Your role

As an Implementation Specialist, you are at the crux of customer interaction and enablement, supporting and troubleshooting your product area, and technical implementations. Your Role

As Manager, Onboarding, you’ll be responsible for the onboarding team's success. About the team

Dialpad’s Support Development Trainer’s are Dialpad Product and Support process champions who will provide training and support to our T1 Support and Premium Support Agents to further develop their knowledge and skills. Your role

As a Support Development Trainer, you’ll own training any new Support agents as well as continuous training on the Dialpad product as well as communication platforms, mobile networks, SIP messaging, network protocols, amp; desk phone provisioning in a SIP enviornment. You’ll work closely with Support Leadershsip, the Telephony Team, and your fellow teammates to ensure you have all of the necessary information to build training plans and documentation.  You’ll also help create and present lesson plans for live trainings with the team. In addition, you’ll help bring additional coaching and training resources to the Support agents through our communication channels. 

This position reports to our Training amp; QA Manager and has the opportunity to be based in the Philipines working 10 am - 7 pm EST, Monday - Friday. 

What you’ll do

  • Owns building and executing an on-going training program to keep Support informed of all product updates, troubleshooting steps, amp; technical knowledge
  • Owns and collaborates in coordinating and presenting in our 8 week new hire onboarding program where all Support new hires attend daily remote classes to learn and prepare for their role in providing customer support. 
  • Owns and collaborates in creating and presenting process docs on any support duties and tools (life of a support call, chat, and email/ ZD how to)
  • Assist in creating and presenting training materials/process docs on any new Product features for Dialpad and Dialpad Meetings
  • Assist in creating and presenting training materials/process docs on any new backend processes for supporting new Product features for DP and DPM
  • Assist in creating and presenting training materials/process docs on network testing amp; troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with Support Leadership and Support Quality Auditors to identify gaps in training materials and makes revisions accordingly

  • 5-7 years work experience as a Technical Trainer or similar role

Dialpad’s Sales Development Representative team develops relationships with prospects; becoming the initial point of contact by performing outreach through calls, emails and social media. This team works closely with Account Executives and has the opportunity for close mentorship and professional development.

Your Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll own building prospect lists, pipeline management and maintaining in-depth knowledge of Dialpad products. You’ll work closely with your Account Executives to develop prospecting strategies and vertical campaigns unique to your territory. You’ll also help create prospecting lists for target accounts and key decision makers and reach out to them using all communication channels (phone, email and social media). In addition, you’ll bring your confidence, motivation and love of winning to hone your craft and launch yourself into a successful sales career!

This position reports to our Sales Development Manager and is based in our Austin, TX Office.

What you’ll do

  • Learn to navigate through sales tools such as SFDC, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Sales Navigator and Dialpad
  • Adhere to team KPI metrics and prospecting standards
  • Partner closely with your manager, peers and Account Executives to improve messages, processes and daily activities
  • Research target accounts and key stakeholders in your territory

Your role

As a Senior Web Developer, you will play a critical part in defining and building out a fast, performant and conversion focused marketing website, while working closely with a team of designers, project managers and other engineers.

  • You will help design and develop the next generation of features for the Dialpad website. 
  • Own projects, bring prototypes, content and designs to life with well crafted and well tested web pages.

Your role

Your role

As an Implementation Specialist, you are at the crux of customer interaction and enablement, supporting and troubleshooting your product area, and technical implementations. About the team

Dialpad’s Messaging Support Specialist  will be responsible for ensuring successful completion of customer messaging registration by responding to customer inquiries, issues and escalations of their messaging services.  In this role, you’ll combine customer service skills with accurate tracking of escalations, advisement of customers on their registration issues and questions over phone and email.

Your role

As a Messaging Support Specialist, you’ll own messaging campaign vetting, advisement and escalations related to campaign submissions. You’ll work closely with customer support and help center  to ensure that documentation is up to date, clear, and easy to follow along with identifying issues for process improvement through escalations and inquiries.  You’ll also help create internal documentation/processes that allows support and customer success teams to advise customers on requirements to successfully register a messaging campaign. In addition, you’ll help identify registration issues and changes to requirements which affect our overall success rate.

This position reports to our Network Operations Center Manager  and has the opportunity to be based in our Manilla, Philippines Office working United States day time (between 8 AM eastern time - 9 PM eastern time) 

What you’ll do 

  • Manage customer tickets regarding messaging services and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Review customer submitted brands and campaigns to ensure they are compliant with 10DLC messaging requirements, and advise customers on changes needed to meet compliance.
  • Join customer calls during the onboarding or support process in order to explain the registration process, answer customer questions, or provide feedback on the customer’s submission
  • Partner with the Help Center team to improve or create content and guides in order to help customers with the registration process.
  • Answer questions from internal cross-functional teams on registration requirements, needed changes and/or updates to the registration process/requirements.
  • Work closely with Dialpad’s Messaging Provider(s) to ensure campaigns are getting reviewed in a timely manner.

Your role
As a Senior Software Engineer in the Integrations team, you will develop and maintain Dialpad’s Integration applications using modern technologies. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality products.

This position reports to our Senior Manager, who is based in India, and is looking for the first person to join her team in our Argentina Office. Preferred working hours would be 8 to 5pm ART.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain Dialpad’s Integration applications using modern technologies.
  • Write clean, modular, and maintainable code using best practices along with unit tests.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Ensure that features are shipped on time and with the highest quality.

What you will achieve

We are seeking an accomplished team player with demonstrated program management experience to join our technical program management team within the Engineering division. Responsibilities  

  • Own all aspects of managing the program that includes planning and execution for building a scalable, reliable, and high quality business communications product suite.
  • Partner closely with engineering managers, product managers, software engineers, product designers, QA and leadership to gather requirements, plan amp; manage efforts to release software features and products to our customers.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication with other teams both inside and outside of the engineering organization, ensuring that requirements are well understood, and that priorities and release schedule expectations are managed across all stakeholders. 
  • Build and run processes that allow for the maximum agility and adaptation across engineering teams while measuring and maintaining the highest possible product quality
  • Brainstorm and communicate technical concepts, ideas and issues at the appropriate level of abstraction to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and partners.
  • Be comfortable wearing many hats and able to work in an agile environment with changing priorities and critical deadlines, we move very fast!

Requirements 

  • 6+ years of experience in technical project/program management or relevant ownership of software products in an engineering or product organization.
  • Experience translating product requirements into program/project plans; including managing scope, dependencies, schedule, risks and provide executive level status reporting.
  • Comfortable in communicating technical specifications for APIs, events, data models, authentication, and provisioning across developers both inside and outside Dialpad.
  • Experience working with third party companies and customer stakeholders, partners and /or vendor management systems for software delivery on modern software products/platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Experience working closely with locally present product/development teams while collaborating with a global leadership team across multiple time zones to drive project outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal amp; written communication skills; must be comfortable communicating with engineers and presenting to all levels of an organization.

About the team

Dialpad’s Senior Messaging Support Specialist will be responsible for ensuring successful completion of customer messaging registrations by responding to customer inquiries, issues and escalations of their messaging services, along with escalations and reports coming from our carrier partners.  In this role, you’ll combine customer service skills with accurate tracking of escalations, advisement of customers on their registration issues and questions over phone and email.

Your role

As a Senior Messaging Support Specialist, you’ll own messaging campaign vetting, advisement and escalations related to campaign submissions. You’ll work closely with customer support and help center to ensure that documentation is up to date, clear, and easy to follow along with identifying issues for process improvement through escalations and inquiries.  You’ll also help create internal documentation/processes that allows support and customer success teams to advise customers on requirements to successfully register a messaging campaign. In addition, you’ll help identify registration issues and changes to requirements which affect our overall success rate.

This position reports to our Network Operations Center Manager and has the opportunity to be based in our Kitchener Remote Office working United States daytime (between 8 AM eastern time - 9 PM eastern time) 

What you’ll do 

  • Manage customer tickets regarding messaging services and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Review customer-submitted brands and campaigns to ensure they are compliant with 10DLC messaging requirements, and advise customers on changes needed to meet compliance.
  • Join customer calls during the onboarding or support process in order to explain the registration process, answer customer questions, or provide feedback on the customer’s submission.
  • Closely monitor enterprise campaign submissions to ensure the best possible registration experience.
  • Partner with the Help Center team to improve or create content and guides in order to help customers with the registration process.
  • Answer questions from internal cross-functional teams on registration requirements, needed changes and/or updates to the registration process/requirements.
  • Work closely with Dialpad’s Messaging Provider(s) to ensure campaigns are getting reviewed in a timely manner.
  • Respond to reports of spam or messaging content violations from our carrier partners.
  • Participate on messaging carrier calls in order to report on progress, issues, or changes in requirements.
  • Create regular reports on registration approval rate and average review time.
