About the team

Instrumental in growing and retaining our VSB (very-small business) customer base, our VSB Sales Team delights and excites our VSB customers by helping them start a Dialpad account. Using your problem-solving skills and inherent motivation to help others, you will delight and assist our customers from their first touchpoints with Dialpad.

Dialpad’s VSB team plays an essential role in the Sales Organization. This team partners closely with Support, Marketing, and other Sales teams to constantly improve the customer experience.

Your Role

Dialpad’s VSB Sales Specialists will help future customers start a Dialpad account. In this role, you’ll combine your ability to help people, actively listen to their problems/needs, and match how Dialpad can solve their problems uniquely, so they stay a Dialpad customer for a long time.

This position reports to our Manager, VSB Sales Philippines and has the opportunity to be based in our Manilla/Remote Office. Preferred working hours are 8AM-5PM PST, remote position

What you’ll do

  • Own new logos acquisition, lead to opportunity conversion, opportunity to sales won and team revenue targets 
  • Make an impact with our customers as you will be their first point of contact
  • Partner with Billing, Support, Marketing, and other sales teams to bring forth the best customer experience possible
  • Research and keep up to date with product changes that will benefit your customers
  • You’ll get first hand experience on a full sales cycle (from initial interest to closed-won deals)
  • You’ll be the first point of contact for our Sales Lines and Live Chat, speaking with people predominantly in North America, some at times, all over the world!
  • You’ll help our future customers sign up for an account and work with them to set them up for success

Skills you’ll bring 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Business Administration is preferred but not required)
  • Ability to read, write, and speak english fluently
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in Saas
  • High level of emotional IQ
  • A high level of energy and willingness to learn!
  • Experience with Salesforce, VoIP industry, and Outreach preferred by not required
  • Experience with G-suite

The Senior Accountant will be a part of the team responsible for full cycle general ledger accounting. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, preparing journal entries and reconciling account balances for cash, accrued expenses, prepaids, credit card liabilities, leases, intangible assets, fixed assets, and other general ledger accounts as assigned. The Senior Accountant will assist the Accounting Manager with oversight of day-to-day accounting operations and managing key financial functions to ensure accurate and complete financial reporting.

  • Perform month-end close activities, such as preparing journal entries, accruals, and analyses in accordance with US GAAP
  • Evaluate the sufficiency of accruals at period end through critical consideration of balances, trends and FP amp;A and business-owner input
  • Perform monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations for asset amp; liability accounts, investigating and resolving any discrepancies
  • Maintain outstanding documentation for all prepared journals and reconciliations and gather supporting files for annual audit 
  • Provide explanations for monthly and quarterly fluctuations for balance sheet and expense accounts related to general ledger accounts
  • Prepare schedules necessary for financial reporting disclosures
  • Contribute to the development of accounting policies and standard operating procedures
  • Lead or contribute to process improvement and automation efforts to streamline Accounting operations and improve the quality of monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, and internal controls
  • Build relationships with cross-functional team members by providing timely responses to questions, issues, and updates
  • Perform other accounting duties and supporting other team members as assigned

Your role

We are looking for an experienced Sr. UX Engineer who will play a critical role in supporting our Design System (Dialtone) and lead design-focused prototyping efforts within the Product Design organization. This is a highly collaborative and multi-disciplinary role for an experienced design-minded, front-end engineer. 

What you’ll do

Design for Delight and Quality

You’ll oversee the front-end design strategy of the Dialtone Design System — style, components, and patterns; and foster a sense of ownership from your team throughout the process. You will bring your experience as a subject matter expert in front-end engineering by building out Design System styles and components. Your front-end engineering experience can be characterized as “front of the front-end.”

  • Leading By Design
    Though Dialtone serves both designers and engineers, it all starts with the end user’s experience. You’ll have the opportunity to lead and heavily influence how Dialtone and the design system team mature to take on large, high-visibility initiatives, as well as how other designers and engineers contribute.
  • Design-focused Prototyping
    Build up a growing prototyping practice by identifying design- and code-based skills and technologies to ship high-quality outcomes faster.
  • Tooling and documentation
    Lead the strategy and creation of resources, tools, and documentation to support consumers of Dialtone — e.g. designers, product engineers, third-party developers, etc.
  • Product Management
    Manage Design System backlog, roadmap, priorities, scope, and tasking for design system features, documentation, and communication channels. Foster cross-functional relationships and evangelize design system adoption. You will also be providing design leadership and guidance to teams around using shared patterns and identifying opportunities to create new patterns and components within their workstreams.
  • Doesn’t Have To Be Complex To Be Useful
    Sometimes the most useful and delightful things are simple. We recognize design systems and the products they serve are naturally complex while at the same time trying to provide our users with intuitive and approachable experiences. You’ll be at the forefront unraveling and making sense of complex interactions with a bias for simplicity and elegance.

Expanding Our Footprint

Dialtone has the unique challenge to support not only traditional Web, Android, and iOS interfaces, but desk phones and conference room hardware as well. This role will be integral in helping Dialtone expand its reach as we rethink the physical meeting space experience.

Skills you’ll bring 

  • 8+ years of related experience, 3+ years of design system experience and/or leading front-end design projects.
  • Expert-level knowledge and proven experience in HTML, modern CSS, and UI-oriented Javascript.
  • You have designed and documented styles, components, and patterns that enable other designers and developers to build features.
  • Proven understanding of how to build, architect, and evangelize design systems.
  • Have a strong understanding of interaction design, heuristics, Gestalt principles, usability, and accessibility best practices.

About the team

This position reports to our QA  Manager (in the US)  and will  be  based in our Bangalore, India Office. The position will require a hybrid working arrangement based out of our Bangalore office.

What you’ll do [i.e., Responsibilities]

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand application requirements of new features, and user expectations.
  • Identifying test scenarios, test cases, and test data to ensure maximum test coverage.
  • Defining the scope of manual and automated testing based on the application's complexity and criticality.
  • Executing Functional test cases and automated test cases for the Dialpad  Web Application with the browser and the Desktop Native Application
  • Maintaining test cases and scripts with in the Test Management System
  • Analyzing test results and investigating test failures to identify root causes and provide detailed reports.

Skills you’ll bring [i.e., Qualifications]

The team

Our Product team collaborates with teams across Dialpad to deliver on our vision of transforming the way businesses communicate and collaborate. We are seeking an experienced, highly detail-oriented Project Manager to join Dialpad and assist our Product Managers in the development and delivery of new products and features across the product portfolio.  

Who you are

You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are executed and delivered effectively and efficiently, working closely with our Product Managers and facilitating cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Marketing and Support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and may also bring program management skills to handle more complex projects with cross-dependencies.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the planning, development and delivery of new product features, ensuring accurate and up-to-date project data across all relevant platforms and systems.
  • Lead and coordinate efforts to ensure alignment on project milestones, timelines and success metrics  across diverse teams, including product, design and engineering.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication both inside and outside the Product organization
  • Implement and maintain effective data tracking mechanisms.
  • Demonstrate a meticulous eye for detail in all aspects of project management.
  • Identify and address potential issues or inconsistencies in project data.
  • Develop and implement program management best practices.
  • Optimize practices and processes to support ongoing cross-functional communication.

  • 5+ years of experience in similar roles in project management with a strong emphasis on data accuracy.

Our Product team collaborates with teams across Dialpad to deliver on our vision of transforming the way businesses communicate and collaborate. Who you are

You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are executed and delivered effectively and efficiently, working closely with our Product Managers and facilitating cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Marketing and Support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and may also bring program management skills to handle more complex projects with cross-dependencies.

About the team

Dialpad’s Account Executive, SMB will solve tangible client obstacles by redefining their definition of what’s possible through implementation of Dialpad Talk, Contact Center, and/or Sell. In this role, you’ll combine acquiring new customers and uncover market opportunities to get the market talking about Dialpad!

Dialpad’s SMB Sales team plays an essential role in achieving corporate business objectives.  This team collaborates closely with Sales Engineers, Sales Managers and their peers to constantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the full sales process.

Your role

As an Account Executive, SMB you’ll own the complete sales process from start to finish. You’ll work closely with Sales Managers and Sales Engineers to take a small business prospect to an active Dialpad client. In addition, you’ll help businesses solve complex, communications problems felt by everyone around the world.

This hybrid position reports to our Director, SMB Sales and is based in our Kitchener Waterloo office.

What you’ll do  

  • Own the entire sales process, inclusive of working leads and generating pipeline
  • Build talk tracks to align with specific client use cases
  • Have weekly 1:1’s with your Manager comprised of coaching, key deal reviews, forecasts, and career roadmap

Skills you’ll bring  

  • 1-2 years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment

General Summary:

Seeking a Senior Network Engineer with a strong background in managed services to join our Network Engineering team, assisting Velocity deliver a superior customer experience. This position will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing network services. The incumbent will regularly interface with external service providers and customers to perform advanced network design, troubleshooting, and engineering.

 

Velocity, A Managed Services Company, operates many diverse and vendor agnostic networks. The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for quickly understanding and operating on these networks, using existing documentation and independent discovery of environments.   

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Guide and support our customers, to build and maintain high performance network infrastructure
  • Provide expertise in network-based technologies, supporting our national managed services network
  • Serve as an escalation point for advanced network troubleshooting and support
  • Act as a mentor and leader to our engineering and operations teams
  • Perform design work that incorporates industry best practices for hospitality and enterprise networks
  • Function as a technical lead for projects requiring network technologies
  • Ensure that security improvements are successfully implemented and monitored
  • Coordinate proper installation, configuration, and testing of network components
  • Assist in developing and maintaining hardware life cycle management methodologies

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
  • 8+ years’ experience implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining network systems
  • Demonstrated extensive knowledge working with networking protocols and standards (e.g., OSPF, BGP, IPSEC, TCP/IP, MPLS, STP, SVI, VLAN, etc.)
  • Strong technical, leadership, and communication skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead complex projects in a cross functional team environment
  • Demonstrate the ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to independently lift and carry 35 lbs.

Qualifications, Experience and Education:

The Billing engineering team builds scalable APIs and tooling to manage the full billing lifecycle for our customers. Engineers have a huge impact and work on features tied directly to the revenue that Dialpad brings in. This is a full-stack engineering team that builds backend billing features to bring in revenue, customer-facing frontends that allow admins to manage their licenses, and automated tooling for our finance and support teams. Your Role
As a Senior Software Engineer in the Billing team, you’ll own different components of our billing system. You’ll work closely with other engineers on the team to build scalable billing APIs.  You’ll also help create generic solutions and tools that improve our billing platform and help our support teams. In addition, you’ll help develop the next generation of our billing platform using microservices architecture.

This position reports to our Engineering Manager and has the opportunity to be based in our Buenos Aires Office.

Dialpad’s Developer Platform team plays an essential role in supporting custom integrations, internal stakeholders, and 3rd party developers. Your role
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Developer Platform team, you’ll primarily own building and supporting reseller and partner APIs amp; services. Your Role
As a Senior Software Engineer in the Billing team, you’ll own different components of our billing system. Your role

We are looking for an experienced Sr. UX Engineer who will play a critical role in supporting our Design System (Dialtone) and lead design-focused prototyping efforts within the Product Design organization. This is a highly collaborative and multi-disciplinary role for an experienced design-minded, front-end engineer. 

What you’ll do

Design for Delight and Quality

You’ll oversee the front-end design strategy of the Dialtone Design System — style, components, and patterns; and foster a sense of ownership from your team throughout the process. You will bring your experience as a subject matter expert in front-end engineering by building out Design System styles and components. Your front-end engineering experience can be characterized as “front of the front-end.”

  • Leading By Design
    Though Dialtone serves both designers and engineers, it all starts with the end user’s experience. You’ll have the opportunity to lead and heavily influence how Dialtone and the design system team mature to take on large, high-visibility initiatives, as well as how other designers and engineers contribute.
  • Design-focused Prototyping
    Build up a growing prototyping practice by identifying design- and code-based skills and technologies to ship high-quality outcomes faster.
  • Tooling and documentation
    Lead the strategy and creation of resources, tools, and documentation to support consumers of Dialtone — e.g. designers, product engineers, third-party developers, etc.
  • Product Management
    Manage Design System backlog, roadmap, priorities, scope, and tasking for design system features, documentation, and communication channels. Foster cross-functional relationships and evangelize design system adoption. You will also be providing design leadership and guidance to teams around using shared patterns and identifying opportunities to create new patterns and components within their workstreams.
  • Doesn’t Have To Be Complex To Be Useful
    Sometimes the most useful and delightful things are simple. We recognize design systems and the products they serve are naturally complex while at the same time trying to provide our users with intuitive and approachable experiences. You’ll be at the forefront unraveling and making sense of complex interactions with a bias for simplicity and elegance.

Expanding Our Footprint

Dialtone has the unique challenge to support not only traditional Web, Android, and iOS interfaces, but desk phones and conference room hardware as well. This role will be integral in helping Dialtone expand its reach as we rethink the physical meeting space experience.

Skills you’ll bring 

  • 8+ years of related experience, 3+ years of design system experience and/or leading front-end design projects.
  • Expert-level knowledge and proven experience in HTML, modern CSS, and UI-oriented Javascript.
  • You have designed and documented styles, components, and patterns that enable other designers and developers to build features.
  • Proven understanding of how to build, architect, and evangelize design systems.
  • Have a strong understanding of interaction design, heuristics, Gestalt principles, usability, and accessibility best practices.
  • Strong opinions of, and history in, building inclusive, accessible experiences.
  • Solid familiarity with modern front-end bundlers, CLI, package managers and build tools including Webpack, npm and yarn.
  • Past experience working with and mentoring junior developers and designers.

The role

Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for driving Telnyx’s expansion in the LATAM region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing scaleup and play a key role in our expansion into a new territory. Supported by our marketing and sales development teams, you will focus on identifying new high value customers for Telnyx and building long term, strategic business relationships that will lead to increased revenue growth and client satisfaction.

This role would suit an experienced sales professional, capable of operating in a fast paced startup environment. The ability to operate independently and work effectively in a remote environment is a must. 

Responsibilities

  • Work with the sales and product leaders to develop a sales strategy across the LATAM region  - You will own the region and have responsibility for delivering the revenue targets.

  • Develop a strong pipeline of deals with a combination of outbound sales prospecting and inbound leads supported by our marketing and SDR teams.

  • Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each key customer and drive the continued value of Telnyx’s products and services.

  • Arranging and conducting Telnyx portal demos for prospects with the support of our Sales Engineering team.

  • Work with customers to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their business goals.

  • Collaborating with marketing, product management and sales peers to optimize client value and Telnyx success

  • Provide accurate reporting and forecasting based on results at each stage.

What we are looking for

  • Fluent in English and Spanish

  • Adaptive and introspective; willing to learn, teach, lead and follow

  • 3-5 years of selling experience in enterprise consumption-based software platforms

  • SaaS, or telecommunications industry experience

  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota

  • Hunter mentality and experience working on outbound strategies (via telephone, email, social selling, etc)

  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills. You are a strong listener and communicator.

  • Ability to identify and sell to C-Level targets, as well as across Product Development and IT contacts

Bonus points for

  • Cloud Storage, IoT, Telco, CPaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS or SaaS new business sales experience.

  • Established relationships with customers that trust and respect your advice.

Your Role

Your Role

As an Account Executive, Enterprise you will own the complete sales process from start to finish. In addition, you’ll help businesses solve complex communications problems felt by everyone around the world.

This position reports to an Area Vice President.

What you’ll do 

  • Build strategic outbounding campaigns and sequencing to source your own opportunities including calling, emailing and texting leads to set up introductory meetings
  • Prospect into target accounts and identify stakeholders and champions
  • Convert leads to opportunities and create the necessary pipeline required to achieve your quarterly/annual sales quota
  • Own the end to end sales process including:
    • Leading Discovery sessions with leads and prospects
    • Work with Sales Engineering to prepare for and deliver product demonstrations
    • Lead technical sessions to validate product viability, adherence to customer InfoSec requirements and overall product fit for the prospective customer
    • Create and maintain account plans required to identify areas for opportunity across strategic global customers
    • Manage the contracting process from beginning thru full contract execution and interface with Dialpad and customer finance, legal and procurement personnel
  • Have weekly 1:1’s with your Manager comprised of coaching, key deal reviews, forecasts, and career roadmap
  • Maintain a qualified 3x pipeline and meet quarterly/annual sales quotas

Skills you’ll bring  

  • 5+ years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment  
  • Transferable experience in the telecommunications / contact center / unified communications industries
