About the team 

Instrumental in the success and retention of Dialpad customers, our Customer Success teams are the backbone of our company.  The CS organization is responsible for delivering the absolute highest levels of satisfaction and success in the deployment and overall customer journey phases. Using your problem-solving skills and inherent motivation to help others, you will delight and assist our customers from their first call to their last (if there is one!)

What you’ll do 

  • Lead all post-sales activities for Dialpad’s customers through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, planning, and execution.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within Dialpad. As the owner of the customer relationship, the Customer Success Advocate is expected to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering and Data Science to ensure consistent and strong customer message is embedded in everything we do.
  • Develop a positive, trusted relationship with your customers by providing value throughout the customer partnership.
  • Retain long-term partnerships with customers by independently renewing successful customers.
  • Establish and oversee the customer's adoption, training, and development of best practices to continually drive incremental value and return on the customer's investment.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our solutions and speak with customers about the most meaningful features/functionality for their specific business needs.
  • Manage customer escalations by documenting open issues, facilitating regular status meetings and working cross-functionally to resolution.
  • Track accounts to identify churn risks and work proactively to mitigate those risks.

Skills you’ll bring

  • 1-5 years of experience in Customer Success

About The Role

You should have a proven track history of excellent customer support. You will also be required to learn and understand our product and services inside and out, which will require a degree of curiosity and technical understanding.

Responsibilities and Technical Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in customer support (additional work experience in a technical field is preferred)

Your role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Design team, focused on enhancing the Design Systems team operations and efficiency. The Role

You also ensure that network operations are safe and efficient by monitoring network performance, coordinating planned maintenance, adjusting hardware components and responding to network connectivity issues. In This Role You Will 

 
  • Deploy and support our global production and corporate network including edge, backbone and data center infrastructure.
  • Work cross-functionally with project management, network engineering to generate implementation plans.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance (Remote and/or on-site) during deployment activities in our data centers and POPs.
  • Calculate and document equipment power/space requirements and consumption for multiple PoP sites. Work with Colocation Vendors, local Engineering, Facilities Operations, to meet these requirements.
  • Perform fault isolation and trouble resolution on network hardware, software, and circuits.
  • Schedule and perform network maintenance including repairs, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Maintain asset database for installed network gear and work with Logistics on vendor RMAs.
  • Maintain technical and training documentation, develop automation and tooling as needed.
  • Participate in on call activities and follow escalation process to support the infrastructure 24/7.
  • Proactively contribute to documentation, automation and processes improvement.

 

 You May Be Fit For This Role If You Have

 
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting IP routing/switching technologies and protocols including TCP/IP, BGP, ISIS, OSPF, MPLS, RSVP, and VRRP in a dual-stack IPv4/6 environment.
  • Experience coordinating and executing hardware installation and configuration.
  • Working knowledge of fiber-optic communications technology.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise and carrier class routing, switching, and optical transport platforms.
  • Knowledge of data center design and operational best practices.
  • Experience with Linux OS/networking.
  • Experience analyzing situations and utilizing problem solving experiences under pressure.
  • Proven experience leading and executing network deployment projects.

Your role

The Director of Analytics has a primary responsibility of leading the data analytics and data warehousing departments, overseeing all activities and ensuring alignment with the business’s vision and objectives. Your role

As a QA Analyst, you’ll own testing all of our new AI models from speech recognition to various ML and LLM models. You’ll work closely with our data annotation team, AI scientists and engineers to determine what tests need to be run, create test plans, design and create test sets, and execute on those test plans for new features or model architectures.  You’ll also help run existing tests on our regular cadence releases that ensure we have no serious regressions while keeping our models up to date for our customers. 

This position reports to our Manager, Data Annotation and Testing and has the opportunity to be based in our Kitchener office with the ability to work remotely in the area.

 

What you’ll do [i,e., Responsibilities]

  • Given an AI feature, be able to determine what tests should be run and what data will be required to ensure quality
  • Create test plans and scripts for all levels of testing from smoke tests to unit tests to performance and security and report issues in JIRA.
  • Perform automated and manual tests of new and existing features to ensure they are functioning as expected.
  • Execute and coordinate red teaming, smoke testing, system integration testing, regression testing, security testing, performance testing, and end-to-end testing in support of test plans.
  • Create and design tests and metrics to measure both qualitative and quantitative aspects of ML models.

You’ll work closely with the sales organization and customers to flush out the requirements, with Designers to define the UX of the product, with Engineering to write the requirements and build the product, and with Product Marketing to launch the product and define the Go to Market strategy.  You’ll also help create the short and long term roadmap for the product. Renewal Manager at Dialpad

A Renewal Manager at Dialpad is responsible for providing best-in-class strategic renewal management and execution across a portfolio of existing Dialpad customers. Serving as the customer’s assigned main point of contact for their contract extension with Dialpad. Our Renewals Managers need to foster a high level of trust, satisfaction, and engagement across their assigned accounts. 

The RM will develop and execute the renewal strategy for their portfolio. The RM will own managing the end-to-end renewal process, negotiation, and contract terms. To be successful, the RM will partner with the Customer Success Manager to make sure our customers realize the value of their investment and can demonstrate the value differentiation of Dialpad versus our competitors.  

The RM is a member of the Customer Success organization, will carry a revenue renewal quota, and will report directly to the Director of Renewals Management.  

Renewal Manager 

  • Drive, and lead the renewals process in collaboration with the CSM to preserve and improve customer contracts and relationships
  • Effectively engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and uncover roadblocks to ensure timely commitments
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly revenue goals, tied to retention, growth, and term extension of existing customer contracts 
  • Maintain and report an accurate forecast of renewals
  • Negotiate and execute renewal contracts that align with customer goals
  • Discover and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities during contract renewal to maximize customer growth
  • Communicate risk clearly and partner with the CSM in developing resolution strategies
  • Escalate whenever appropriate to help resolve customer concerns
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of the customer’s Dialpad solution and differentiate from competitive solutions
  • Own the renewal sales cycle, from developing a strategy, to building relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Renewals, Account Management, Customer Success, or other applicable customer facing role
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets while managing renewals
  • History of managing a high volume of transactions

The billing engineering team builds scalable APIs and tooling to manage the full billing lifecycle for our customers. Engineers have a huge impact and work on features tied directly to the revenue that Dialpad brings in. Your Role

As a Software Engineer in the Billing team, you’ll own different components of our billing system. You’ll work closely with other engineers on the team to build scalable billing APIs.  You’ll also help create generic solutions and tools that improve our billing platform and help our support teams. In addition, you’ll help develop the next generation of our billing platform using microservices architecture.

This position reports to our Engineering Manager and has the opportunity to be based in our Buenos Aires Office.

Your role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Engineer who is passionate about building high-quality, scalable web amp; desktop native applications using modern frontend and backend technologies. You will own significant features end-to-end and tackle technical hurdles and enrich the team through your engineering experience including mentorship of junior engineers. You will guide projects with multiple engineers collaborating to deliver major features. What you’ll do

  • Develop and maintain Dialpad's web amp; desktop applications using modern technologies.

Your role

Our Regional Partner Manager will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing telecom partners, technology consultants, VARs, and TSD's focused on next generation business communications. About the team

A Client Account Executive, VSB at Dialpad is responsible for helping existing clients execute upgrades to their accounts, driving YoY revenue growth. This role’s primary responsibility is to receive leads from the Client Sales team, create quotes, communicate with customers, and facilitate customers adding licenses to their account. This role’s secondary responsibility is to manage a portfolio of existing Dialpad customer accounts where the CAE, VSB will show the value of what's possible through the implementation of additional Dialpad product suite offerings.

About the team

Dialpad is looking for a highly motivated and collaborative Salesforce Systems Administrator with excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills to join our Systems and Tools team. The team plays an essential role in quote creation, contract management , and all revenue data including commissions.  We support the business with innovative ideas and technical expertise while working closely with our Global Sales teams, Finance, Deal Desk, Marketing and Operations departments.  

 

Your role

As a Systems Administrator at Dialpad, you'll be part of a passionate team who are responsible for supporting the Salesforce CRM platform which integrates with financial and billing systems. The team works closely with technology liaisons of various platforms to troubleshoot issues and engage on issue resolution. The Systems Administrator must be an excellent communicator and have the ability to handle a high volume of requests from customers with varying technical skills. You will need to pay close attention to detail, be a strong problem solver and not afraid to chase down answers.  You will work closely with the Sr. Systems Administrator to prioritize and strategize on tasks.  The Systems Administrator must be proficient at documenting new processes and understand the underlying business operations in order to support users in Salesforce and related systems, while keeping our platform running at a high scale, speed, accuracy and reliability. You will collaborate with the team to deliver valuable functionality to our internal customers.

This position reports to our Director, Sales Ops amp; Strategy and has the opportunity to be based in our Buenos Aires Office. 

What you’ll do [i,e., Responsibilities]

  • Manage, troubleshoot  and resolve field support ticket submission
  • Respond to Salesforce user requests and provide technical support 
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user and field maintenance, page layouts, reports and dashboards management and other routine tasks
  • Perform data quality analysis to assist in data integrity in the system
  • Partner with business systems teams to ensure quality control in the system
  • Document and maintain procedures resolving the recurring incidents
  • Provide a superior customer experience in all interactions with internal and external customers 

Skills you’ll bring [i,e., Qualifications]

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role at a SaaS company
  • 3+ years of Salesforce administration and maintenance experience
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
  • Experience working as a part of a sales/revenue operations team
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing processes and workflows 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Strong technical and communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Proactive attitude to identify and resolve issues
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus

About the team
Dialpad’s Developer Platform team plays an essential role in supporting custom integrations, internal stakeholders, and 3rd party developers. This team collaborates closely with all internal product development teams, Dialpad customers, and strategic partners to constantly improve the developer ecosystem including APIs amp; services, automation, real-time data flows, embedded applications, integrations, tooling, documentation, and SDKs. 

Your role
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Developer Platform team, you’ll primarily own building and supporting reseller and partner APIs amp; services. You’ll work closely with engineering teammates, product leaders, business leaders, and external partner leaders and engineers to facilitate integrations and collaboration between multiple 3rd party systems. You’ll also help create general reseller and partner services that enable the developer platform to scale to support future stakeholders.

This is a high-impact role directly representing significant contributions to Dialpad’s revenues and is of particular strategic importance.

This position reports to our Senior Engineering Manager and has the opportunity to be based in our Buenos Aires Office, with preferred working hours overlapping as much as possible with PST/PDT.

What you’ll do [i,e., Responsibilities]

  • Build and maintain public APIs, real time streaming endpoints and services to enable Dialpad’s customers, partners amp; integrators to connect Dialpad with external systems and create customized automations and workflows
  • Combine backend services, data layers, and public interfaces to expand and support our growing developer ecosystem
  • Support our largest partners and resellers to build out highly integrated and bespoke solutions with the Dialpad platform including joining calls with key clients
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior teammates
  • Proactively collaborate with key stakeholders in multiple geographies in particular North America, Europe, India amp; Latin America.
  • Tech Stack: Python, Node.js, Vue.js, Redis, Google Cloud
