About the team

Dialpad’s Sr. Product Manager CCaaS will work on our AI Contact Center offering to build the best AI powered Customer interaction solution on the market. .  In this role, you’ll combine innovation, interaction with customers, cross-functional collaboration with Design and Engineering to drive the roadmap, requirements and Go to Market of our CCaaS product offering.
Dialpad’s Product Management team plays an essential role in the organization with a fast growing disruptive product.  This team collaborates closely with all major stakeholders in the company, including Sales, Marketing, Design, Architects, Engineers, Support to constantly improve the quality and disruptive innovation of our products. 

Your role

As a Sr Product Manager of CCaaS , you’ll own the roadmap, requirement gathering, prioritization, and execution of the CCaaS product features. You’ll work closely with the other CCaaS product manager to accelerate the CCaaS product portfolio, and with the Analytics product managers to make sure the new features are being reported on.  

This position reports to our Sr. Dir of product management for the CCaaS portfolio and has the opportunity to be based in our Buenos Aires office in Argentina . 

What you’ll do 

  • Own the roadmap for the CCaaS product in collaboration with the other CCaaS product
  • Work closely with Customers, Sales, Marketing, Analysts to research and capture the latest requirements for the CCaaS product
  • Write the requirements (PRD, Jira) to capture what engineering needs to deliver
  • Partner with Design to come up with the best possible design for the product.
  • Prioritize the requirements based on customer needs, and portfolio strategy
  • Partner with Engineering and QA to follow up on the implementation
  • Run the weekly standup with the Engineering team, re-prioritize as needed
  • Partner with QA to evaluate the product readiness
  • Partner with Customers (via Customer Success Managers) to bring products to Beta, and capture early adopter feedback
  • Partner with Product marketing to launch the product… [who will they partner with?]
  • Partner with Support to make sure the product can be successfully supported.

Skills you’ll bring  

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience. 
  • Experience in Contact Center business, or Telecommunications business (PBX, Carrier)
    • Could be in a Tech Support role
    • Could be in a Professional Services role
    • Could be in a Sales Engineer role
    • Product Management is a plus

Your role

As an Account Executive, SMB you’ll own the complete sales process from start to finish. Account Manager at Dialpad

An Account Manager at Dialpad is responsible for providing best in class strategic account management across a portfolio of existing Dialpad customers. Serving as a consultant to the client, the AM will show the value of what's possible through the implementation of the Dialpad product suite. 

The AM will develop and execute on a sales strategy for their book of business. Mid-Market Account Manager 

  • Focused on a portfolio of Mid-Market customers, the Mid-Market AM will own the sales process from start to finish. You will work closely with Sales Managers and Sales Engineers to grow our existing customer base. 
  • Work leads and generate pipeline. 
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly revenue goals. 
  • Create an account plan for how you will achieve your quarterly goals 
  • Build talk tracks to align with specific client use cases
  • Develop a contract strategy within assigned accounts to maximize return 
  • Serve as a Dialpad expert and become a trusted advisor and resource for your customers 
  • Identify customers who would be a good fit for the Customer Advisory Board and Executive Sponsor Program. Become an advocate for the customer back to Dialpad
  • Partner with Customer Success to drive adoption

Requirements:

About the team

The Web Client Delivery team’s mission is to Provide the foundation through which web-based client applications at Dialpad can be stable, secure and lightweight. Additionally, they provide teams with the tooling and services that enable flexible deployment/distribution and easy debugging by developers

Every day, millions of people across the world use our technology for communicating effectively and efficiently. Some of our infrastructure teams support areas such as design systems, client application tooling and frameworks, web client CI/CD and delivery, native desktop installation, etc.

As an Engineering Manager, in this high impact role, you will lead, grow, and nurture the software engineering team(s) that own end-to-end customer experience by collaborating with other leaders at Dialpad. Our teams are growing too fast and globally distributed, and so we are looking for leaders who are awesome human beings, great communicators, excellent strategists, strong technologists, and dreamers!

Some of the work you’ll be involved with on the web client delivery team includes:

  • Identifying and exposing meaningful app level metrics and telemetry data so other teams can execute on observability goals

  • Build out and maintain a CI/CD pipeline that allows teams to easily control distribution of their applications

  • Build out and maintain a framework for running native desktop versions of our applications.

  • Coordinating with SecOps on security auditing and compliance of native desktop applications.

  • Build and maintain a microservice for hosting and providing flexible access to all web-based client applications, including those utilizing Micro-frontend architecture.

Your role

As an Engineering Manager, in this high impact role, you are expected to split your time between management and individual contribution. As a manager you will lead, grow, and nurture the team by collaborating with other leaders at Dialpad. As an individual contributor, you will build and own large chunks of functionality end-to-end including planning, resource allocation and delivery with actual coding. This is a 50/50 role, hands on / management.

This position reports to our Senior Engineering Manager, Web Client Platform, and has the opportunity to be based in our Buenos Aires, Argentina Office.

What you’ll do 

You’ll have direct reports ranging from junior-level to highly experienced engineers, and will support their performance and career growth through regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring

  • Define, prioritize and execute infrastructure development discussions and map functional requirements, roadmaps to technical designs and project schedules

  • Evaluate architecture choices on an ongoing basis, in anticipation of increased scale and ever-evolving technology to meet the demands of a rapidly growing business needs

  • Work with geographically distributed  peer engineering managers to align engineering-wide priorities

  • Own large projects end-to-end including planning, resource allocation and execution

  • Build new tools and services to help make feature development at Dialpad as easy as possible.

  • Continually contribute to our codebase as you build out roadmap functionality.

  • Drive effective engineering processes and policies

The Data Engineer team will architect and craft the data platform to empower and implement data applications, including data ingestion framework, Data Observability, Data Quality, Anomaly detection, Data Lake/Data warehouse, business intelligence, APIs and reporting systems. What you’ll do

  • Manage Data Ingestion, transformation and data quality frameworks in Realtime and Batch
  • Design and develop cloud data platforms - Tools and Capabilities to support teams to enable self-service capabilities.

As a Staff Product Designer, you will:

Design for delight and quality
Sketch, prototype and test ideas to quickly assess their viability and then sweat the details on interaction design, visual design and micro-interactions. Contribute to our Design System “Dialtone”.

What experience do I need?

  • Note: A portfolio is required with application of this role.

  • A strong design practitioner and team member with 8+ years of experience designing digital experiences.

  • Passion for connecting users where they’re at, bonus points for working with integrations previously.

  • Ability to lead cross-team and multi-phase projects through the entire product development process, from discovery to solution generation - wireframes to detailed UI - visual design to final launch. Bonus if you have experience implementing designs in HTML, CSS, and JS.

  • Experience driving vision and influencing your product or domain’s roadmap.

  • Passion for finding and solving customer pain points and making a superbly delightful, cohesive experience and a gravitation towards complex, ambiguous problems.

  • Experience with all facets of designing user experience: Design strategy, user research, information architecture, workflow creation, wireframes and interaction design, visual design, prototypes, and micro-interactions.

About the team

Your role

As a Product Manager of Analytics , you’ll own specifically the real time aspect of the Analytics product for UCaaS and CCaaS, this will include but not be limited to real time dashboards, alerts for different personas in the UCaaS and CCaaS product portfolio, like Coaches, Supervisors, Agents, etc . You’ll work closely with the sales organization and customers to flush out the requirements, with Designers to define the UX of the product, with Engineering to write the requirements and build the product, and with Product Marketing to launch the product and define the Go to Market strategy.  You’ll also help create the short and long term roadmap for the product. In addition, you’ll help bring other products to market, as each feature and product has an impact on Analytics, you will work closely with the entire portfolio and support their respective needs to bring to market their own products. AI is also a very important part of what Dialpad offers, and you will review how AI can be infused inside the Analytics product in order to define the next generation of analytics.

This position reports to our Senior Director of Product Management  and has the opportunity to be based in our Buenos Aires, Argentina Office.

What you’ll do 

  • Develop expertise in the Dialpad Analytics Platform
  • Establish strong working relationships with key counterparts in Engineering, Design, Partnerships, and Sales.

About this role 

We are looking for a Staff Product Designer to help us build a cutting-edge integration, app marketplace, and developer platform experience. We already have many existing integrations and app partners, but we’re looking to expand and make it easy for anyone to use voice, video, or messaging services. You’ll partner with designers across our product suites to bring the Dialpad difference to our customers where they’re at.

As a Staff Product Designer, you will:

Sketch, prototype and test ideas to quickly assess their viability and then sweat the details on interaction design, visual design and micro-interactions. Contribute to our Design System “Dialtone”.

What experience do I need?

  • Note: A portfolio is required with application of this role.

  • A strong design practitioner and team member with 8+ years of experience designing digital experiences.

  • Passion for connecting users where they’re at, bonus points for working with integrations previously.

  • Ability to lead cross-team and multi-phase projects through the entire product development process, from discovery to solution generation - wireframes to detailed UI - visual design to final launch. Bonus if you have experience implementing designs in HTML, CSS, and JS.

  • Experience driving vision and influencing your product or domain’s roadmap.

  • Passion for finding and solving customer pain points and making a superbly delightful, cohesive experience and a gravitation towards complex, ambiguous problems.

  • Experience with all facets of designing user experience: Design strategy, user research, information architecture, workflow creation, wireframes and interaction design, visual design, prototypes, and micro-interactions.

  • Experience working closely with stakeholders, facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and defining project goals or milestones in a design-centered way.

  • Very strong communication and storytelling skills; can simply explain complex concepts and develop new ways of sharing design work and rationale to senior leadership and executives.

About the team

Your role

We are seeking an entry-level Administrative Legal Assistant for a temporary contractor position. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing a contract repository consisting of thousands of contracts with customers, vendors, partners and more. You’ll work closely with our IT team, Legal Assistant, and Contracts Managers to help us get the most out of our contract lifecycle management (CLM) system. Your primary tasks will include tagging attributes and terms in contracts, as well as generating various reports based on specific tagged attributes and contract types. This is a temporary contractor position, which requires a commitment to completing the assigned tasks within the specified timeframe. 

This position will work closely with our Legal Assistant and has the opportunity to be based remotely or in one of our Bay Area Offices.

What you’ll do 

  • Manage and oversee our CLM and repository system
  • Collaborate with the contracts team and IT department to establish a seamless integration with Salesforce
  • Perform through organization and maintenance of the repository, housing a substantial volume of contracts
  • Conduct a comprehensive review of previously executed contracts to identify, categorize, and tag specified key attributes and terms
  • Validate and ensure the accuracy of contract tags suggested by Ironclad's AI during the import process, including dates, contract values, renewal terms, and more
  • Ensure consistent and coherent naming conventions for all contracts within the repository
  • Eliminate duplicate and empty records lacking associated contracts
  • Generate requested reports based on specific tagged attributes
  • Adhere to a strict code of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism

Skills you’ll bring

We are seeking a motivated candidate for the role of International amp; Technical Accounting Manager.  This role will be directly responsible for coordinating and reviewing the accounting and account reconciliations for the international subsidiaries, equity and lease accounting, financial reporting,  technical accounting matters and  spearheading transformation projects for the Corporate accounting team.  Additionally, they will assist in audit coordination as well as the administration of treasury activities.  This is an individual contributor role.  

What you’ll do

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of general ledger activities in accordance with month, quarter and year-end reporting deadlines under US GAAP for the Company and its subsidiaries,  including preparation and review of journal entries, and reconciliations as they pertain to international, intercompany, equity, leases and adoption of new accounting standards. 
  • Manage relationship with 3rd party accounting firms for the international subsidiaries
  • Maintain the reconciliation of intercompany accounts and payments 
  • Responsible for the accounting for equity transactions amp; share based compensation expense, including calculation of WASO and EPS
  • Prepare and/or review of quarterly and annual financial statements, including statement of cash flows, statement of equity and footnotes to the financial statements
  • Research and conclude on accounting guidance for new and existing transactions and prepare accounting memos
  • Work with external auditors to complete ongoing compliance requirements
  • Lead system transformation projects, including implementation of new modules (e.g. Procure-to-Pay), functionalities and workflows within NetSuite
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve and standardize accounting processes
  • Support the administration of ongoing treasury activities 
  • Support the insurance annual renewal process, including gathering and/or preparing requested documentation
  • Recognize and clearly communicate actionable opportunities for financial performance and continuous process improvements across the company. The Accounting Manager will be expected to make process improvement recommendations.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of accounting policies and procedures
  • Lead ad hoc projects as needed

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience, including Big 4 public accounting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA is a must
  • Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP

What we're looking for
  • 3+ years of professional software development and infrastructure operations experience
  • Expertise in the operation of internet facing Linux based production cloud/virtualized infrastructure.
  • Expert knowledge in at least one deployment and orchestration technology (Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Salt, Puppet, Chef)
  • Familiarity with shell and Python scripting

We are seeking a talented and experienced Frontend Software Engineer who is passionate about building high-quality, scalable web amp; desktop native applications using modern frontend technologies. You will own significant user-facing features and tackle technical hurdles and enrich the team through your engineering experience including mentorship of junior engineers. You will guide projects with multiple engineers collaborating to deliver major features. You will work jointly in a cross functional team, including working closely with Product Managers in advocating for technical initiatives for the team.

What you’ll do [i,e., Responsibilities]

  • Develop and maintain Dialpad's web amp; desktop applications using modern frontend technologies.
  • Create reusable and modular components that can be used across multiple projects.
  • Pay close attention to detail and code quality to ensure that our web applications are performant, scalable, and maintainable.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality products.
  • Mentor junior engineers and help them grow their skills and expertise.
  • Collaborate with frontend infrastructure teams to build and maintain the tools and systems that support our web applications.
  • Write clean, modular, and maintainable code using best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Work closely with backend engineers to design and implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL schemas.
  • Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Ensure that features are shipped on-time and with the highest quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and industry trends.

Skills you’ll bring [i,e., Qualifications]

  • 5+ years of experience in frontend software engineering.
  • Strong experience with Vue/React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, GraphQL etc
  • Experience with building reusable and modular components.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on code quality and maintainability.
  • Experience with mentoring junior engineers and helping them grow their skills.
  • Experience with collaborating with frontend infrastructure teams.

The Role

As a VoIP Engineer you understand how the Telnyx Telephony Engine works as a whole, while also being able to identify each underlying service and its purpose. You use this knowledge plus your experience working with VoIP technologies to design new features and guide software developers on their implementation. You assist other teams by triaging escalated issues and then working with all the involved parties until they are resolved. You are the subject matter expert for all topics that are telephony related, and when you don't know the answer you will know who to ask.

You work with users around the globe, where you help by solving their communications challenges. You’ll also get to work with other engineers to build delightful features that span various parts of the system, as well as our business, sales, and operations teams to understand and solve our users’ pain points.

We’re looking for people with a strong background in VoIP technologies and interest in building successful products or systems; you’re comfortable in dealing with lots of moving pieces; you have exquisite attention to detail; and you’re comfortable learning new technologies and systems.

Responsibilities
  • Understand how all Telephony services work and how they are integrated to the platform.
  • Handle level 3 troubleshooting escalations and triaging.
  • Analyze telephony traffic patterns and identify issues and anomalies.
  • React to critical alerts in order to rapidly return to a full-service state.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve voice and network protocol communication issues.
  • Interface with partner organizations for interconnections and expansions.
  • Design, build, test, deploy and maintain monitoring, alerting, QA and logging tools for Telephony applications.
  • Coordinate system maintenance and deployment events.

What we are looking for
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications or similar.
  • Strong understanding of IP telephony (VoIP), TCP/IP Networks and related protocols (SIP, RTP, RTCP, ISUP, TLS, STUN, TURN, WebRTC).
  • Experience with Open Source VoIP applications such as Kamailio, OpenSIPS, FreeSWITCH, RTPEngine, Asterisk and open source tools such as Wireshark, sngrep and Homer.
  • Experience with Linux, Open Source tools and shell scripting.
  • Experience with containers and automation/orchestration tools such as Docker, Ansible, Jenkins, Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with programming in Python, Elixir or Go are a plus.

Compensation
Base salary is based on location and experience.
The example below is the salary band for someone located in Sao Paulo, Brazil
Junior to Mid Level: US $25,942.00 to US $34,880.00 USD Yearly Salary 

Work Hours
The ideal work hours are between 10:00 and 19:00 UTC-3 (13:00 and 22:00 UTC).
