The Role:

As an Onboarding Customer Success Manager, you will hold an essential position for the success of new Telnyx customers. Your success lies in getting our customers up and running as fast as possible. You will be responsible for onboarding, ramping and maintaining revenue for Telnyx's largest enterprise customers.

You will work as part of a diverse team of sales executives, customer success professionals, engineers, and product managers to onboard customers onto the Telnyx platform. You’ll build and maintain strong relationships, consistently remain available and responsive, and proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs during their onboarding process. The Technical Implementation Manager must be able to sit down with both technical and non technical stakeholders to drive successful execution of their onboarding strategy. You are responsible for ensuring that customer use case and experience are ready to be transitioned to the Customer Success team.

The two key metrics you’ll be evaluated on are the successful onboarding of your book of business and getting customers ramped to their usage commitments.

In This Role You Will:

  • Walk customers through an outlined onboarding process and advise on the best methods to optimize the experience on the Telnyx platform.

  • Develop implementation plans for some of our largest / most complex customers, including key milestones and metrics for success.

  • Develop strong relationships with key customer stakeholders across both business and technical roles.

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly metrics and reports to support the customer experience.

  • Remain available and responsive to maximize customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, technical demands, and following through on specified timelines.

  • Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary parties.

You May Be A Fit For This Role If You Have:

  • 2-3+ years of customer service of a highly technical product and project management experience in a professional setting (telecommunications background will be a plus).

  • Experience onboarding large Enterprise & Mid-Market customers through complex technical installations spanning many teams and departments. 

  • Resourcefulness. Technically competent and enjoy solving problems for our customers and our team

  • Advanced organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent project management, developing workflows to increase troubleshooting efficiency while still following standard processes.

  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills. You are a strong listener and communicator, being able to stand in our customer’s shoes.

  • Analytical thinking - analyze, synthesize, and apply information to solve problems swiftly while weighing all pros and cons and understanding the downstream effects of decisions.

  • Living with integrity, transparency, and erring on the side of the action.

What you will achieve

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Product Manager to join our growing Product Management team, focusing specifically on our mobile applications. You will drive roadmap planning amp; execution, and own feature delivery from idea to ‘go-to-market,’ collaborating with other Product Managers and cross-functional leaders. Who you are

You are a very ambitious and motivated PM who has:

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience, with a track record of successfully bringing new mobile product experiences to market.

  • Ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization.
  • Nimble and flexible with regards to changing priorities amp; business needs.

  • You will own, participate, and contribute towards a part of the functional and system regression test activities for the Mobile iOS Client Product portfolio
  • You will build an understanding of existing internal automation tools and frameworks.
  • By the end of your first month, you’ll understand the team structure, the stakeholders, and the product architecture.

In your first 60 days: 

  • You will start developing a deeper understanding of Product Features and terminology.
  • At a broader level, You will understand the goals and challenges of the QA team

The Role

Littlefish are seeking a Duty manager (Nottingham / Sheffield). The duty manager provides supervision for the day and night teams outside of management/office hours.
Ensures that the out of hours and nights team are working effectively and efficiently to meet the delivery of agreed service levels.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervises a team of service desk engineers.
  • Provides feedback and coaching in support of the team leader to develop and improve the team..
  • Monitoring and managing alongside the team leader to manage the service desk engineers daily performance and productivity.
  • Ensures assigned workload is completed to meet customer demands.
  • Mentors the team and acting as a hierarchical and technical escalation point
  • Checks and improves the quality of the service desks work, reviewing feedback and ticket information to improve the service offering.
  • Responsible for all tickets currently assigned to the service desk queue, monitoring breach status and open backlog, prioritising engineer effort and time to meet customer SLAs and KPIs
  • Initial escalation points for end user issues and complaints.
  • Working along side the Team Leader to onboard new staff and help through the employee life cycle from day 1.
  • Ad hoc service desk projects and internal service improvements
  • Resolving 1st and 2nd line technical issues over the telephone, via email, or live chat, in a friendly and professional manner for Littlefish customers
  • Maintaining and updating the Service Desk knowledgebase
  • Providing exceptional customer service and managing customer experience throughout incident and request lifecycle.

The Role

Littlefish are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer. The Senior infrastructure engineer is not client aligned and will have a generalist infrastructure engineer background. They’ll have multiple years of experience and be comfortable leading a team in the resolution of major incidents, including communicating with non-technical leadership in the company and clients. Clear thinking in how we plan the investigation and recovery from a major incident will be critical. Whilst they’ll work on major incidents, the majority of their work will be complex or sensitive issues that need their level of knowledge and skills to resolve or are highly important customer tickets. We’ll look to these people as the SMEs to guide us through complex changes, assist other engineers in issues that they’re struggling with and lead our thinking about the introduction of and the team’s skills for future technologies. As such they need to be ready to mentor but also when necessary direct other engineers in the resolution of an issue.

The team

You will contribute to our global channel sales team by acquiring new partners, uncovering partnership opportunities, and getting the channel talking about Dialpad! The global channel Sales team is made up of Channel Development Reps, Partner Account Managers, National and Regional Channel Managers,—all teeming with unbridled passion and grit. Our reps help partners solve complex communications problems felt by everyone around the world.

What you will achieve

In your first 30 days: 

  • You will be welcomed with a first in class onboarding experience that includes equipment set up, a sweet swag package, and a top-notch training program 
  • You will gain an understanding of both the industry and the partner landscape for Dialpad
  • You will learn how to navigate through award-winning sales tools such as; SFDC, Zoominfo, Outreach, Sales Navigator and Dialpad
  • You will begin core CDR functions; prospecting, lead qualification, appointment setting, warm handoffs, Salesforce hygiene, and pipeline management. 
  • You will work closely with your manager, shadow your peers, and partner with your Partner Account Manager to increase new partner meetings for a given territory
  • At the end of your first month, you will have a proficient grasp of the tools and activities necessary to be successful in your role

In your first 60 days: 

  • During your second month, you will be laser-focused on identifying target partner accounts and contacts in your territory
  • Build prospecting lists for target partner accounts and key decision-makers and then reach out to them using all communication channels (cold call, email, chat, and social media)
  • You will comprehend and maintain in-depth knowledge of Dialpad products and our partner program and have a great pitch
  • Adhere to team KPI metrics and prospecting standards
  • You will have an advanced understanding of tools, activities and best practices to be successful in the CDR role

By 90 days: 

  • In month three you will be confident in your craft and ready to fully immerse yourself in your day job
  • You will continue efforts to improve messaging, processes, and daily activities
  • You will be an accomplished partner qualifier and an expert with tools and processes
  • You will be ready to independently operate at full speed

You will contribute to our global Sales team by acquiring new customers, uncovering market opportunities, and getting the market talking about Dialpad! The global Sales team is made up of Sales Development, Channel, Enablement, SMB, MidMarket, and Enterprise teams—all teeming with unbridled passion and grit. What you will achieve

In your first 30 days: 

  • You’ll work closely with your hiring Manager and our onboarding team to get up to speed on our sales processes, tools, and products
  • You’ll shadow calls (pitches/demos) 
  • By the end of your first month, you’ll comprehend what we sell, how we sell, and the tools we use. You’ll have a solid grasp of our positioning in the market, along with the operational cadence of GTM teams
  • You’ll have built out a light plan around your territory and how you’re going to get after it

In your first 60 days: 

  • You’ll immerse yourself in deals (responding to inbounds, proactively identifying opportunities, and leading conversations with prospective customers)

Who you are

We’re looking for Account Executives with experience selling into larger Enterprises (our customer sweet spot is 1k-10k employee companies). You should have a passion for evangelizing modern products and helping companies think differently about legacy processes (think cloud modernization projects). This means you’re fearless to start conversations, a captive storyteller, aren’t afraid to ask hard questions, and can juggle many opportunities while always looking for new ones. You know how to gather/deliver feedback on market needs and product dependencies to further drive revenue growth. You’re comfortable carrying a quota and operating in collaboration with others, while taking extreme accountability for your results. This role requires authenticity, scrappiness at times, and an ability to coach prospective C-level buyers through a very closely managed journey. You are someone who wants to be part of a tight-knit team of individuals with a shared purpose- growing our Enterprise revenue segment. 

Several years of Enterprise SaaS selling experience (both Direct and through the Channel) is a requirement, and industry knowledge is a plus.

The Product Engineering, Growth team is focused on the User Lifecycle and how core features are discovered by the users that deliver impact. You often ask questions about a stickiness of a product feature and how users find them.   • Set up your development environment

Who you are

As an experienced full-stack software engineer, you will own significant user-facing features end-to-end that directly drive Dialpad’s customer growth. In a heavily metric-driven team, you will be able to innovate and iterate exciting new ideas that can be quickly validated. Passionate about cultivating a narrative for onboarding customers that brings to the forefront everything there is to love about our products such as through guided tours and user onboarding flows, your work will guide users through products’ functionality. 

You bring a strong background in engineering web apps and are keen to build out the exact right UI experience for customers. You are a champion of developing hypotheses and -A/B experimentation to improve the product experience and user adoption. The team

 Dialpad’s Product Engineering organization is responsible for building and maintaining the customer-facing features at scale across all of our cloud native products and services: Talk, Contact Center, Sales Dialer, Video Conferencing, and Voice Intelligence

Every day, millions of people across the world use our technology for communicating effectively and efficiently. Product Engineering teams focus on areas such as billing, growth, search amp; analytics, core platform, frontend amp; backend infrastructure, developer and partner ecosystem amp; integrations and more.  

As an engineer on the Engineering Productivity team, your goal is to build solutions that maximize productivity and happiness across Dialpad’s internal engineering organization. The team measures engineering overhead and prioritizes projects that will put the biggest dent in overhead for the least cost. You’ll jump in where the team is needed most to build tooling, features, processes, and metrics that aid productivity. It’s all about making it easy for engineers to do their best quality work efficiently.

What you will achieve

In your first 30 days: 

  • Meet your manager and onboarding buddy who will help you ramp up.
  • Get to know a highly communicative and collaborative engineering team .
  • Complete the comprehensive engineering onboarding program (including training videos and documentation on the codebase).
  • Work on starter projects to get comfortable working with the Dialpad codebase. Starter projects are done across all teams, and will help ramp you up on all aspects including: frontend, backend, and architecture.

In your first 6 months:

  • You’ll begin working on impactful and educational starter projects within the engineering productivity team. For example: tooling to automate engineering onboarding.
  • You’ll receive mentorship and code reviews from your peers to help you ramp up on engineering at Dialpad.

After 6 months:

  • You’ll have a deeper understanding of how engineering works at Dialpad so that you can work on more complex and challenging projects.
  • You’ll work not just on tooling, but features within the product engineering codebase that make it easier for engineers to do their job well. For example: libraries to make fixture-based unit testing easy to do and education on how to do it.

One year and beyond:

  • You’ll learn how to do code reviews and mentor other engineers in your team and beyond.
  • You’ll help the team measure engineering overhead and build solutions that make all engineers more efficient.
  • You’ll work closely with engineers across the organization to eliminate their biggest pain points.

Who you are

You’re the type of engineer who recognizes that investment in workflow optimization leads to exponential long term gains, and you love doing it. You’re motivated by eliminating pain points for your peers and making them happier, more productive engineers.

We don’t require a specific number of years of experience, but we are looking for experienced engineers who have worked across a wide variety of codebases and engineering teams. It’s important that you’ve seen productivity pitfalls before and know where to start solving them.

Instrumental in the success and retention of Dialpad customers, our Customer Success, and Professional Services teams are the backbone of our company. What you will achieve

In your first 30 days:

  • You’ll work closely with your manager as well and the rest of the Professional Services team to learn about Dialpad as a company and also the Dialpad product offerings

The team

You will contribute to our global Sales team by acquiring new customers, uncovering market opportunities, and getting the market talking about Dialpad! The global Sales team is made up of Sales Development, Channel, Enablement, SMB, MidMarket, and Enterprise teams—all teeming with unbridled passion and grit. Our Regional Channel Manager will be responsible for recruiting, on-boarding, and managing telecom partners, technology consultants, VARs, and Master Agents focused on next generation business communications. What you will achieve

You will be responsible for managing our existing partners as well as recruiting and onboarding new regional partnerships to drive indirect sales in your designated territory. 

You will become a subject matter expert on Dialpad and all our products, leveraging your expertise to educate, train and capture mindshare with our partners. Our channel managers are instrumental in growing company revenue so you’ll be working closely with partners and our sales team to source new business opportunities and achieve revenue goals. 

In your first 30 days.. 

  • You’ll attend Base Camp, Dialpad’s extensive onboarding and training program to get you up to speed on all things Dialpad and the UCaaS/CCaaS industry
  • You’ll become certified in Dialpad presentations and product demonstrations.
  • You’ll work closely with your manager, and your aligned inside Channel team to build out a business plan to nurture and grow your designated territory.
  • You’ll spend time with our Channel Marketing team to understand what resources are available to use both internally and externally to support your channel partners.
  • You’ll spend time with Channel Enablement and become trained on our Dialpad Partner Portal.
  • You will meet with our National Channel Directors to understand the partner ecosystem.

What you will achieve

The Manager of Enterprise Sales is responsible for developing their people, working in a fast paced and innovative environment, and bringing results on behalf of their team. You will be contributing to a scaling sales organization, competing in a hotly contested market, which takes a strong work ethic, solid fundamentals, and a competitive attitude. 

In your first 30 days: 

  • You’ll work to understand where Dialpad sits in the market, what our product consists of, how it’s different from others in the space, and the biggest value propositions and reasons why businesses buy our software
  • You’ll evaluate the performance across your team and begin creating relationships with your sellers
  • You’ll have a grasp of our reporting data, and how it’s impactful to the business

In your first 60 days: 

  • You’ll shadow prospect and customer calls
  • Start 1:1 cadences with all your sellers
  • You’ll master the Dialpad enterprise sales process
  • You’ll connect with other internal stakeholders who are pivotal to your success in the role

By 90 days: 

  • You’ll be able to effectively deliver a Dialpad pitch, contextualized to the prospect you’re selling to
  • You’ll have a read on the strengths and weaknesses of your sellers
  • You’ll have streamlined reporting and forecasting on behalf of your team
  • You’ll begin thinking about improvements or changes you think could be effective to the team, and communicate those upwards to your director

Who you are

You are a self driven, self disciplined professional who takes pride in helping your team members achieve their revenue targets. You can learn new things and be told them once….maybe twice.   • Lead the charge – organize, align and provide clarity across multiple teams to deliver business value

Who you are

  • 5+ years experience in product management, preferably in a SAAS company, with experience managing partner relationships and owning releases through planning, execution, and go-to-market.

  • Strong communication amp; presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends

The role:

The role of the Service Architect is to partner with Business Development and Account Management sales teams, to help gain customers’ trust. You will need to comprehensively understand the needs, requirements and outcomes of the customer, and design services that meet these needs. This will grow annuity based recurring services revenue for Littlefish. The primary objective of the Service Architect is to design and gain acceptance for the (service) transformation of a designated customer’s IT Operations.

 

What you’ll be getting up to on a day-to-day basis:
  • Develop new sales opportunities through proactive engagement with prospects and customers at all levels up to and including at executive level supporting the Business Development and Account Management teams
  • Collate and draft bid responses in line with Littlefish Service Portfolio in response to RFI, PQQ, ITT and RFP’s.
  • Present solutions to the customer, focusing on the customers’ business demonstrating how Littlefish can add value, achieve outcomes and contribute to competitive advantage to their organisation.
  • Adhere to agreed processes (e.g. sales proposals are in line with appropriate terms and conditions) and guidelines ensuring that quality is in line with the relevant business ISO standards
  • Work directly with customer Service Architects and consultants to ensure the correct technical information has been provided to enable the design of services solutions that are both approved and deliverable by Littlefish, and meet customers’ requirements.
  • Take ownership as required of the overall service solution, working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver comprehensive service solutions and bid responses within defined timelines.
  • Deliver high quality written responses as part of the tendering process, evolving and enhancing our standard library of suitable responses to customer requirement statements.

 

 

What will ensure your CV stands out from the crowd?
  • At least 10 years’ experience in a Services Architect/Services pre-sale role where there is demonstrable career progression and achievement.
  • At least 10 years’ experience of working with:
  • customers (medium and large) operating in diverse sectors
  • large geographically dispersed teams (including remote workers and remote services)
  • Excellent customer facing and presentation skills with strong experience of working at executive level
  • Experience of building relationships within complex corporate or government customers at executive and senior level
  • Excellent Interpersonal Communication (verbal and written)
  • Effective time management with ability to meet competing demands
  • Experience of working with new and emerging services propositions
  • Exposure to the End User Services industry
  • Experience of working architecting services within an MSP, system integrator and/or IT reseller Responsible for identifying and increasing the size of viable Managed Services opportunities by working alongside Sales teams
  • Design and gain acceptance for the (service) transformation of a designated client
