Your role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Frontend Software Engineer who is passionate about building high-quality, scalable web amp; desktop native applications using modern frontend technologies. You will own significant user-facing features and tackle technical hurdles and enrich the team through your engineering experience including mentorship of junior engineers. You will guide projects with multiple engineers collaborating to deliver major features. You will work jointly in a cross functional team, including working closely with Product Managers in advocating for technical initiatives for the team.

Your role

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer who will help elevate Dialpad’s overall look and feel and customer experience by helping build and mature our design system, Dialtone. What you’ll do

  • Design for Delight and Quality
    You’ll oversee the design of high-quality styles, components, and patterns, and foster a sense of ownership from your team throughout the process. You will bring your experience in creating and maintaining style and component libraries in both design and code form. You're at home building out Figma components as well as authoring its HTML/CSS equivalent. Your front-end engineering experience can be characterized as “front of the front-end.”
  • Leading By Design
    Though Dialtone serves both designers and engineers, it all starts with the end user’s experience. You’ll have the opportunity to lead and heavily influence how Dialtone and the design system team mature to take on large, high-visibility initiatives, as well as how other designers and engineers contribute.
  • Tooling and documentation
    Lead the strategy and creation of resources, tools, and documentation to support Dialtone users — designers and engineers alike. Build up a growing prototyping practice by identifying design- and code-based skills and technologies to ship high-quality outcomes faster.
  • Product Management
    Manage Design System backlog, roadmap, priorities, scope, and tasking for design system features, documentation, and communication channels. Foster cross-functional relationships and evangelize design system adoption. You will also be providing design leadership and guidance to teams around using shared patterns and identifying opportunities to create new patterns and components within their workstreams.

Skills you’ll bring

  • 8+ years of related experience, 3+ years of design system experience and/or leading design projects.
  • Proven understanding of how to build, architect, and evangelize design systems.
  • Have a deep understanding of interaction design, heuristics, Gestalt principles, usability, and accessibility best practices.
  • You have designed and documented styles, components, and patterns that enable other designers and developers to build features.
  • Strong experience in managing style and component libraries (e.g. Figma, Sketch), and work hard to align its component API with their coded counterparts.

Position Overview:
Revenue Operations represents the alignment between various Ops teams including, but not
limited to, Marketing, Sales, and Customer ops. We focus on tools and processes to grow
revenue while prioritizing efficiency and accountability among teams.
The Database Analyst will work closely with the Manager, Revenue Ops to support all aspects
of database quality amp;amp; maintenance and lead routing efficiency, in relation to keys areas:

  • Lead Monitoring
  •  Maintain an in-depth understanding of prospect/customer data sources such as Marketo,
    Salesforce.com and other internal systems.
  • Monitoring of daily reports to identify, investigate and fix gaps in real time, related to:
  • Lead quality, Lead Routing, Lead distribution, Lead volumes.
  • Data quality and completeness
  • Review Account level data for key segments; identify and clean up key data gaps.
  • Research companies/contacts using various internet sources (ie Linkedin, Zoominfo) to
    correct missing/inaccurate CRM data
  • Troubleshoot, escalate, and provide resolution steps for data quality issues.
  • Provide sound insight from data provided or gathered.
  • Report monthly database metrics.

Ad hoc projects

  • Work with Revenue Operations leaders on key data cleanup projects

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge/experience with Salesforce.com, Marketo, Ringlead, Zoominfo, Clearbit
    would be a strong asset.
  • Experience working within a sales or marketing operations environment within a
    software organization would be an asset.

Skills you’ll bring

  • A strong design practitioner and team member with 5+ years of experience designing digital experiences.
  • Ability to work through the entire product development process, from discovery to solution generation - wireframes to detailed UI - visual design to final launch. Bonus if you have experience implementing designs in HTML, CSS, and JS.
  • Be able to deliver design strategy, user research, information architecture, workflow creation, wireframes and interaction design, visual design, prototypes, and micro-interactions)
  • Strong communication skills; both in Spanish and English.  You will need to be able to present design work and rationale to senior leadership and executives; and be able to iterate quickly through projects and regularly communicate progress.
  • Experience designing digital products and systems—not just websites. You have helped ship products.

About the team

Dialpad’s Analytics Product Manager  will be responsible for the real time analytics of the Dialpad solution, with a special focus on the AI Contact Center and AI Sales products to drive the roadmap and own this area of the product..  In this role, you’ll combine customer interactions, requirement gathering, interaction with Design, and with Engineering in order to build the product and drive its adoption.

Dialpad’s Product Management team plays an essential role in building the products of tomorrow, that are 100% cloud, and infused with AI, in order to differentiate ourselves in the UCaaS and CCaaS industry.  This team collaborates closely with Customers, Sales, Design, Engineering and Product Marketing to constantly improve the Dialpad products. We are looking to differentiate Dilpad via innovation in AI in everything we do. Analytics being the glue of so many features play a critical role in the execution of the roadmap across multiple products. 

Your role

As a Product Manager of Analytics , you’ll own specifically the real time aspect of the Analytics product for UCaaS and CCaaS, this will include but not be limited to real time dashboards, alerts for different personas in the UCaaS and CCaaS product portfolio, like Coaches, Supervisors, Agents, etc . You’ll work closely with the sales organization and customers to flush out the requirements, with Designers to define the UX of the product, with Engineering to write the requirements and build the product, and with Product Marketing to launch the product and define the Go to Market strategy.  You’ll also help create the short and long term roadmap for the product. In addition, you’ll help bring other products to market, as each feature and product has an impact on Analytics, you will work closely with the entire portfolio and support their respective needs to bring to market their own products. AI is also a very important part of what Dialpad offers, and you will review how AI can be infused inside the Analytics product in order to define the next generation of analytics.

This position reports to our Senior Director of Product Management  and has the opportunity to be based in our Buenos Aires, Argentina Office.

What you’ll do 

  • Develop expertise in the Dialpad Analytics Platform
  • Establish strong working relationships with key counterparts in Engineering, Design, Partnerships, and Sales.
  • Learn amp; apply existing team processes on developing product specifications, iterating with design and technical leadership, and managing development, testing amp; delivery
  • Become the primary point of contact for internal queries relating to our Analytics.
  • Be able to identify product amp; technical issues, and actively develop and track solutions. 
  • Be able to identify gaps in metrics, reports and dashboards that are being created for customers, and articulate a plan to address them (UCaaS amp; CCaaS).
  • Deliver increasingly complex features and improvements, leading short-term planning and resource management to execute on our roadmap
  • Measure and analyze qualitative and quantitative data, including product KPIs, feature adoption, customer needs and business opportunities, to inform and support product decisions and guide prioritization
  • Manage new features and regular release through the full project lifecycle, including communication of regular updates to cross-functional teams, and ongoing support after launch
  • Lead quarterly planning efforts for the Analytics team, specifically focusing on real time aspects (alerts, dashboards, etc).
  • Own long-term product strategy for the Analytics platform, including both enhancing the platform’s capabilities, and adding relevant metrics, reports and dashboards as necessary. 

Skills you’ll bring  

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience
  • Experienced Product Manager with 5+ years of experience
  • Experience in Analytics or equivalent, B2B preferred

Your role

About you



Telnyx is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own the marketing strategy for our suite of Storage products with purpose to drive our growth in AMER and EMEA markets. The opportunity 



Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this individual will be an integral part of our next phase of growth. You’ll work closely with a team of Product Marketing Managers, Product Managers and Engineers to develop a deep understanding of our products and partner with the Global Sales organization to understand our target customers and their needs. You will help Telnyx achieve our business goals by developing value propositions and messaging that illustrate our value to target audiences and will execute global Go-To-Market (GTM) programs and measure their success. 


  • Own messaging and value proposition development of Telnyx products: Programmable Voice, Wireless & Storage. 

  • Drive alignment between sales, marketing and product on roadmap, GTM strategies, sales enablement, pricing initiatives and product positioning 

  • Act as content provider to support product launches including go-to-market campaigns, customer presentations and sales training materials, and also act as a subject matter expert on new solutions 

  • Become the expert on our customers and their use cases - understand buying criteria, buyer journeys (upsell and new customers) and build marketing strategies to influence buying decisions at every stage of the funnel.

  • Work with the field to gather competitive insights and identify opportunities for new markets and product features. Socialize across Telnyx to develop strategies and features to advance our market position.

  • Work with our Content and Design teams to build a content engine for Storage Products - including the creation of blog posts, videos, live webinars, whitepapers, presentations, etc. to fuel lead generation, sales and marketing success.

Who we’re looking for 

  • You have 3+ years of product marketing experience in a B2B marketing organization.

What you will achieve

  • Lead all post-sales activities for Dialpad’s customers through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, planning, and execution.

In your first 30 days: 

  • Attend BaseCamp, our Revenue Org onboarding program, where you’ll learn all about our company, product, internal systems, and CS approach.
  • Work closely with your manager and teammates to get up to speed on all things CS: processes, tool set, customer base, etc.
  • Get to know cross-functional partners that we work with most frequently, like Sales, Professional Services, Product, Support, and AR.
  • Head into month 2 with a solid grasp of where to go to find the right answers to customer questions.

In your first 60 days: 

  • Familiarize yourself with your book of business using qualitative and quantitative data and begin getting introduced to your customers by your teammates.
  • Establish a regular cadence with your customers to stay aligned on business goals, product updates, etc.
  • Manage upcoming renewals and forecast renewals for the next quarter to ensure predictability for the business.
  • Dig into the product more and more as you receive specific questions from your customers - this is when everything really starts to click!

By 90 days: 

  • Start conducting Business Reviews with customers to demonstrate value, get to know key stakeholders, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Lean into your role as the “voice of the customer” within Dialpad by funneling feedback from your customers to Product and others.
  • Oversee your customers’ adoption, training, and development of best practices to continually drive incremental value and ROI.

  • Research US and foreign privacy and telecommunications laws for potential impact on Dialpad’s services, including GDPR, US state laws, FCC amp; FTC regulations, and other relevant sectoral and regional rules
  • Contribute to creating, improving, and enforcing data privacy policies, agreements, standards, and practices that are compliant with global legal requirements, by collaborating with stakeholders throughout the organization
  • Assist in the sales process by consulting on negotiation positions for topics within your subject matter expertise, such as Data Protection Agreements, Business Associate Agreements, and other privacy-related commercial agreements and provisions
  • Prepare applications, filings, and correspondence to regulators in the US and abroad, including licensing, data mapping, and Data Protection Impact Assessments
  • Be a resource internally and externally on complex privacy and data issues emerging from the development and marketing of products and technologies

About the team

Your role 

As the Manager of MidMarket Customer Success you will be focused on driving initiatives related to reducing churn and down-sell, and driving growth in our small business customer base. You will lead a team of Customer Success Representatives in a one-to-many, high touch environment. You will help develop strategies to engage with at risk customers to improve outcomes. You will be responsible for reporting team statistics and performance results to other members of the leadership team and executive staff.  The Manager of MidMarket Customer Success is a member of the Customer Success organization and will report directly to the Senior Manager, MidMarket, Customer Success.

What you’ll do 

  • Lead a high performance Customer Success team focused on higher touch engagement
  • Monitor KPI’s and evaluate team performance to ensure we are operating at the highest standard
  • Evaluate churn and down-sell reasons and implement plans to reduce customer churn
  • Drive retention activities based on client's situation
  • Lead process improvements through creation to execution of new strategies
  • Facilitate expansion opportunities with existing customers

Skills you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology-related field and prior experience with SaaS / high growth companies is ideal for this role
  • Customer focused and demonstrable passion about customer success
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening communications skills with a professional (even dynamic) presence, presentation and public speaking skills
  • Proven cross functional leader with proven track record of collaboration, prioritization, and workload management
  • Quick learner, always looking to embrace and master new technologies
  • Technical background in IT Service Management, Telecommunications, and/or IT Operations Management solutions is a plus, though not required
