About the team

Dialpad’s QA (Quality Assurance) team is responsible for ensuring the quality of software products and applications. This team works closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to help  identify and fix any issues or defects in the software. Your role 

As a Senior  QA Engineer - I, your role primarily  involves  ensuring the quality, functionality, and interworking of Third Party Integrations and Services with Dialpad   . Your responsibilities  will include test planning and design , functional testing , automated testing , bug reporting and tracking , collaboration and communication with the global teams both internal and cross functional. 

This position reports to our Functional QA Manager and will  be  based in our Bangalore, India Office. This is a Hybrid work position and will involve working with the Team, in a office setting  at Bangalore, India

What you’ll do [i.e., Responsibilities]

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand application requirements of new features, and user expectations.
  • Identifying test scenarios, test cases, and test data to ensure maximum test coverage.
  • Defining the scope of manual and automated testing based on the application's complexity and criticality.
  • Executing manual test cases and automated test cases for the Integration functionality
  • Analyzing test results and investigating test failures to identify root causes and provide detailed reports.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to align on testing objectives and requirements.

Skills you’ll bring [i.e., Qualifications]

  • 8+ years of qualitative Work Experience in Functional Testing with BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science or any other related field
  • Strong technical competency and experience with mobile applications and understanding of automated testing
  • Solid understanding of Application Software Testing , User interface MVP development and test guidelines/standards
  • An absolute must is the ability to convey and document test cases and execute them
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects/initiatives
  • Experience with User Accessibility Testing is a Plus

About the team

Your role

As a Product Manager of Analytics , you’ll own specifically the real time aspect of the Analytics product for UCaaS and CCaaS, this will include but not be limited to real time dashboards, alerts for different personas in the UCaaS and CCaaS product portfolio, like Coaches, Supervisors, Agents, etc . You’ll work closely with the sales organization and customers to flush out the requirements, with Designers to define the UX of the product, with Engineering to write the requirements and build the product, and with Product Marketing to launch the product and define the Go to Market strategy.  You’ll also help create the short and long term roadmap for the product. In addition, you’ll help bring other products to market, as each feature and product has an impact on Analytics, you will work closely with the entire portfolio and support their respective needs to bring to market their own products. AI is also a very important part of what Dialpad offers, and you will review how AI can be infused inside the Analytics product in order to define the next generation of analytics.

This position reports to our Senior Director of Product Management  and has the opportunity to be based in our US offices (Austen, San Ramon, San Francisco)

What you’ll do 

  • Develop expertise in the Dialpad Analytics Platform
  • Establish strong working relationships with key counterparts in Engineering, Design, Partnerships, and Sales.
  • Learn amp; apply existing team processes on developing product specifications, iterating with design and technical leadership, and managing development, testing amp; delivery

Your role

In your first 30 days: 

  • Work with your team and the QA Automation Manager to build an understanding of the product portfolio, the business workflows in the product, and the release cadence

Your role

As a Billing Support Representative, you’ll manage daily inbound and outbound inquiries in a timely manner. You’ll work closely with our customers and fellow internal teams to help resolve time sensitive requests. In addition, you’ll help bring attention to detail, accuracy, knowledge, and communication within your Billing Support team to help create processes that promote excellent skill set. 

This position reports to our Billing Support Manager and has the opportunity to work remotely.

  • Own customer interactions across all channels (phone, chat, and emails) by providing world class experience.
  • Make intuitive decisions to de-escalate situations when necessary.
  • Effectively analyze a request, problem, or issue, asking the right questions to build a solution and/or alternatives. 
  • Navigate and utilize internal and external resources to provide solutions to our users.
  • Work with the Support Development team to learn our product and internal processes.
  • Contribute to our Billing Team by participating in meetings, focused training, and improvements of our product.

About the team

What you’ll do

  • Liaise with writers and animators regarding the look, style, and level of detail required for the storyboard of each production
  • Work with our SEO Manager to determine what elements need to be included in videos
  • Read and interpret scripts, and curating the right product UI screens for each scene
  • Break down the script to identify key scenes and plan them visually

The Role



As a Product Support Engineer, you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for technology. You will work closely with our operations and engineering squads, triaging and troubleshooting frequent cases. Communication skills, flexibility and a desire to learn are essential, as well as the ability to work on multiple concurrent priorities through chat, tickets and calls.

In This Role You Will
  • Troubleshoot VoIP/SIP calls and RTP packets using Wireshark and our internal tools to help customers or vendors identify call issues.
  • Replicate API issues reported by customers using Postman and either solve or escalate said issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Analyze T.30(passthrough fax tones) and T.38 Fax over IP packets using our internal tools and Wireshark to troubleshoot faxing issues.
  • Run live packet captures from cloud servers on the Linux terminal.
  • Familiarize yourself with our API and VoIP based products in order to help customers with their setup inquiries.
  • Monitor operational pager alerts in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Improve customer self service through better processes and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot customer and vendor concerns quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest standards of professional customer service.
  • Liaise with your technical peers for resolution of escalated cases.

 

You May Be Fit For This Role If You Have

  • SIP, RTP, T.38 and other Fax over IP and Voice over IP Protocol knowledge.
  • Strong customer-focus, interpersonal and communication skills.

As a Partner Account Manager of Channel Sales, you’ll be managing our existing partners as well as recruiting and onboarding new regional partnerships to drive indirect sales in your designated territory.  You will become a subject matter expert on Dialpad and all our products, leveraging your expertise to educate, train and capture mindshare with our partners.  Our PAM teams work closely with the National Team as they are our program's new business and partner recruitment engine.

This position reports to our Senior Director, Channel Sales.  

What you’ll do

  • You’ll be a go-to Dialpad expert for partners in your assigned territory
  • Confident in presenting the Dialpad company presentation and product demonstration to channel partners 
  • You’ll recruit and onboard new channel partners by providing product training, solution demonstrations, and partner portal access 
  • You’ll be focused on building long-standing relationships with partners; consistently engaging with them to uncover and drive new business opportunities
  • You’ll effectively oversee and manage the sales funnel to ensure that all opportunities move forward through the sales cycle 
  • You’ll be working closely with marketing to build partner recruitment webinars and sequences to increase Dialpad brand awareness amongst the partner community
  • You will be an integral part of GTM motions

Skills you’ll bring 

  • 2+ years experience in channel management and/or technology sales

The Web Client Delivery team’s mission is to Provide the foundation through which web-based client applications at Dialpad can be stable, secure and lightweight. Additionally, they provide teams with the tooling and services that enable flexible deployment/distribution and easy debugging by developers

As an Engineering Manager, in this high impact role, you will lead, grow, and nurture the software engineering team(s) that own end-to-end customer experience by collaborating with other leaders at Dialpad. Some of the work you’ll be involved with on the web client delivery team includes:

  • Identifying and exposing meaningful app level metrics and telemetry data so other teams can execute on observability goals

  • Build out and maintain a CI/CD pipeline that allows teams to easily control distribution of their applications

  • Build out and maintain a framework for running native desktop versions of our applications.

  • Coordinating with SecOps on security auditing and compliance of native desktop applications.

  • Build and maintain a microservice for hosting and providing flexible access to all web-based client applications, including those utilizing Micro-frontend architecture.

Your role

As an Engineering Manager, in this high impact role, you are expected to split your time between management and individual contribution. As a manager you will lead, grow, and nurture the team by collaborating with other leaders at Dialpad. As an individual contributor, you will build and own large chunks of functionality end-to-end including planning, resource allocation and delivery with actual coding. This is a 50/50 role, hands on / management.

This position reports to our Senior Engineering Manager, Web Client Platform, and has the opportunity to be based in our Buenos Aires, Argentina Office.

What you’ll do 

You’ll have direct reports ranging from junior-level to highly experienced engineers, and will support their performance and career growth through regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring

  • Define, prioritize and execute infrastructure development discussions and map functional requirements, roadmaps to technical designs and project schedules

  • Evaluate architecture choices on an ongoing basis, in anticipation of increased scale and ever-evolving technology to meet the demands of a rapidly growing business needs

  • Work with geographically distributed  peer engineering managers to align engineering-wide priorities

About the team

Dialpad’s Analytics Product Manager  will be responsible for the real time analytics of the Dialpad solution, with a special focus on the AI Contact Center and AI Sales products to drive the roadmap and own this area of the product..  In this role, you’ll combine customer interactions, requirement gathering, interaction with Design, and with Engineering in order to build the product and drive its adoption.

Your role

As a Product Manager of Analytics , you’ll own specifically the real time aspect of the Analytics product for UCaaS and CCaaS, this will include but not be limited to real time dashboards, alerts for different personas in the UCaaS and CCaaS product portfolio, like Coaches, Supervisors, Agents, etc . You’ll work closely with the sales organization and customers to flush out the requirements, with Designers to define the UX of the product, with Engineering to write the requirements and build the product, and with Product Marketing to launch the product and define the Go to Market strategy.  You’ll also help create the short and long term roadmap for the product. In addition, you’ll help bring other products to market, as each feature and product has an impact on Analytics, you will work closely with the entire portfolio and support their respective needs to bring to market their own products. AI is also a very important part of what Dialpad offers, and you will review how AI can be infused inside the Analytics product in order to define the next generation of analytics.

This position reports to our Senior Director of Product Management  and has the opportunity to be based in our Buenos Aires, Argentina Office.

What you’ll do 

  • Develop expertise in the Dialpad Analytics Platform
  • Establish strong working relationships with key counterparts in Engineering, Design, Partnerships, and Sales.

  • Lead quarterly planning efforts for the Analytics team, specifically focusing on real time aspects (alerts, dashboards, etc).
  • Own long-term product strategy for the Analytics platform, including both enhancing the platform’s capabilities, and adding relevant metrics, reports and dashboards as necessary.
