About the team

Dialpad’s Senior Sales Development Representative, Enterprise will contribute to our Enterprise Sales team by acquiring new customers, uncovering market opportunities and getting the market talking about Dialpad! In this role, you’ll combine prospecting, lead qualification and industry research to create qualified sales opportunities for your Enterprise Account Executives. 

Dialpad’s Sales Development team develops relationships with prospects; becoming the initial point of contact by performing outreach through calls, emails and social media. This team works closely with Account Executives and has the opportunity for close mentorship and professional development.

Your Role

As a Senior Sales Development Representative, Enterprise, you’ll own building prospect lists, pipeline management and maintaining in-depth knowledge of Dialpad products. You’ll work closely with your Account Executives to develop prospecting strategies and vertical campaigns unique to your territory. You’ll also help create prospecting lists for target accounts and key decision makers and reach out to them using all communication channels (phone, email and social media). In addition, you’ll bring your confidence, motivation and love of winning to hone your craft and launch yourself into a successful sales career!

This position reports to our Head of Global Business Development and is based in our Austin, TX or Tempe, AZ Offices.

What you’ll do

  • Learn to navigate through sales tools such as SFDC, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Sales Navigator and Dialpad
  • Act as an Advisor/Consultant to initiate enterprise sales cycles
  • Initiate high level Discovery calls with Senior level decision makers
  • Adhere to team KPI metrics and prospecting standards
  • Partner closely with your manager, peers and Account Executives to improve messages, processes and daily activities
  • Research target accounts and key stakeholders in your territory

The team

Dialpad’s Professional Services team plays an essential role in educating customers on Dialpad products. This team aligns closely with Sales, Customer Success and Support to constantly improve our product deployment and change management process.

Your role

As an Implementation Specialist, you are at the crux of customer interaction and enablement, supporting and troubleshooting your product area, and technical implementations. Simply put, you are the first line of defense and an expert in the products we offer.   • Facilitate onboarding deployment for new customers and products purchased
  • Host end-user and admin training sessions for customers to get them educated on Dialpad products and assist with change management

Dialpad’s Sr. Account Executive, Mid Market will solve tangible client challenges by redefining their definition of what’s possible through implementation of Dialpad Talk, Contact Center, and/or Sell. Your Role

As a Sr. Account Executive, Mid Market you’ll own the complete sales process from start to finish. In addition, you’ll help businesses solve complex communications problems felt by everyone around the world.

This position reports to a Mid Market Sales Manager. 

What you’ll do 

  • Own the entire sales process, including converting leads into workable pipeline
  • Build strategic outbounding campaigns and sequencing to source your own opportunities
  • Have weekly 1:1’s with your Manager comprised of coaching, key deal reviews, forecasts, and career roadmap

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment

As a WebRTC Engineer you understand how the Telnyx WebRTC platform works as a whole, while also being able to identify each underlying service and its purpose, proxies, back-to-back-user agents, SDK clients, push notification services, etc. You use this knowledge plus your experience working with WebRTC technologies to design new features and guide software developers on their implementation. You work with users around the globe, where you help by solving their communications challenges. You’ll also get to work with other engineers to build delightful features that span various parts of the system, as well as our business, sales, and operations teams to understand and solve our users’ pain points.


We’re looking for people with a strong background in WebRTC technologies and interest in building successful products or systems; you’re comfortable in dealing with lots of moving pieces; you have exquisite attention to detail; and you’re comfortable learning new technologies and systems.


In This Role You Will
  • Understand how all WebRTC services work and how they are integrated to the platform.
  • Handle level 3 troubleshooting escalations and triaging.
  • Analyze traffic patterns and identify issues and anomalies.
  • React to critical alerts in order to rapidly return to a full-service state.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve voice and network protocol communication issues.
  • Interface with partner organizations for interconnections and expansions.
  • Design, build, test, deploy and maintain monitoring, alerting, QA and logging tools for WebRTC applications.
  • Coordinate system maintenance and deployment events.

You May Be A Fit For This Role If You Have

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications or similar.
  • Experience with open source WebRTC technologies such as Janus, Verto, Pion, SIP.js.
  • Strong understanding of IP telephony (VoIP), TCP/IP Networks and related protocols (SIP, RTP, RTCP, ISUP, TLS, STUN, TURN, WebRTC).
  • Experience with Open Source VoIP applications such as Kamailio, OpenSIPS, FreeSWITCH, RTPEngine and open source tools such as Wireshark, sngrep and Homer.
  • Experience with Linux, Open Source tools and shell scripting.
  • Experience with containers and automation/orchestration tools such as Docker, Ansible, Jenkins, Kubernetes.

About you

This Learning Experience Designer position will be focused fully on our customer education initiatives and design, develop, and maintain customer-facing multimedia eLearning content to help our customers make the most of their experience with Dialpad.

Your role

The full-time Learning Experience Designer position is focused on driving the success of Dialpad’s Customer Training content (Dialpad University) through the creation of engaging, self-serve onboarding and product training courses and materials. You will use your skills in instructional design, video creation amp; editing, and LMS Maintenance to create engaging multimedia learning content to educate and support Dialpad customers. Responsibilities:

Instructional/Multimedia Design:

  • Analyze learning needs and objectives to design effective and results-driven learning experiences.
  • Create engaging, interactive, and accessible (WCAG 2.0/508) multimedia and instructional learning content, including course outlines, learning activities, assessments, videos,  infographics, and other learning formats.
  • Apply adult learning principles and learning theories to design learner-centric and outcome-focused training solutions.

Qualifications:

As a WebRTC Engineer you understand how the Telnyx WebRTC platform works as a whole, while also being able to identify each underlying service and its purpose, proxies, back-to-back-user agents, SDK clients, push notification services, etc. You use this knowledge plus your experience working with WebRTC technologies to design new features and guide software developers on their implementation. You assist other teams by triaging escalated issues and then working with all the involved parties until they are resolved. You are the subject matter expert for all topics that are WebRTC related, and when you don't know the answer you will know who to ask.
You work with users around the globe, where you help by solving their communications challenges. You’ll also get to work with other engineers to build delightful features that span various parts of the system, as well as our business, sales, and operations teams to understand and solve our users’ pain points.


We’re looking for people with a strong background in WebRTC technologies and interest in building successful products or systems; you’re comfortable in dealing with lots of moving pieces; you have exquisite attention to detail; and you’re comfortable learning new technologies and systems.


In This Role You Will
  • Understand how all WebRTC services work and how they are integrated to the platform.
  • Handle level 3 troubleshooting escalations and triaging.
  • Analyze traffic patterns and identify issues and anomalies.
  • React to critical alerts in order to rapidly return to a full-service state.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve voice and network protocol communication issues.
  • Interface with partner organizations for interconnections and expansions.
  • Design, build, test, deploy and maintain monitoring, alerting, QA and logging tools for WebRTC applications.
  • Coordinate system maintenance and deployment events.

You May Be A Fit For This Role If You Have

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications or similar.
  • Experience with open source WebRTC technologies such as Janus, Verto, Pion, SIP.js.
  • Strong understanding of IP telephony (VoIP), TCP/IP Networks and related protocols (SIP, RTP, RTCP, ISUP, TLS, STUN, TURN, WebRTC).
  • Experience with Open Source VoIP applications such as Kamailio, OpenSIPS, FreeSWITCH, RTPEngine and open source tools such as Wireshark, sngrep and Homer.
  • Experience with Linux, Open Source tools and shell scripting.
  • Experience with containers and automation/orchestration tools such as Docker, Ansible, Jenkins, Kubernetes.

About the team

Dialpad’s Account Executive, SMB will solve tangible client obstacles by redefining their definition of what’s possible through implementation of Dialpad Talk, Contact Center, and/or Sell. In this role, you’ll combine acquiring new customers and uncover market opportunities to get the market talking about Dialpad!

Dialpad’s SMB Sales team plays an essential role in achieving corporate business objectives.  This team collaborates closely with Sales Engineers, Sales Managers and their peers to constantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the full sales process.

Your role

As an Account Executive, SMB you’ll own the complete sales process from start to finish. You’ll work closely with Sales Managers and Sales Engineers to take a small business prospect to an active Dialpad client. In addition, you’ll help businesses solve complex, communications problems felt by everyone around the world.

This in office position reports to our SMB Sales Manager and is based in our Phoenix, AZ office.

What you’ll do  

  • Own the entire sales process, inclusive of working leads and generating pipeline
  • Build talk tracks to align with specific client use cases
  • Have weekly 1:1’s with your Manager comprised of coaching, key deal reviews, forecasts, and career roadmap

Skills you’ll bring  

  • 1-2 years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment  
  • Experience in Salesforce, Outreach, Clari amp; Highspot
  • Preferred expertise in SaaS Sales

The team

The Product Infrastructure team focuses on performance, monitoring, stability, and security of Dialpad’s Talk, Contact Center, and Sell products. Through design and implementing tools and processes across our cloud infrastructure and Dialpad product backend, this backend product engineering team is key to creating a stable, secure and performant experience for a large volume of concurrent users. Whether reducing the time to ring, or bolstering our most utilized APIs, the Product Infrastructure team works with other engineering peers on application uptime to ensure that calling and messaging works smoothly for our users all the time. 

Your role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll own the Product Infrastructure roadmap to build / support / maintain common infrastructure supporting the whole Product Eng Org (100+ Engineers). Your impactful work helps improve: Dialpad’s customer experience, and reduce infrastructure costs, Security, and Scalability.

This position reports to our Product Infrastructure Engineering Manager and has the opportunity to be based in our Buenos Aires, Argentina office.

Responsibilities

  • Architect large features
  • Write clean code with good automated test coverage
  • Ensure all code meets performance and scalability needs
  • Build a well designed, long term solution that saves everyone time and creates a smooth experience for our users.

Skills you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • Extensive Backend programming experience. 
  • Experience with building / supporting large scale distributed systems. 
  • Nice to have:
    • Experience working with security and privacy features of infrastructure and product backends.
    • Work with authentication and authorization components.
    • Elastic Search
    • Terraform
