Dialog Direct is looking for Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed Auto Insurance Agents. This position provides sales support to one of our Property & Casualty insurance clients. Our high energy sales agents must be Property and Casualty licensed and is required to use their sales skills to quote and sell auto insurance offered through our client. The insurance sale agent will take inbound and outbound calls from potential customers; qualifying and explaining features, benefits and policies in hopes of enrollment. All candidates will be required to complete and pass a background check. All candidates selected will also be processed through E-Verify. E-Verify is an Internet-based system that allows businesses to determine the eligibility of their employees to work in the United States. Duties:
  • Inbound and outbound calls to and from prospective auto insurance customers
  • Assist customers in the insurance application process
  • Customize insurance packages to suit individual customers, often covering a variety of risks
  • Explain features, advantages and disadvantages of various policies to promote insurance application
  • Educate and advise customers in plans and/or forward their call to the appropriate department for further assistance
  • Consult with customers across the US regarding their current and future Insurance needs in order to determine how we can best help them achieve their goals
  • Establish an ongoing relationship with our customers through the delivery of remarkable customer service
Qualifications:
  • Active Property & Casualty license required
  • Strong computer knowledge and excellent typing skills (30 WPM)
  • Sales and customer service experience preferred
  • Must be enthusiastic, confident, outgoing, and highly motivated
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Must be able to multi-task and meet monthly goals
