Responsibilities:  
  • Principal technical advisor and advocate for portfolio of 8-10 Enterprise accounts across implementation, integration, and long-term technical continuity, helping customers to enable their organization’s digital adoption with Centrical
  • Ownership of customer technical implementation and administrator training on the platform
  • As an integral part of the Customer Success team, establish a deep knowledge of their business, organization, and data to help empower them to realize the full value of the Centrical platform
  • Product expert and escalation point for internal delivery teams and customers to manage and facilitate a resolution for technical incidents and issues
  • Actively update customers on the technical evolution of the product, platform and security
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Manager, Sales, Marketing, Product, and our Partner community, to share best practices, improve internal capabilities, identify new customer business needs and effectively leverage all our available resources to drive customer success.
  • Monitor customer utilization trends and perform health checkups to identify product recommendations and R&D needs
  • Support monthly and quarterly strategic business reviews with customer stakeholders to drive alignment and engagement

 

 Requirements: 
  • 3-5+ years of Technical Account Manager experience leading the technical implementations and support for a large portfolio of Fortune 1000 clients at a software company [SaaS model] or management consultancy [Bain, Deloitte, McKinsey].
  • Deep quantitative and database analysis skills, with proven business insight and judgment.
  • Excellent time management and both written and oral communication skills
  • Proactive problem solver with high attention to detail and strong sense of personal accountability
  • Ability to rapidly develop and deliver creative business solutions for complex business problems
  • Experience implementing and supporting SaaS platform solutions is preferred
  • Experience with IT product development and support standards and network communication protocols is preferred
  • Experience using a variety of customer and commercial management tools and technologies to support customer engagement and data management (e.g. Salesforce, Excel, Jira, ZenDesk, Google Apps, BI tools, SQL queries, REST APIs). SQL experience key
  • Able to excel in a rapidly changing, hyper-growth, Start Up environment, as an entrepreneurial, self-starter and highly collaborative team member

About the team
Dialpad’s Telephony team owns the real-time media platform upon which our business communications are built. The team provides a backend API for reliable audio/video calling, text messaging, phone number management, spam detection, emergency calls, and more. We also develop the common cloud microservice infrastructure for the company. Your role
As a Senior Web Developer, you will play a critical part in defining and building out a fast, performant and conversion-focused marketing website, while working closely with a team of designers, project managers, and other engineers. 

What you’ll do [i,e., Responsibilities]

  • You will help design and develop the next generation of features for the Dialpad website. 
  • Own projects, bring prototypes, content and designs to life with well-crafted and well-tested web pages.
  • Build cohesive layouts using atomic design-based component structures.
  • Translate artwork files (i.e. Figma) into functional, standards-compliant HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Be directly responsible for one or more functional areas of the website, which could include SEO amp; performance, security, internationalization, or architecture

About this role 

We are looking for a Staff Product Designer to help us build a cutting-edge integration, app marketplace, and developer platform experience. What experience do I need?

  • Note: A portfolio is required with application of this role.

  • A strong design practitioner and team member with 8+ years of experience designing digital experiences.

  • Passion for connecting users where they’re at, bonus points for working with integrations previously.

  • Ability to lead cross-team and multi-phase projects through the entire product development process, from discovery to solution generation - wireframes to detailed UI - visual design to final launch. Bonus if you have experience implementing designs in HTML, CSS, and JS.

  • Experience driving vision and influencing your product or domain’s roadmap.

  • Passion for finding and solving customer pain points and making a superbly delightful, cohesive experience and a gravitation towards complex, ambiguous problems.

  • Experience with all facets of designing user experience: Design strategy, user research, information architecture, workflow creation, wireframes and interaction design, visual design, prototypes, and micro-interactions.

  • Experience working closely with stakeholders, facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and defining project goals or milestones in a design-centered way.

  • Very strong communication and storytelling skills; can simply explain complex concepts and develop new ways of sharing design work and rationale to senior leadership and executives.

Your role

What you’ll do

  • Design for Delight and Quality
    You’ll oversee the design of high-quality styles, components, and patterns, and foster a sense of ownership from your team throughout the process. You will bring your experience in creating and maintaining style and component libraries in both design and code form. You're at home building out Figma components as well as authoring its HTML/CSS equivalent. Your front-end engineering experience can be characterized as “front of the front-end.”
  • Leading By Design
    Though Dialtone serves both designers and engineers, it all starts with the end user’s experience. You’ll have the opportunity to lead and heavily influence how Dialtone and the design system team mature to take on large, high-visibility initiatives, as well as how other designers and engineers contribute.
  • Tooling and documentation
    Lead the strategy and creation of resources, tools, and documentation to support Dialtone users — designers and engineers alike. Build up a growing prototyping practice by identifying design- and code-based skills and technologies to ship high-quality outcomes faster.
  • Product Management
    Manage Design System backlog, roadmap, priorities, scope, and tasking for design system features, documentation, and communication channels. Foster cross-functional relationships and evangelize design system adoption. You will also be providing design leadership and guidance to teams around using shared patterns and identifying opportunities to create new patterns and components within their workstreams.
  • Doesn’t Have To Be Complex To Be Useful
    Sometimes the most useful and delightful things are simple. We recognize design systems and the products they serve are naturally complex while at the same time trying to provide our users with intuitive and approachable experiences. You’ll be at the forefront unraveling and making sense of complex interactions with a bias for simplicity and elegance.
  • Expanding Our Footprint
    Dialtone has the unique challenge to support not only traditional Web, Android, and iOS interfaces, but desk phones and conference room hardware as well. This role will be integral in helping Dialtone expand its reach as we rethink the physical meeting space experience.

Skills you’ll bring

  • 8+ years of related experience, 3+ years of design system experience and/or leading design projects.
  • Proven understanding of how to build, architect, and evangelize design systems.
  • Have a deep understanding of interaction design, heuristics, Gestalt principles, usability, and accessibility best practices.
  • You have designed and documented styles, components, and patterns that enable other designers and developers to build features.
  • Strong experience in managing style and component libraries (e.g. Figma, Sketch), and work hard to align its component API with their coded counterparts.
  • Expert in HTML, CSS, and UI-oriented Javascript.
  • Experience in git to manage source code, workflows, and reviewing pull requests.

Senior Accountant - Commissions

The Senior Accountant will be a part of the team responsible for accounting for internal sales and partner commissions on the general ledger including, but not limited to, preparing accounting entries for accruals, capitalization and amortization of commissions related transactions; reconciling related account balances; calculating and submitting payment requests for partner commissions; reporting to partners on partner commissions; and maintaining the ASC 340 accounting policy on capitalization and amortization of commissions costs.

  • Calculate partner commissions and submit payment requests for partner commissions
  • Prepare periodic reports to partners on partner commissions
  • Prepare journal entries for approval for accruals, capitalization and amortization of both internal sales and partner commissions
  • Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations for asset amp; liability accounts related to internal sales and partner commissions
  • Provide explanations for monthly and quarterly fluctuations for balance sheet and expense accounts related to internal and partner commissions
  • Contribute to and improve account reconciliations through critical self review of their own work and mentorship of junior team members 
  • Evaluate the sufficiency of accruals at period end through critical consideration of balances, trends and FP amp;A and business-owner input
  • Consider scalability of new and existing assigned accounting processes and recommend improvements to streamline tasks and improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Read and analyze internal sales and partner commissions agreements for proper treatment under ASC 340, and update ASC 340 accounting policy accordingly
  • Perform periodic impairment analysis and useful life analysis for ASC 340 assets
  • Work independently to identify areas for improvement, propose process improvements and resolve inquiries from accounting amp; finance leadership
  • Maintain outstanding documentation for all prepared journals and reconciliations and gather supporting files for annual audit 
  • Building relationships with channel sales and external partner operational teams by providing timely responses to questions, issues, and updates
  • Prepare and review ASC 340 disclosures for financial reporting
  • Prepare cash forecasting and management of commissions payments to ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures and controls and provide support on special requests
  • Collecting and depositing checks received in office to our lockbox
  • Performing other accounting amp; reporting duties and supporting other team members as required or assigned 

What You Will Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • CPA amp; Public Accounting experience (Big 4 strongly preferred)
  • Experience with accounting for internal sales and partner commissions under ASC 340
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with month-end close
  • Experience with NetSuite or a major ERP product

Your Role

Your role

We are hiring for a Salesforce.com Support Analyst/Admin(SSA) for our Salesforce CRM development Team that is responsible for the technology and services that support our Sales Representatives worldwide. About the team

Dialpad’s Analytics Product Manager  will be responsible for the real time analytics of the Dialpad solution, with a special focus on the AI Contact Center and AI Sales products to drive the roadmap and own this area of the product..  In this role, you’ll combine customer interactions, requirement gathering, interaction with Design, and with Engineering in order to build the product and drive its adoption.

Analytics being the glue of so many features play a critical role in the execution of the roadmap across multiple products. 

Your role

As a Product Manager of Analytics , you’ll own specifically the real time aspect of the Analytics product for UCaaS and CCaaS, this will include but not be limited to real time dashboards, alerts for different personas in the UCaaS and CCaaS product portfolio, like Coaches, Supervisors, Agents, etc . You’ll work closely with the sales organization and customers to flush out the requirements, with Designers to define the UX of the product, with Engineering to write the requirements and build the product, and with Product Marketing to launch the product and define the Go to Market strategy.  You’ll also help create the short and long term roadmap for the product. In addition, you’ll help bring other products to market, as each feature and product has an impact on Analytics, you will work closely with the entire portfolio and support their respective needs to bring to market their own products. AI is also a very important part of what Dialpad offers, and you will review how AI can be infused inside the Analytics product in order to define the next generation of analytics.

This position reports to our Senior Director of Product Management  and has the opportunity to be based in our Buenos Aires, Argentina Office.

What you’ll do 

  • Develop expertise in the Dialpad Analytics Platform
  • Establish strong working relationships with key counterparts in Engineering, Design, Partnerships, and Sales.
  • Learn amp; apply existing team processes on developing product specifications, iterating with design and technical leadership, and managing development, testing amp; delivery
  • Become the primary point of contact for internal queries relating to our Analytics.
  • Be able to identify product amp; technical issues, and actively develop and track solutions. 
  • Be able to identify gaps in metrics, reports and dashboards that are being created for customers, and articulate a plan to address them (UCaaS amp; CCaaS).
  • Deliver increasingly complex features and improvements, leading short-term planning and resource management to execute on our roadmap
  • Measure and analyze qualitative and quantitative data, including product KPIs, feature adoption, customer needs and business opportunities, to inform and support product decisions and guide prioritization
  • Manage new features and regular release through the full project lifecycle, including communication of regular updates to cross-functional teams, and ongoing support after launch
  • Lead quarterly planning efforts for the Analytics team, specifically focusing on real time aspects (alerts, dashboards, etc).
  • Own long-term product strategy for the Analytics platform, including both enhancing the platform’s capabilities, and adding relevant metrics, reports and dashboards as necessary.

About this role 

We are looking for a Staff Product Designer to help us build a cutting-edge integration, app marketplace, and developer platform experience. We already have many existing integrations and app partners, but we’re looking to expand and make it easy for anyone to use voice, video, or messaging services. Today, we have amazing and unique capabilities, but we need you to help us take it to the next level. You’ll partner with designers across our product suites to bring the Dialpad difference to our customers where they’re at.

As a Staff Product Designer, you will:

Foster a culture of innovation
Be a thought leader within the organization, facilitating workshops, driving alignment between many teams,  and pushing the boundaries of how our customers can interact and utilize Dialpad.

Shape Dialpad through the eyes of our customers
Conduct user research and competitive benchmarking, leveraging findings to define mental models which determine where we can strengthen our offering to solve real customer pain. 

Create truly end-to-end experiences
Working with our customer success, sales, marketing, and product teams, you will craft end-to-end experiences inside and outside Dialpad that form differentiated new product offerings and features. You will design  workflows and detailed interactions to realize them, partnering with various teams to bring it fruition.

Design for delight and quality
Sketch, prototype and test ideas to quickly assess their viability and then sweat the details on interaction design, visual design and micro-interactions. Contribute to our Design System “Dialtone”.

What experience do I need?

  • Note: A portfolio is required with application of this role.

  • A strong design practitioner and team member with 8+ years of experience designing digital experiences.

  • Passion for connecting users where they’re at, bonus points for working with integrations previously.

  • Ability to lead cross-team and multi-phase projects through the entire product development process, from discovery to solution generation - wireframes to detailed UI - visual design to final launch. Bonus if you have experience implementing designs in HTML, CSS, and JS.

  • Experience driving vision and influencing your product or domain’s roadmap.

  • Passion for finding and solving customer pain points and making a superbly delightful, cohesive experience and a gravitation towards complex, ambiguous problems.

  • Experience with all facets of designing user experience: Design strategy, user research, information architecture, workflow creation, wireframes and interaction design, visual design, prototypes, and micro-interactions.

  • Experience working closely with stakeholders, facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and defining project goals or milestones in a design-centered way.

  • Very strong communication and storytelling skills; can simply explain complex concepts and develop new ways of sharing design work and rationale to senior leadership and executives.

  • Excellent self-starter that can build trust and collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and designers.

  • Experience designing digital products and systems—not just websites. You have helped ship products.

  • Ability to iterate quickly through projects and regularly communicate progress.

  • Strong interaction design skills, deep UX method playbook, ability to make data-driven decisions, and the willingness to coach other designers to deliver a cohesive, polished product.

The Role

Responsibilities 

  • Sales Strategy: Act as the main point of contact and the strategic thought partner for all AI projects impacting our GTM leadership team and help shape our long term Revenue Operations strategy

  • Automate: Own developing new and optimizing existing GTM motions and processes for all Revenue Operations initiatives that impact the sales, support, & customer success functions; Work closely with the GTM Systems team to evaluate and deploy process improvements, tools, and infrastructure

  • Reporting: Identify areas of opportunity and risk and provide actionable insights to management; Maintain and create net new reporting to help us better understand the performance & ROI of our AI-powered workflows, facilitate productivity, and guide investment

  • Integrate: Act as the technical subject matter expert for the use of AI in sales/revenue functions & it’s integrations with the GTM tech-stack

What we are looking for

  • Minimum of 1 year in Sales Operations/Sales Strategy or Revenue Operations, with a

    demonstrated history of working cross-functionally and improving sales productivity by providing data-driven insights for strategy planning (especially within the SaaS/CPaaS startup space).

  • Excellent project management skills. Self-motivated and extremely resourceful in driving projects forward.

  • Experience working with APIs & webhooks, in particular OpenAI or similar.

  • Experience working with building Flows & Custom Objects in Salesforce. Administrator/Developer certifications are a plus but not required.

About the team

Dialpad’s Web Engineering team will focus on our highly visible and impactful marketing website.
This team works closely with our designers, content creators, SEO and conversion optimization teams to build out our global web presence. Your role

As a Senior Web Developer, you will play a critical part in defining and building out a fast, performant and conversion focused marketing website, while working closely with a team of designers, project managers and other engineers. 

What you’ll do [i,e., Responsibilities]

  • You will help design and develop the next generation of features for the Dialpad website. 
  • Own projects, bring prototypes, content and designs to life with well crafted and well tested web pages.
  • Build cohesive layouts using atomic design based component structures.
  • Translate artwork files (i.e. Figma) into functional, standards-compliant HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
  • Be directly responsible for one or more functional areas of the website, which could include SEO amp; performance, security, internationalization, or architecture
  • Regularly taking on tasks ranging from front end visual enhancements, bug fixes, building out new pages and components, to performance and infrastructure improvements
  • Review other team members' work; visually reviewing pages to make sure they align with the design to pixel perfection and doing code reviews to ensure well written code

The team

Instrumental in the success and retention of Dialpad customers, our Customer Success and Professional Services teams are the backbone of our company. Using your problem-solving skills and inherent motivation to help others, you will delight and assist our customers from their first call to their last (if there is one!)

What you will achieve

  • Lead all post-sales activities for Dialpad’s customers through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, planning, and execution.
  • Establish and oversee the customer's adoption, training, and development of best practices to continually drive incremental value and return on the customer's investment.
  • Conduct Business Reviews and status calls with the intention of creating alignment of common goals, identifying growth or risk opportunities,  and communicating performance metrics and insights.

  • Manage customer escalations with urgency by documenting open issues, facilitating regular status meetings and working cross-functionally to resolution.

In your first 30 days: 

  • Attend BaseCamp, our Revenue Org onboarding program, where you’ll learn all about our company, product, internal systems, and CS approach.
  • Work closely with your manager and teammates to get up to speed on all things CS: processes, tool set, customer base, etc.
  • Get to know cross-functional partners that we work with most frequently, like Sales, Professional Services, Product, Support, and AR.
  • Head into month 2 with a solid grasp of where to go to find the right answers to customer questions.

In your first 60 days: 

  • Familiarize yourself with your book of business using qualitative and quantitative data and begin getting introduced to your customers by your teammates.
  • Establish a regular cadence with your customers to stay aligned on business goals, product updates, etc.
  • Manage upcoming renewals and forecast renewals for the next quarter to ensure predictability for the business.
  • Dig into the product more and more as you receive specific questions from your customers - this is when everything really starts to click!

By 90 days: 

  • Start conducting Business Reviews with customers to demonstrate value, get to know key stakeholders, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Lean into your role as the “voice of the customer” within Dialpad by funneling feedback from your customers to Product and others.
  • Oversee your customers’ adoption, training, and development of best practices to continually drive incremental value and ROI.

Who you are

Dialpad is looking for a Paid Search Manager to join and become a key member of the Demand Generation Marketing  team. You will be directly contributing to the growth of our business by running a high visibility, high investment area of the business. 

Your role

As a Paid Search Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of a multi-million dollar paid search program, with the objective of driving revenue through online e-commerce purchases and generating sales pipeline all while continually finding ways to  improve spend efficiency for the business.

What you’ll do

  • Manage the strategy and execution of Google and Bing Paid Search campaigns
  • Analyze Paid Search and full demand generation performance to identify areas for improvement, notable trends, and opportunities for efficiencies
  • Perform campaign data analysis to understand the impact amp; ROI associated with each campaign to aid in the development of future strategies
  • Own day-to-day campaign management: budgeting and strategy planning, building and expanding of campaigns, ad copy writing, landing page testing, bid management, audience building, keyword management, etc.
  • Work with leadership to update forecasts, provide seasonality estimates, and report out on daily goals
  • Work with Creative and Web-development teams to create high performing on-brand copy, landing pages, and other necessary marketing materials
  • Work closely internal and external resources to stay current with industry trends and best practices
  • Attend weekly meetings and provide performance insight to various stakeholders and updates on initiatives
  • Intake requests from various stakeholders to execute SEM projects and align to current goals
  • Work with cross-functional teams on day-to-day execution of analytics projects amp; initiatives
  • Generate reports, documentation, and insights as part of the analysis process
  • Ensure quality and timeliness of results that meet expectations while balancing business needs with the appropriate level of analytical rigor
  • Leverage story-telling skills to deliver insights that are clear, concise, and actionable
  • Work in tools such as Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Salesforce, Domo, Google Sheets

Skills you’ll bring

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience planning and executing large-scale SEM campaigns 
  • Deep understanding of Google and Bing’s bidding algorithms to meet budget and performance goals
  • Hybrid of B2B and consumer experience preferred
  • Master with Excel and Google Sheets to create and maintain dashboards and provide ad hoc analysis. Comfortable with sumifs ,countifs, vlookup, pivot tablets, etc.
  • Solid understanding of multiple digital channels and how they work together (SEM, SEO, CRO, Social, Display, etc.)
  • Ability to combine large amounts of disparate data sets into a single cohesive report
  • Track record of experience delivering against marketing targets
  • Ad tech product knowledge (Google Analytics, Adobe, Salesforce, etc)
  • Experience collaborating with larger marketing teams, business operations, international teams, product teams, sales teams, etc.
  • Ability to provide performance updates to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Google Adwords/Bing Ads certification not required, but a plus
  • Team player with a sincere drive to discover and share insights to the larger team

Your Role

  • Drive A/B testing design and result review process
  • Partner with Product Managers to design experiments and monitor the impacts on existing KPIs. You are also expected to suggest the creation of new KPIs as needed

Skills you’ll bring 

  • 6+ years of experience as Data Analyst or relevant position

About the team

Dialpad’s Solutions Architect will be instrumental in the success and retention of our customers. In this role, you’ll combine your problem solving skills and inherent motivation to help others, to delight and assist our customers from their first call to their last (if there is one)!

Dialpad’s Professional Services team plays an essential role in educating customers on Dialpad products. This team aligns closely with Sales, Customer Success and Support to constantly improve our product deployment and change management process.

Your role

As a Solutions Architect, you will work closely with Dialpad’s internal and external stakeholders in facilitating successful implementations of all Dialpad products.  You will act as subject matter expert, provide consulting and guidance on technical solutions, and ultimately deliver a world-class experience to our customers.

This position reports to our Senior Manager, Solution Architect and Technical Account Management and is a fully remote position. Must be able to work US hours.

What you’ll do 

  • You’ll learn the Dialpad deployment methodology and the various tools you will be using to assist our customers during deployment 
  • You’ll learn how to assist Dialpad’s customer’s integration, hardware and technical needs
  • With the help of the Professional Services management team you’ll work directly with customers and lead their deployments technical needs
  • You’ll host admin training sessions for our customers, help configure integrations, support provisioning devices on Dialpad and start to troubleshoot complex issues
  • You’ll own the Technical health of the projects you will be working on. You will lead the training, design, planning and execution of Dialpad’s Professional Services deployments.  
  • You’ll make happy clients set up for success on their new communications platform. 
  • You’ll Partner with Dialpad Project managers to form a deployment team dedicated to customer success and project delivery.
  • You’ll Research solutions to meet any workflow needs of Dialpad’s customers, finding solutions to many problems clients face.

Skills you’ll bring

  • Excellent grasp of various modern cloud communications platforms such as Google G-Suite and Office 365
  • Experience with Business VoIP Telephony Services (On-Premise or SaaS)
  • Deep understanding and experience with the following VoIP CODECs and technologies (G.711, G.729, G.722, OPUS, H.264, VP8, VP9, WebRTC, H.323, SIP, Network Analyzers)
  • Strong understanding and experience with: 
    • Network Infrastructure (Firewalls, Routers, Switches amp; Wireless); WAN Technologies (MPLS, VPLS amp; SD-WAN)
    • Data Center Technologies (Public amp; Private Clouds)
    • Software components involved in enterprise service delivery (web servers, application servers, databases, web services, mainframes, network attached storage and other related technologies)

About the team

Dialpad’s Sales Development Representative will contribute to our Sales team by acquiring new customers, uncovering market opportunities and getting the market talking about Dialpad! Dialpad’s Sales Development Representative team develops relationships with prospects; becoming the initial point of contact by performing outreach through calls, emails and social media. Your Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll own building prospect lists, pipeline management and maintaining in-depth knowledge of Dialpad products.   • Learn to navigate through sales tools such as SFDC, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Sales Navigator and Dialpad
  • Adhere to team KPI metrics and prospecting standards
  • Partner closely with your manager, peers and Account Executives to improve messages, processes and daily activities

About the team

Dialpad’s QA (Quality Assurance) team is responsible for ensuring the quality of software products and applications. Your role 

As a QA Engineer - Ⅱ, your role primarily  involves  ensuring the quality, functionality, and usability of mobile applications (Android). Your responsibilities  will include test planning and design , functional testing , automated testing , bug reporting and tracking , collaboration and communication with the global teams both internal and cross functional. 

This position reports to our QA Automation Manager and will  be  based in our Bangalore, India Office.

What you’ll do [i.e., Responsibilities]

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand application requirements of new features, and user expectations.
  • Identifying test scenarios, test cases, and test data to ensure maximum test coverage.
  • Defining the scope of manual and automated testing based on the application's complexity and criticality.
  • Executing manual test cases and automated test cases on Android devices. 
  • Maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks using the existing Robot automation framework.
  • Analyzing test results and investigating test failures to identify root causes and provide detailed reports.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to align on testing objectives and requirements.

Skills you’ll bring [i.e., Qualifications]

  • 5 to 8 years of qualitative Work Experience in Mobile Testing with BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science or any other related field
  • Strong technical competency and experience with mobile applications and understanding of automated testing
  • Solid understanding of mobile app development, common mobile user interface guidelines/standards, and current events with Apple/Google mobile products
  • Strong Hold on Mobile Test Automation frameworks such as Appium and Robot framework
  • An absolute must is the ability to convey and document test cases and execute them
  • Strong problem-solving skills
