Dialpad is looking for an accomplished marketing leader to create and guide the strategic direction and operational execution of our expansion in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).  You’ll work with local agencies and cross-functionally with the North America based marketing team to plan amp; execute localized go-to-market plans including events and partnerships, PR, paid media, and community building efforts.

As Sr. Manager, ANZ Marketing you will create and execute impactful regional marketing programs for Australia and New Zealand. In this role, you’ll work closely with the sales and partner leadership to understand specific market priorities and inform and shape customer and prospect-facing programs contributing to pipeline, opportunity creation, and acceleration. 

This role is based in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia, and reports to our CMO. 

 

What you’ll do…

  • Create and execute a regionally impactful marketing strategy that generates and accelerates opportunities and pipeline for the Australia/New Zealand and APAC region. 
  • Develop and execute a broad range of integrated/digital field marketing programmes including brand, webinars, events, and account-based marketing campaigns to support sales and channel objectives 
  • ANZ Market Development and Localization – Translate market-specific buyer journey into multi-touch programs and campaigns using direct and channel tactics based on market maturity and competitiveness
  • What You’ll Be Doing Strategy and Insights – Analyze market and company data alongside regional strategies to define opportunities, audiences, objectives, threats, and priorities
  • Help develop Dialpad’s global growth strategy, execution and optimization of all marketing initiatives in your market, through strong analytical skills and properly managed timelines, with the focus on maximising speed and effectiveness
  • Brand Awareness – Drive ideation and innovative methods for capturing audience awareness and greater mind share in the assigned markets
  • Provide localized messaging and support development of global marketing assets
  • Plan, design and lead campaigns across all marketing channels including (but not limited to) digital marketing, community, events, email marketing, content, offline marketing
  • Enable our amazing sales teams with toolkits, templates, and campaign timelines to ensure alignment between outbound sales and marketing efforts.
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report acquisition, pipeline, and program results to drive continuous improvement and seek to generate new globe
  • Design and develop user activation and engagement campaigns (including influencer, ambassador, and affiliate programs)
  • Design, develop and manage strategy, planning amp; execution of brand campaigns for your market that educates potential users, retain existing users, drive customer value and enhance our global brand equity
  • Closely monitor, track and report analytics to ensure they align with our growth KPIs (user acquisition, activation, retention, cost per metric, ROI etc.)
  • Manage ANZ marketing budgets. Includes working closely with local agencies and external partners to deliver to specific business goals

 

Who are you…

  • 8 + years experience in APAC, ANZ marketing, including running digital marketing campaigns
  • Evidence of building effective digital and field marketing programs in the ANZ
  • Consistent record of building successful partnerships with sales, partner, channel, and marketing  teams to craft programs that are results-driven
  • Equal parts creative thinker and results-driven worker; and ability to plan and deliver against hard deadlines
  • Detail-oriented leaves no stone unturned in planning and processes
  • Experience owning digital marketing programs above and beyond the execution of logistics - to include digital advertising, lead follow-up, sales enablement, marketing email campaigns, and full life-cycle project management
  • Experience with SaaS marketing automation tools - eg Salesforce or Eloqua/Marketo
  • Experience managing global affiliates at scales
  • Budget management experience 
  • External agency / third party management experience

The team

Instrumental in the success and retention of Dialpad customers, our Customer Success team is the backbone of our company. Using your problem-solving skills and inherent motivation to help others, you will delight and assist our customers from their first call to their last (if there is one!).

What you will achieve

In your first 30 days, you’ll: 

  • Attend BaseCamp, our Revenue Org onboarding program, where you’ll learn all about our company, product, internal systems, and CS approach.
  • Work closely with your manager and teammates to get up to speed on all things CS: processes, tool set, customer base, etc.
  • Get to know cross-functional partners that we work with most frequently, like Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Support.
  • Head into month 2 with a solid grasp of where to go to find the right answers to customer questions.

In your first 60 days, you’ll: 

  • Familiarize yourself with your book of business using qualitative and quantitative data and begin getting introduced to your customers by your teammates.
  • Establish a regular cadence with your customers to stay aligned on business goals, product updates, etc.
  • Dig into the product more and more as you receive specific questions from your customers - this is when everything really starts to click!

By 90 days, you’ll:

  • Start conducting Business Reviews with customers to demonstrate value, get to know key stakeholders, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Lean into your role as the “voice of the customer” within Dialpad by funneling feedback from your customers to Product and others.
  • Oversee your customers’ adoption, training, and development of best practices to continually drive incremental value and ROI.
  • Manage escalations by documenting open issues, facilitating regular status meetings, and working cross-functionally to resolution. 
  • Track accounts to identify churn risks and work proactively to mitigate those risks.

Who you are

First and foremost, you love working with customers and helping them realize value by achieving (or exceeding!) their goals. With several years of CS experience under your belt, you’re known as an excellent communicator, confident meeting facilitator, and cross-functional collaborator. Picking up new technology skills excites you, and even though you might not know much about cloud telephony right now, the idea of learning the ins and outs of Dialpad gets you pumped. You’re passionate about CS and dedicated to delivering positive customer and company outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Sales, Support/Service or customer facing roles
  • Technically curious about SaaS based Business Solutions

What you’ll do…

Who are you…

  • 8 + years experience in APAC, ANZ marketing, including running digital marketing campaigns
  • Evidence of building effective digital and field marketing programs in the ANZ
  • Consistent record of building successful partnerships with sales, partner, channel, and marketing  teams to craft programs that are results-driven

What you’ll do…

About the Role

The Sr. Payroll Analyst position plays a critical role to ensure all Payroll items are processed, paid timely and accurately. It also provides proactive support of payroll policies, processes and applications.  

Position responsibilities:

  • Review non-exempt employee time cards to ensure accuracy and compliance in both the US and Canada
  • Provide education sessions with Managers and employees on the companies Time and   Attendance process as needed
  • Daily monitoring, answering, and completion of payroll ticket system.  Providing first level response support to Managers and Employees
  • Coordinate with PeopleOps, Finance and other departments to ensure proper data flow with Payroll
  • Work with ADP on Time and Attendance issues as needed (US)
  • Review, analyze and process all LOA employees (US and Canada)
  • Assist with audit and year-end preparation as needed (US and Canada)
  • Create custom reports as needed in ADP (US and Canada)
  • Maintain detailed Payroll records (US and Canada)
  • Maintenance of Data Bridge, to include ensuring the accuracy of the data feeding between Bamboo and ADP. Working with 3rd party vendors on any issues as needed (US)
  • Entering all payroll data and payroll changes into ADP, to include Manager, location and department changes (US)
  • Entering all benefit changes in ADP, and performing semi-monthly audits to reconcile the benefit companies data with the ADP deductions (US)
  • Full cycle understanding and processing of Canada payroll using ADP Canada system/workbook (Canada)
  • Assist in setting up SUI/SIT in various States (US)
  • Setup of Local taxes as needed (US)
  • Enter Variable pay items on ADP grid each pay cycle (US)

  • Quarterly reconciliation of HSA., DSA and FSA account (US)

  • Become an integral part of the Deal Desk team in support of all revenue activities supporting sales and customer success managers.

In your first 30 days: 

  • You’ll work closely with your Manager, Deal Desk to understand the tools, systems and processes utilized to ensure Deal Desk team member success.
  • You’ll engage with internal partners to understand the key stakeholders involved in closing sales deals (Legal, Finance, Product, Sales, Services, etc.)
  • You’ll work with Deal Desk team members to review and understand all process documentation and how it relates to reporting, bookings, and revenue.
  • By the end of your first month, you’ll understand the anatomy of a good deal, the tools and resources utilized that will set you up for success.   

In your first 60 days: 

  • You’ll start to take ownership of some of the transactional business called VSB/ SMB.  You will understand how we support the team and the volume of deals they process through Deal Desk. (Ownership means single point of contract, quote approvals, etc.)
  • You'll provide a weekly high level overview of your tasks via a SWOT overview (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats).   
  • You’ll be able to support 70% of all transaction deal activity for the VSB and SMB team, while providing recommendations for continued improvement(s).

By 90 days: 

  • You’ll be efficient in handling sales requests while increasing your support and expertise from 70%-90%.
  • You will be able to handle 100% of VSB and SMB requests while starting to review more complex deal activity and tasks (provisioning, Midmarket deals, etc.)

The team

Instrumental in the success and retention of Dialpad customers, our Customer Success team is the backbone of our company. Using your problem-solving skills and inherent motivation to help others, you will delight and assist our Small Medium Business (SMB) customers from their first call to their last (if there is one!). 

What you will achieve

In your first 30 days, you’ll: 

  • Attend BaseCamp, our Revenue Org onboarding program, where you’ll learn all about our company, product, internal systems, and CS approach.
  • Work closely with your manager and teammates to get up to speed on all things CS: processes, tool set, customer base, etc.
  • Understand how the SMB Customer Success team fits into the greater Dialpad picture.
  • Get to know cross-functional partners that we work with most frequently, like Sales, Professional Services, Product, Support, and AR.
  • Head into month 2 with a solid grasp of where to go to find the right answers to customer questions.

In your first 60 days, you’ll: 

  • Familiarize yourself with your book of business using qualitative and quantitative data and begin getting introduced to your customers by your teammates.
  • Establish a regular cadence with your customers to stay aligned on business goals, product updates, etc.
  • Manage upcoming renewals and forecast renewals for the next quarter to ensure predictability for the business.
  • Dig into the product more and more as you receive specific questions from your customers - this is when everything really starts to click!

By 90 days, you’ll:

  • Start conducting Business Reviews with customers to demonstrate value, get to know key stakeholders, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Lean into your role as the “voice of the customer” within Dialpad by funneling feedback from your customers to Product and others.
  • Oversee your customers’ adoption, training, and development of best practices to continually drive incremental value and ROI.
  • Manage escalations by documenting open issues, facilitating regular status meetings, and working cross-functionally to resolution. 
  • Track accounts to identify churn risks and work proactively to mitigate those risks.

Who you are

First and foremost, you love working with customers and helping them realize value by achieving (or exceeding!) their goals. You’re established in your Customer Success career, with 3+ years experience, and you’re eager to dig into a fast-paced tech role. You know how to communicate clearly, use data to your advantage, and organize your time like a boss. You’re confident negotiating renewals and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities in your book of business. You’re a QBR expert who is cool under pressure and comfortable interacting with C-suite executives at growing companies. The role:

What we are looking for from you:


  • Must have full driving licence and be willing to travel to client locations as required to complete project requirements

  • Prince 2 (Practitioner)

  • Demonstrate successful delivery of multiple projects.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills to assist translation of complex technical subjects for sometimes non-technical audiences.

  • Conduct internal handovers into support upon project completion.

  • Typically, this level resource should have five years of experience or more working within the IT Services Industry.

Who you are

As a Salesforce Developer at Dialpad - you'll be part of a passionate team of Salesforce Engineers and Systems Analysts who are responsible for keeping our platform running at high scale, speed, accuracy and reliability. You will work closely with the other team members to identify and implement validated methodologies and standards while participating in design reviews, and code walkthroughs. You will collaborate with the team to deliver valuable functionality to our internal customers within the framework of an agile environment.

  • Developing Apex Classes, Test classes, Controllers and Triggers, Visualforce, LWC and Javascript, Force.com API and Salesforce CPQ flows, SOQL.

Who You Are:

As an Associate on the Sales Operations team, you’ll help power the operational backbone driving the effectiveness and efficiency of our Sales & Customer Success teams.     • Reporting:

The team

Dialpad’s Telephony team owns the real-time media platform upon which our business communications are built. The team provides a backend API for reliable audio/video calling, text messaging, phone number management, spam detection, emergency calling, and more. We also develop the common cloud microservice infrastructure for the company. This includes services like cache, datastore, and text search as well as all the tools needed to deploy microservices across both public clouds as well as our own data centers.

Real-time communications is a particularly challenging space. We are looking for talented engineers who build elegant, scalable software platforms. We’re less concerned with GPA, years in industry, or particular technologies and more interested in passion, potential, and perseverance.

We need engineers who solve complex business problems in a fast-paced startup with lots of autonomy. We need leaders who are passionate about the efficiency, security, and stability of a service which is critical to the day-to-day operations of millions of users. The role 

Dialpad is looking for an Office Administrator to join our San Ramon office. In this role, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our office a positive, welcoming and productive environment. You’ll also get the chance to interact with all levels of staff and various customers and clients.

This person is a highly talented, positive energy, full-time employee who will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. This individual will report to the BSOM, to the CFO working closely with our IT managers, to deliver a highly professional world headquarters experience.  The individual is expected to be at Dialpad’s San Ramon office on all normal workdays, except during flexible time off periods or when traveling for business.  In some instances, this individual will need to work out of Dialpad’s San Francisco office.

Responsibilities

The office administrator  is a key role at Dialpad and is integral to the company’s success 

In-Office duties:

  • Greet and provide general support to visitors
  • Assist in new hire set up 
  • Daily lunch catering 
  • Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary
  • Run errands as required (picking up mail, ordering supplies, employee keycards, delivering mail and packages to employees, etc.)
  • Assist with on-site/off-site event planning and execution
  • Identify projects and areas that will improve or add to productivity
  • Become the “resident expert” for use of Dialpad’s best-in-class Ai communications and collaboration platform
  • Travel occasionally to Dialpad or customer events
  • Partner with facilities on interiors initiatives that improve the professionalism of our offices

Leadership Support:

  • Assist the CFO and other executives as needed and as time allows 
  • Work closely with Dialpad’s BSOMs, and EAs
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly QBR’s, Board, and Audit meetings
  • Work with HR to design and execute charitable and other ESG initiatives
  • Assist in the coordination of charitable team activities for the SF Bay Area employees
  • Work with Dialpad Business Technology staff as required to ensure optimal operation of office equipment with preventive maintenance and 100% uptime for all key functionality (network, printing, etc.)
  • Maintain on-line and physical files
  • Manage expense report

Who You Are

The ideal candidate should be a highly organized, quick learner who can multitask to meet multiple, competing project deadlines in a fast-paced environment. They will have a calm demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, an enthusiastic and positive attitude, and an excellent, can-do work ethic.  Someone who can tackle any task with grit. 

  • 3+ years of office and/or customer support experience necessary
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent
  • Self-starter with an ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks at once
  • Excellent writing, copy editing, and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail 
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (slides, sheets, docs) and basic technical skills to troubleshoot office equipment
  • Expertise in presentation creation, layouts, and editing
  • Proficient in Mac operating system
  • Be able to take direction with a capacity for independent initiative
  • Have a can-do attitude and a good sense of humor
  • Energetic – We are enthusiastic and would like you to be too
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and well-informed. You should be prepared to track down hard-to-find information, juggle deadlines, and take on a variety of challenges
