Your role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Frontend Senior Software Engineer who is passionate about building high-quality, scalable web amp; desktop native applications using modern frontend technologies. You will own significant user-facing features and tackle technical hurdles and enrich the team through your engineering experience including mentorship of junior engineers. You will guide projects with multiple engineers collaborating to deliver major features. You will work jointly in a cross functional team, including working closely with Product Managers in advocating for technical initiatives for the team.

  • Develop and maintain Dialpad's web amp; desktop applications using modern frontend technologies.
  • Create reusable and modular components that can be used across multiple projects.

About you



Telnyx is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own the marketing strategy for our suite of Wireless products with purpose to drive our growth in AMER and EMEA markets. The opportunity 



Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this individual will be an integral part of our next phase of growth. You’ll work closely with a team of Product Marketing Managers, Product Managers and Engineers to develop a deep understanding of our products and partner with the Global Sales organization to understand our target customers and their needs. You will help Telnyx achieve our business goals by developing value propositions and messaging that illustrate our value to target audiences and will execute global Go-To-Market (GTM) programs and measure their success. 


  • Own messaging and value proposition development of Telnyx product(s): Wireless. 

  • Drive alignment between sales, marketing and product on roadmap, GTM strategies, sales enablement, pricing initiatives and product positioning 

  • Act as content provider to support product launches including go-to-market campaigns, customer presentations and sales training materials, and also act as a subject matter expert on new solutions 

  • Become the expert on our customers and their use cases - understand buying criteria, buyer journeys (upsell and new customers) and build marketing strategies to influence buying decisions at every stage of the funnel.

  • Work with the field to gather competitive insights and identify opportunities for new markets and product features. Socialize across Telnyx to develop strategies and features to advance our market position.

  • Work with our Content and Design teams to build a content engine for Wireless Products - including the creation of blog posts, videos, live webinars, whitepapers, presentations, etc. to fuel lead generation, sales and marketing success.

  • Work with our Demand Generation and Paid Marketing teams to develop paid and organic channel strategies, ABM strategies and partner with our Paid Marketing team to drive high quality lead generation and conversion.

  • Own performance metrics for your products and Marketing campaigns that ensure consistent achievement of business goals - communicate the effectiveness of your team's campaigns to senior management.

Who we’re looking for 

  • You have 3+ years of product marketing experience in a B2B marketing organization.

  • You have experience working cross-functionally and within Marketing organizations to drive alignment, consensus and execution of Marketing programs. You can project manage stakeholders and meet deadlines.

  • You have experience developing & executing global go-to-market strategies, ABM programs, product positioning and value propositions, pricing initiatives, sales and marketing collateral, and sales training materials, demonstrated through new product and feature launches.

The Role:

 

As a Pricing Manager you’ll have the opportunity to lead pricing analysis from start to finish, dig deep to understand pain points of our partners and work cross-functionally to react quickly and proactively as new challenges arise. About the team

Dialpad’s Data Annotation Specialist will deliver high quality annotated data to enable our NLP and AI Research(AIR) teams to train their state-of-the-art machine learning models.  In this role, you’ll combine linguistics, technical skills, and project management to gather data requirements, design annotation projects, collect annotations and perform QA on the resulting data.

Dialpad’s Data Annotation amp; Testing team plays an essential role in the development of our Ai features for our suite of business communication products.  This team collaborates closely with NLP, ASR, AIR amp; Product Management  to constantly improve our customers' ability to derive valuable insights from their conversations. 

Your role

As a Data Annotation Specialist, you’ll own every data annotation project requested by the NLP/AIR team. You’ll work closely with Applied Scientists and Linguists to collect high accuracy training and testing data. You'll design annotation guidelines and set up annotation jobs in Labelbox. You'll train and provide feedback to annotators and ensure all of your data has high accuracy. You'll combine human and programmatic labeling tools to get the most labels, with the highest accuracy for the lowest cost. 

This position reports to our Manager of Data Annotation amp; Testing and has the opportunity to be based in our Kitchener, ON Office. This role is majority remote with the occasional in-office day. 

We are looking for a candidate to start on July 31, 2023. 

What you’ll do

  • Participate in design meetings and ask clarifying questions to fully understand NLP amp; AIR team scenarios and data requirements.
  • Accurately translate data requests into project requirements and select the correct approach including platform, annotators, data inputs and outputs etc. based on data needs.
  • Design and implement annotation jobs including guidelines and job setup in Labelbox and Watchful.
  • Ensures quality of the data which results from your projects and directly meets the standards of the NLP amp; AIR teams.
  • Owns basic data projects throughout the project's entire lifecycle.
  • Pre- and post-process the data using manual and automated methods. 
  • Partner closely with Applied Scientists amp; Ai Product Managers to get an in-depth understanding of their customer use cases and feature design. 
  • Research the latest developments in machine learning annotation, processes and tooling to optimize our processes and data quality. 

Skills you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Linguistics or Technical subject or equivalent practical experience/coursework.
  • 0 - 3 years data analysis experience including SQL, and data cleaning amp; manipulation
  • 0 - 3 years experience with basic python including pandas 
  • 0 - 3 years experience with project management
  • 0 - 3 years experience with linguistic annotation
  • Experience with research and scientific literature reviews
  • Strong desire to work in a role supporting machine learning and data science development

Bonus points

  • Experience with data annotation platforms such as Labelbox, Appen, DataLoop, CloudFactory, DataSaur or similar
  • Experience with programmatic labeling platforms such as Watchful or Snorkel

Your role

Under the direction of the Senior Product and Privacy Counsel, you will:

  • Advise internal product and engineering teams on issues related to the development and marketing of Dialpad’s products and technologies. This will include advising on  privacy, data security, and consumer protection issues, as well as regulatory requirements and potential legal risks
  • Contribute to creating, improving, and enforcing internal practices, policies, agreements and standards to ensure compliance with global legal requirements across subject matters and product lines, by collaborating with stakeholders throughout the organization
  • Assist in the sales process by consulting on negotiation positions for topics within your subject matter expertise, such as Data Protection Agreements, Business Associate Agreements, and product-related provisions

Your role

Your role

  • Product Management

Position Overview:
Revenue Operations represents the alignment between various Ops teams including, but not
limited to, Marketing, Sales, and Customer ops. We focus on tools and processes to grow
revenue while prioritizing efficiency and accountability among teams.

Your role

As a Product Manager of Analytics , you’ll own specifically the real time aspect of the Analytics product for UCaaS and CCaaS, this will include but not be limited to real time dashboards, alerts for different personas in the UCaaS and CCaaS product portfolio, like Coaches, Supervisors, Agents, etc . You’ll work closely with the sales organization and customers to flush out the requirements, with Designers to define the UX of the product, with Engineering to write the requirements and build the product, and with Product Marketing to launch the product and define the Go to Market strategy.  You’ll also help create the short and long term roadmap for the product. In addition, you’ll help bring other products to market, as each feature and product has an impact on Analytics, you will work closely with the entire portfolio and support their respective needs to bring to market their own products. AI is also a very important part of what Dialpad offers, and you will review how AI can be infused inside the Analytics product in order to define the next generation of analytics.

What you’ll do 

  • Develop expertise in the Dialpad Analytics Platform

  • Lead quarterly planning efforts for the Analytics team, specifically focusing on real time aspects (alerts, dashboards, etc).
  • Own long-term product strategy for the Analytics platform, including both enhancing the platform’s capabilities, and adding relevant metrics, reports and dashboards as necessary.

Telnyx is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own the marketing strategy for our suite of Storage products with purpose to drive our growth in AMER and EMEA markets. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this individual will be an integral part of our next phase of growth. You’ll work closely with a team of Product Marketing Managers, Product Managers and Engineers to develop a deep understanding of our products and partner with the Global Sales organization to understand our target customers and their needs. You will help Telnyx achieve our business goals by developing value propositions and messaging that illustrate our value to target audiences and will execute global Go-To-Market (GTM) programs and measure their success. 


  • Own messaging and value proposition development of Telnyx products: Programmable Voice, Wireless & Storage. 

  • Drive alignment between sales, marketing and product on roadmap, GTM strategies, sales enablement, pricing initiatives and product positioning 

  • Act as content provider to support product launches including go-to-market campaigns, customer presentations and sales training materials, and also act as a subject matter expert on new solutions

The Role

The Sales Development Representative role holds an essential position in the growth and development of our sales pipeline and has a direct impact on the business. If you are excited about uncovering new opportunities and delighting customers, you could make a real impact in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, outbound calls, and emails.

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.

  • Evaluate customers and use sound judgment to advance them through our pipeline.

  • Develop sales approaches and pitches that speak to the customer’s needs, concerns, and objectives.

  • Effectively communicate our value proposition and develop professional relationships with prospects.

  • Contribute to the sales engagement strategy.

  • Document all sales activity in our CRM system (Salesforce).

  • Participate in ongoing training and stay up-to-date with new products and services.

  • Understand Telnyx’s goals and develop new ways to enhance our performance.

What we are looking for

  • Commercial experience in sales or marketing (SaaS experience a benefit).

  • Fluency in English is a must, other language skills are a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.

  • A strong phone presence with a knack for building rapport quickly and establishing trust.

  • Empathetic and comfortable speaking to customers at all seniority levels.

  • Hands-on experience with outbound sales techniques (prospecting, cold calling, emailing, etc.).

  • An interest in technology with the ability to learn quickly.

  • Previous experience telemarketing, cold-calling, and setting appointments/closing sales via telephone is preferred.

  • A strong desire to grow your career within a nimble and hungry environment.
