to provide recommendations for processes and system configurations that provides performance improvements and reduction in the SLA’s of the existing integration solution.

By 90 days: 

  • You’ll be our go-to expert for all Integration processes , sources, destinations , business logic and data.
  • You’ll be able to provide the organization with ongoing issues and solutions to have the fix implemented and unit test with all  possible scenarios.
  • You’ll recommend process changes that can drive increased performance. 

Who you are

A good knowledge and working experience on Boomi with Netsuite, Salesforce and Google Pub/Sub and other SAAS based applications as source systems and  destination systems. Have a good knowledge of the Boomi SDLC . Good handle on Boomi deployments and version control.  Expert in JSON, XML, CSV, EDI schemas. Good knowledge on java/groovy scripts. Ability to troubleshoot production issues and provide the root cause analysis of the issues. 

Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with different team members in order to gather the requirements and ability to convert it to technical documents and develop the Boomi processes to successfully pass the acceptance criteria.Unit test different scenarios and prepare documentation for the same. Reconcile the data in case of errors and issues.

Our Sys admins are client aligned and have a generalist EUC admin background.

As a System Administrator, your core function in the role will be general AD system administration, management of SCCM or Intune, application deployment, build management.

You will also be required to work with customers to facilitate user acceptance testing.

Clear thinking in how we investigate and resolve incidents will be critical, we expect our engineers to demonstrate clear evidence based thinking.

Outside of incident resolution, we also expect our engineers to carry out requests, changes, assist other engineers in issues that they’re struggling with and participate in continuous improvement activities

Main duties and responsibilities

To include:

·Provide proactive 3rd line management of clients EUC estates

·Review and action requests for application deployment, (where necessary, discover, document, and collate all relevant information to complete)

·Validate existing packages and import into SCCM / Intune, deploying the package and performing testing.

·Deploying applications using SCCM / Intune, testing install and uninstall

·Perform further application testing to ensure it works with Windows 10

·Liaise with testers, UAT groups as necessary to test applications
