Your Role

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be part of the Dialpad Corporate Accounting Team, reporting into the Accounting Manager. You are detail-oriented, self-motivated, a team-player and have exceptional customer service skills. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, management of the payables and expense inboxes, processing of vendor invoices for complete and accurate recording to the general ledger, responding to internal and external inquiries relating to purchases, invoices and employee expenses, as well as partnering closely with the Purchasing Team for appropriate application of invoices to approved purchase orders.

What you'll do

  • Manage the master vendor listing, including setting up approved vendors and reviewing W-9s
  • Manage the payables and expense email inboxes, responding to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders timely and professionally 
  • Daily processing of vendor invoices and application to approved purchase orders
  • Appropriately code vendor invoices and expenses for accounting including account, department and dates
  • Apply company policies to code invoices and expenses for capitalization when appropriate (i.e. fixed assets or prepaid expenses)
  • Monitor the AP aging and DPO KPI’s, and follow up with approvers for bills coming due
  • Review and process employee expense reports and ensure compliance with Company's expense policy
  • Reconcile corporate purchasing cards for travel amp; other transactions 
  • Support month-end close with aging analysis and accruals
  • Build out desktop procedures and process narratives for the purchase-to-pay cycle 
  • Ad hoc assignments or projects as assigned

Skills you'll bring

  • 3+ years of accounts payable experience or accounting, including account selection and application of policies, and identifying service periods
  • Degree in accounting, finance or business preferred
  • Skilled team player with proven interpersonal skills and a track record of successfully working with cross-functional contacts
  • Self-starter with superb attention to detail and organization skills
  • Experience working independently and applying critical thinking to solve problems
  • Excellent communication skills both in internal follow ups and vendor responses
  • Solid understanding of the full procure to pay process
  • Familiarity with bill.com, Netsuite or similar AP and ERPs a plus

About the team

A Client Account Executive, VSB at Dialpad is responsible for helping existing clients execute upgrades to their accounts, driving YoY revenue growth. This role’s primary responsibility is to receive leads from the Client Sales team, create quotes, communicate with customers, and facilitate customers adding licenses to their account. This role’s secondary responsibility is to manage a portfolio of existing Dialpad customer accounts where the CAE, VSB will show the value of what's possible through the implementation of additional Dialpad product suite offerings. 

The CAE, VSB is a member of the Sales organization, will carry a revenue quota and will report directly to their front line sales leader. The CAE, VSB will be responsible for meeting/exceeding sales and revenue goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle for a dedicated portfolio of SMB clients, collaborating closely with internal teams (Sales Managers, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing) and Dialpad Partners to drive customer base expansion.
  • Partner with fellow SMB CAEs to identify leads for upsell/cross-sell opportunities, develop compelling quotes, and maintain effective client communication.
  • Strategize account growth by crafting personalized account plans in alignment with monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their strategic goals and anticipate expansion requirements.
  • Proactively generate leads and nurture a robust sales pipeline.

About the team

Your role

The Director of Analytics has a primary responsibility of leading the data analytics and data warehousing departments, overseeing all activities and ensuring alignment with the business’s vision and objectives. The Director of Analytics aligns and directs the management, development, and integration of data analytics and business intelligence necessary for supporting the mission, vision strategies, objectives, and goals of business.

This is the most prominent role of the Director Analytics and in this position this person oversees and monitors all activities of the data analytics and data warehousing departments and personnel. The Director of Analytics provides thought leadership and acts as a subject matter expert in the designing and recommending of appropriate analytical approaches and methodology in addressing key issues within the business. The Director of Analytics leads the data analytics and data warehousing teams in research, development, and implementation of appropriate data systems (with best practices) that lead to improved business performance and achievement of overall business goals.

The Director of Analytics is also responsible for driving departmental culture and promoting data-driven decision-making, consumer-driven analytics, marketing, and investment planning across the business. The Director of Analytics additionally builds a profile of data and analytics by providing clear data and analytics stories and spreading them across the business. 

This position reports to our SVP, FP amp;A, Treasury, and Data  and has the opportunity to be based in our Buenos Aires or US Offices.

  • Lead and manage a team of data analysts, providing guidance, direction, and support in their day-to-day activities.

As a Product Designer on the Contact Center team, you will help us as we aim to make business communications easier for our customers. About the team

Dialpad’s SMB Sales team plays an essential role in achieving corporate business objectives.  This team collaborates closely with Sales Engineers, Sales Managers and their peers to constantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the full sales process.

Your role

As an Account Executive, SMB you’ll own the complete sales process from start to finish. Your Role

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be part of the Dialpad Corporate Accounting Team, reporting into the Accounting Manager. You are detail-oriented, self-motivated, a team-player and have exceptional customer service skills. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, management of the payables and expense inboxes, processing of vendor invoices for complete and accurate recording to the general ledger, responding to internal and external inquiries relating to purchases, invoices and employee expenses, as well as partnering closely with the Purchasing Team for appropriate application of invoices to approved purchase orders.

What you'll do

  • Manage the master vendor listing, including setting up approved vendors and reviewing W-9s
  • Manage the payables and expense email inboxes, responding to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders timely and professionally 
  • Daily processing of vendor invoices and application to approved purchase orders
  • Appropriately code vendor invoices and expenses for accounting including account, department and dates
  • Apply company policies to code invoices and expenses for capitalization when appropriate (i.e. fixed assets or prepaid expenses)
  • Monitor the AP aging and DPO KPI’s, and follow up with approvers for bills coming due
  • Review and process employee expense reports and ensure compliance with Company's expense policy
  • Reconcile corporate purchasing cards for travel amp; other transactions 
  • Support month-end close with aging analysis and accruals
  • Build out desktop procedures and process narratives for the purchase-to-pay cycle 
  • Ad hoc assignments or projects as assigned

Skills you'll bring

  • 3+ years of accounts payable experience or accounting, including account selection and application of policies, and identifying service periods
  • Degree in accounting, finance or business preferred
  • Skilled team player with proven interpersonal skills and a track record of successfully working with cross-functional contacts
  • Self-starter with superb attention to detail and organization skills
  • Experience working independently and applying critical thinking to solve problems

About the team

A Client Account Executive, VSB at Dialpad is responsible for helping existing clients execute upgrades to their accounts, driving YoY revenue growth. This role’s primary responsibility is to receive leads from the Client Sales team, create quotes, communicate with customers, and facilitate customers adding licenses to their account. This role’s secondary responsibility is to manage a portfolio of existing Dialpad customer accounts where the CAE, VSB will show the value of what's possible through the implementation of additional Dialpad product suite offerings. 

The CAE, VSB is a member of the Sales organization, will carry a revenue quota and will report directly to their front line sales leader. The CAE, VSB will be responsible for meeting/exceeding sales and revenue goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle for a dedicated portfolio of SMB clients, collaborating closely with internal teams (Sales Managers, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing) and Dialpad Partners to drive customer base expansion.
  • Partner with fellow SMB CAEs to identify leads for upsell/cross-sell opportunities, develop compelling quotes, and maintain effective client communication.
  • Strategize account growth by crafting personalized account plans in alignment with monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their strategic goals and anticipate expansion requirements.
  • Proactively generate leads and nurture a robust sales pipeline.

Skills you'll bring

  • 1-3 years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment

About the team

Our Data Analysis team works alongside the Data Annotation team to support the Ai teams, working on projects on cutting-edge Automatic Speech Recognition(ASR), Natural Language Processing(NLP) and Computer Vision(CV). Dialpad’s Data Analysts bring together product expertise and advanced analytics skills to enable product teams to identify improvement opportunities that translate into new features and experiments.  In this role, you’ll combine research, data science, data storytelling and experimental design (i.e A/B Testing) to create product insights that contribute to the product team’s decision making process.

Dialpad’s Product Analytics team plays an essential role in increasing awareness of the product features and user behavior that correlate with product adoption, product stickiness and trial conversions. Your role

The Director of Analytics has a primary responsibility of leading the data analytics and data warehousing departments, overseeing all activities and ensuring alignment with the business’s vision and objectives. The Director of Analytics aligns and directs the management, development, and integration of data analytics and business intelligence necessary for supporting the mission, vision strategies, objectives, and goals of business.

This is the most prominent role of the Director Analytics and in this position this person oversees and monitors all activities of the data analytics and data warehousing departments and personnel. The Director of Analytics provides thought leadership and acts as a subject matter expert in the designing and recommending of appropriate analytical approaches and methodology in addressing key issues within the business. The Director of Analytics leads the data analytics and data warehousing teams in research, development, and implementation of appropriate data systems (with best practices) that lead to improved business performance and achievement of overall business goals.

The Director of Analytics is also responsible for driving departmental culture and promoting data-driven decision-making, consumer-driven analytics, marketing, and investment planning across the business. The Director of Analytics additionally builds a profile of data and analytics by providing clear data and analytics stories and spreading them across the business. 

This position reports to our SVP, FP amp;A, Treasury, and Data  and has the opportunity to be based in our Buenos Aires or US Offices.

What you’ll do 

  • Lead and manage a team of data analysts, providing guidance, direction, and support in their day-to-day activities.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics strategy to support the organization's business objectives.
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources, including internal systems, third-party tools, and market research, to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards and reports to track and measure performance against these metrics.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis, helping them make informed decisions and drive business growth.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in analytics tools and technologies, and evaluate their potential to improve our data analysis capabilities.
  • Drive data governance initiatives by establishing data quality standards, ensuring data accuracy, and implementing data security measures.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data infrastructure, systems, and tools are optimized to support efficient data collection, storage, and analysis.
  • Effectively communicate complex analytical findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations, reports, and visualizations.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision making within the organization, promoting the use of analytics to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Skills you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in analytics or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Ability to effectively deliver and present  impactful insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing analytics strategies in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of and implementation of data governance principles and practices.

Your Role

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be part of the Dialpad Corporate Accounting Team, reporting into the Accounting Manager. You are detail-oriented, self-motivated, a team-player and have exceptional customer service skills. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, management of the payables and expense inboxes, processing of vendor invoices for complete and accurate recording to the general ledger, responding to internal and external inquiries relating to purchases, invoices and employee expenses, as well as partnering closely with the Purchasing Team for appropriate application of invoices to approved purchase orders.

  • Manage the master vendor listing, including setting up approved vendors and reviewing W-9s
  • Manage the payables and expense email inboxes, responding to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders timely and professionally

  • Appropriately code vendor invoices and expenses for accounting including account, department and dates
  • Apply company policies to code invoices and expenses for capitalization when appropriate (i.e. fixed assets or prepaid expenses)
  • Monitor the AP aging and DPO KPI’s, and follow up with approvers for bills coming due
  • Review and process employee expense reports and ensure compliance with Company's expense policy

About the team
You will be part of a global IT support team that plays a key role in delivering IT services for the Dialpad family of employees across the world and various time zones. 

About the role

  • Dialpad is looking to add a member to the IT team as an Atlassian IT Systems Administrator to participate in driving the adoption, maintenance, and expansion of Atlassian tools here at Dialpad. We heavily use Jira Projects, Jira Service Manager, Confluence, and Jira Automations. 
  • This role is based in Argentina, and the successful candidate will be the local IT representative for the Global IT Team. 
  • Candidates should have experience in administering complex environments, migrating systems from other tools to Atlassian product suite, and building high-quality systems to support business operations. 
  • The person in this role should have strong technical skills, and be customer-focused, with superior organizational and prioritization management skills. 
  • Deliver best-in-class user support, delivering quick and efficient resolutions to requests and incidents. 
  • Design and support custom Jira workflows, fields, dashboards, and reports
  • Support Jira, Jira service management, and Confluence administration including the creation and management of custom complex projects, workflows, schemes, and custom fields.
  • Establish and promote best practices for the usage of Atlassian tools and its security model.
  • Serve as one of the subject matter experts as well as develop, test and deploy upgrades for Jira, Jira service management, and Confluence.
  • Meet with stakeholders to perform requirements gathering, business process workflows, and process improvements for new and existing projects and configuration
  • Strong written communication to support the creation and maintenance of internal technical documentation
  • Work with group admins to evaluate JIRA and Confluence plug-ins, determine licensing needs, and perform testing, installation and configuration of the plug-ins
  • Support and resolve issues with Atlassian Suite

Candidate will be part of a larger IT Service Desk team and be available for user support, assisting with onboarding and offboarding tasks, responding to user requests and incidents. This role is office bound with hybrid possibilities as arranged and agreed with their reporting manager. The estimated time distribution is 60% Atlassian Administration work and 40% IT ServiceDesk duties.

Renewal Manager at Dialpad

A Renewal Manager at Dialpad is responsible for providing best-in-class strategic renewal management and execution across a portfolio of existing Dialpad customers. Serving as the customer’s assigned main point of contact for their contract extension with Dialpad. Our Renewals Managers need to foster a high level of trust, satisfaction, and engagement across their assigned accounts. 

The RM will develop and execute the renewal strategy for their portfolio. The RM will own managing the end-to-end renewal process, negotiation, and contract terms. To be successful, the RM will partner with the Customer Success Manager to make sure our customers realize the value of their investment and can demonstrate the value differentiation of Dialpad versus our competitors.  

The RM is a member of the Customer Success organization, will carry a revenue renewal quota, and will report directly to the Director of Renewals Management.  

Renewal Manager 

  • Drive, and lead the renewals process in collaboration with the CSM to preserve and improve customer contracts and relationships
  • Effectively engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and uncover roadblocks to ensure timely commitments
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly revenue goals, tied to retention, growth, and term extension of existing customer contracts 
  • Maintain and report an accurate forecast of renewals
  • Negotiate and execute renewal contracts that align with customer goals
  • Discover and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities during contract renewal to maximize customer growth
  • Communicate risk clearly and partner with the CSM in developing resolution strategies

The Role

The business development team at Telnyx is crucial to the success of the greater sales team. Dialpad’s Supervisor experience team leverages artificial intelligence to craft advanced functionality specifically designed for contact center supervisors, enabling them to optimize operations and enhance the customer experience. Our teams are highly collaborative and comprise cross-disciplinary professionals, including Product Managers, Designers, QA specialists, as well as Engineers specializing in Data Engineering, Data Science, and Telephony.

Your role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Engineer who is passionate about building high-quality, scalable web amp; desktop native applications using modern frontend and backend technologies. You will own significant features end-to-end and tackle technical hurdles and enrich the team through your engineering experience including mentorship of junior engineers. You will guide projects with multiple engineers collaborating to deliver major features. You will work jointly in a cross functional team, including working closely with Product Managers in advocating for technical initiatives for the team.

This position reports to our Engineering Manager, who is based in North America, and is looking for the person to join the team in our Argentina Office.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and maintain Dialpad's web amp; desktop applications using modern technologies.
  • Write clean, modular, and maintainable code using best practices along with unit tests.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Ensure that features are shipped on time and with the highest quality.
  • Take up on-call activities to support and resolve the issues coming from the QA and the Customers
  • Be responsible for deploying the new releases on a weekly release cadence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and use common components and practices across Dialpad products
  • Mentor junior engineers and help them grow their skills and expertise.

Skills you’ll bring

  • 6-10 years of experience in Full-stack software engineering.
  • Strong experience with Python, APIs, Vue/React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, GraphQL, GCP or other cloud infrastructures etc.
  • Experience with databases SQL/NoSQL.
  • Experience with building reusable and modular components both frontend and backend.
  • Experience with mentoring junior engineers and helping them grow their skills.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL schemas.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.

About the team

The Telephony Platform team maintains a complex set of APIs and microservices that provide the backbone for real-time communication in our products.  On the Telephony Quality team, you play an essential role in testing the complex systems that support our products.  We work cross-functionally and across projects, collaborating closely with developers and product managers to positively impact the quality and performance of the platform. 

Your role

Dialpad’s Software Developer In Test is a skilled developer early in their career and passionate about building scalable test frameworks. Someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of working with a team to found our automation strategy. You will be building and maintaining system-level testing frameworks, including but not limited to API, Load, and functional product testing.  You will lead design decisions and work closely with other senior developers.

This position reports to our Quality Engineering Manager in the USA and has the opportunity to be based in our Argentina Office.

What you’ll do

  • Design and develop flexible test frameworks to increase developer confidence.
  • Lots of test cases and client/service simulation development in Python.
  • Independently analyzing and troubleshooting advanced Python code and microservices.
  • Develop and implement reporting that will contribute to the rapid resolution of failures.
  • Develop and execute load testing against a variety of systems.
  • Participate in software design discussions, reviews, and test strategy sessions.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive test strategy.
  • Publish and communicate test results and progress.
  • Mentor other engineers and your knowledge of automation and testing best practices.
  • Advocate for doing the right thing even if it’s difficult.

Skills you’ll bring

  • Strong programming experience in any top language, such as Python or Java
  • Strong experience designing and building scalable automation frameworks.
  • Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable communicating cross-functionally and across management levels.
  • Direct experience applying testing methodologies, including regression, integration, load and performance testing.
  • Extensive knowledge of cloud technologies, including the testing of REST services.
  • Strong people skills as you'll work with other teams in different geographies.
  • Relevant experience working with RTP or SIP services is ideal.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Virtual Servers
  • Hands-on expertise on various VoIP amp; TDM based testing tools like SIPp, Navtel, and Spectra2 is helpful.
