About the team 

Instrumental in the success and retention of Dialpad customers, our Customer Success teams are the backbone of our company.  The CS organization is responsible for delivering the absolute highest levels of satisfaction and success in the deployment and overall customer journey phases. What you’ll do 

  • Lead all post-sales activities for Dialpad’s customers through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, planning, and execution.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within Dialpad. As the owner of the customer relationship, the Customer Success Advocate is expected to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering and Data Science to ensure consistent and strong customer message is embedded in everything we do.

  • Retain long-term partnerships with customers by independently renewing successful customers.

Your role

Dialpad is currently seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer with expertise in building Integrations Products. Based in Bangalore, our Integrations team specializes in developing a robust layer of integrations that seamlessly connect Dialpad's core features with external SaaS offerings, including CRM, Ticketing systems, and Workforce Management platforms, among others. Our end-to-end products deliver intelligent workflow integrations with various business applications such as Salesforce, Slack, ServiceNow, Okta, and more. About the role

The Sr. Director, Accounting Operations (OTC) is responsible for managing the billing, collection, billing support and user fraud teams to ensure timely and accurate billing processes and month-end closes, efficient collection of outstanding accounts, timely and accurate resolution of billing and collection support enquiries, and compliance with financial policies and procedures. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to improve billing efficiency, reduce outstanding receivables, resolve billing and support enquiries, and enhance overall financial performance.

This position will oversee a global team. This is a hybrid position located in the [Austin, TX or Tempe, AZ] office, with occasional travel requirements to other Dialpad offices in the US and internationally.

The Sr. Director, Accounting Operations (OTC) will partner closely with other cross-functional teams in Dialpad, including Revenue, Corporate Accounting, Customer Success, FP amp;A, Business Transformation, Legal, Deals Desk/Orders, Revenue Operations, Customer Support, and Product Engineering, to improve the billing and collection process, and customer experience.

What you’ll do 

  • Leadership and Management:
    • Lead and supervise the overall team, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and professional development
    • Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and performance standards
    • Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement
  • Billing:
    • Oversee the preparation, issuance, and tracking of invoices to ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness
    • Implement and maintain the NetSuite SuiteBilling module and processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency
    • Monitor billing cycles and address any discrepancies or delays
    • Escalation point for resolving customer related billing disputes

  • Collection:

    • Lead process improvement projects and other system implementation projects related to the billing support and user fraud areas
  • Financial Close:
    • Oversee the monthly billing and AR close process to meet corporate accounting close timelines
    • Supervise the process for determining bad debt allowance
    • Collaborate with the revenue team to ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare regular reports on billing and collection performance, including key metrics and trends
    • Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
    • Collaborate with the finance team to prepare billing and collection forecasts and update them timely
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to billing and collection
    • Develop and maintain internal controls to mitigate financial risks
    • Conduct periodic audits of billing and collection processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Customer Relations:
    • Address and resolve customer inquiries and disputes related to billing and collection
    • Work closely with the customer success team to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
    • Implement strategies to improve communication and transparency with clients regarding billing practices
  • Lead or support on Ad-hoc projects as required

Skills you’ll bring 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

About this role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer who will play a critical role in building and maturing our Design System, Dialtone. This is a highly collaborative and multi-disciplinary role for an experienced systems-minded designer who can navigate the nuances between design and front-end development concerns.

What you’ll do:

  • You will be instrumental in the design and continuous enhancement of Dialtone’s design language, components, patterns, and documentation — collaborating closely with the team to foster a culture of ownership and pride. You're at home building system components in Figma complemented by a practical knowledge of HTML/CSS to support front-end design integration. Your front-end design experience might be characterized as "front of the front-end"
  • As a systems-minded designer, you will play a core role in shaping Dialtone’s evolution, balancing the needs of core users (designers and engineers) with product end users. 
  • You will develop and produce resources, tools, and documentation to support the Dialpad team, optimizing practices to elevate quality and efficiency as well as prioritizing design integrity.

About the role

Dialpad is searching for a Senior Regional Marketing Manager to fill a key role in our marketing organization. Dialpad’s Data Annotation amp; Testing team plays an essential role in the development of our Ai features for our suite of business communication products.  This team collaborates closely with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Artificial Intelligence Research (AIR) amp; Product Management to constantly improve our customers' ability to derive valuable insights from their conversations.

As a Junior Fullstack Software Developer, you’ll own internal tooling including transcription platforms, data pipelines and SDK tooling and code. About the team

Dialpad’s Plugins team plays an essential role in supporting custom integrations, internal stakeholders and 3rd party developers. Your role

As the Accounts Payable and Procurement Specialist, you will be part of the Dialpad Corporate Accounting Team, reporting into the Accounting and AP Supervisor. You are detail-oriented, self-motivated, a team-player and have exceptional customer service skills. Your role

Dialpad’s Channel team plays an essential role in our GTM motions. This team partners closely with our SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise teams to constantly improve our new customer acquisition and expansion of our customer base.  

Your role

As a Partner Account Manager of Channel Sales, you’ll be managing our existing partners as well as recruiting and onboarding new regional partnerships to drive indirect sales in your designated territory.  You will become a subject matter expert on Dialpad and all our products, leveraging your expertise to educate, train and capture mindshare with our partners.  Our PAM teams work closely with the National Team as they are our program's new business and partner recruitment engine.

This position reports to our Head of North American Channel Sales, and has the opportunity to be based in Arizona, Colorado or Utah. As this role supports our West region partners, the position can be remote-based.

  • You’ll be a go-to Dialpad expert for partners in your assigned territory.

About the team 

The CX Enablement Specialist role sits within our Customer Success organization and will collaborate deeply with the Enablement team. The position supports the goals and initiatives of Dialpad’s Customer Experience (CX) organization - aligns to CX leadership, and works in partnership with the CX Enablement Manager. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the CX Enablement Manager to design and execute end-to-end enablement programs across Dialpad. About the role

Dialpad is searching for a Senior Regional Marketing Manager to fill a key role in our marketing organization. This person will be responsible for developing and executing region specific plans to generate new leads and accelerate existing pipeline. About the team

A Client Account Executive, Commercial at Dialpad is responsible for providing best in class account management across a portfolio of existing Dialpad customers while growing YoY revenue. Serving as a consultant to the client, the CAE will show the value of what's possible through the implementation of additional Dialpad product suite offerings.

The CAE will develop and execute on a sales strategy for their book of business. They will be responsible for meeting/exceeding sales and revenue goals and objectives, overall customer relationship management and customer satisfaction. The CAE is ultimately responsible for making sure our customers are constantly realizing the value of their account, driving positive outcomes for both the customer and Dialpad. 

The CAE is a member of the Sales organization, will carry a revenue quota and will report directly to their front line sales leader. This is a hybrid role in the Austin sales office. 

What you'll do

  • Focused on a portfolio of customers, the Commercial CAE will own the sales process from start to finish. You will work closely with Sales Managers, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing and Dialpad Partners to grow our existing customer base
  • Create an account plan for how you will achieve your quarterly goals 
  • Cultivate relationships with our customers to gain insight into customer strategy and expansion plans 
  • Work leads and generate pipeline
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly revenue goals
  • Serve as a Dialpad expert and become a trusted advisor and resource for your customers 
  • Identify customers who would be a good fit for the Customer Advisory Board and Executive Sponsor Program. Become an advocate for the customer back to Dialpad

Skills you'll bring

  • 1-3 years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets with either a New Business or Account Management background 
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders and decision makers 
  • Experience providing timely and accurate forecasts to sales leadership 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to track numerous details
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations or events as needed
  • SaaS sales background strongly preferred, bonus points for UCaaS/CCaaS
  • Experienced with CRM software (ex. Salesforce) and GSuite tools (Google Sheets)
  • Curiosity: Ability to get to know your customers’ business, internal teams and processes
  • Closing mindset: Get ahead of closing deals by asking closing questions early and often

About the role

Dialpad is searching for a Senior Regional Marketing Manager to fill a key role in our marketing organization. This person will be responsible for developing and executing region specific plans to generate new leads and accelerate existing pipeline. This includes the planning and execution of in person and online events, digital campaigns, and Dialpad sponsorships at industry events.

This is a cross-functional role across the sales team and marketing organization. The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills, can manage multiple projects and internal stakeholders, and understands the strategic big picture to bring the right resources together. They must also have impeccable event planning and project management skills, and the ability to deliver an amazing experience within budget.

What you’ll do

  • Amplify Dialpad’s brand while driving pipeline and revenue through thought leadership, brand awareness and lead generation events, as well as educating and engaging with existing Dialpad customers.
  • Develop a marketing strategy specific to each region, partnering with Dialpad’s Marketing Operations team to determine success criteria and track/analyze results - both immediately following the campaign and over time as deals progress.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Success, and the Marketing teams - as well as agency partners and industry vendors.
  • Own Dialpad’s field events including content development, internal team communications and prep, event promotion, and execution.
  • Attend larger events in person, acting as the onsite lead and face of Dialpad by welcoming and interacting with customer and executive attendees.
  • Outline registration and attendee goals for each campaign and create a promotion plan to achieve those goals.
  • Act as a project manager for each campaign and hold internal stakeholders accountable for deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing and Content teams to develop the messaging and content for each campaign.
  • Research and identify opportunities for Dialpad to participate/sponsor industry events.

Skills you’ll bring

  • At least 5+ years of related marketing/demand generation experience with expertise in event execution and strategy.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnel and tactics.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Experience using internal reporting tools, such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Anaplan.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with remote teams located around the world.
  • Experience working in telephony or business communications industry is a plus.
