Responsibilities: 

  • Hit the ground running with your 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Certified Scrum Master.  You will shape the Scrum culture by running all squad ceremonies and ensuring burn-downs and key metrics are healthy.

Required Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification

EZ Texting is looking for a motivated individual ready to start a career in a growing telecommunications company as a Junior Compliance Analyst. This is an administrative role with an opportunity to learn technical skills such as phone number provisioning, mySql, and Machine Learning configuration. Interested candidates should be prepared to work at our Santa Monica, California office. We are not considering remote employment for this position.

Responsibilities



  • Representing EZ Texting�s Compliance requirements to internal teams



  • Understanding industry trends and adapting compliance processes



  • 1st line support for Voice/SMS spam escalations



  • Data reporting using mySql (on-the-job training available)



  • Machine Learning configuration using tools like Sift Science



  • Participate in DevOps and Agile methodologies



  • Contribution to iterative documentation



Minimum Qualifications



  • Bring your passion and enthusiasm to learn, grow, and contribute to the team



  • Ability to keep your cool under pressure



  • Strong team player, good communicator



  • A desire to contribute to thorough and iterative documentation



  • Frequent communication with clients and coworkers



  • Must be able to share information effectively
