About the team

Dialpad’s QA (Quality Assurance) team is responsible for ensuring the quality of software products and applications. This team works closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to help  identify and fix any issues or defects in the software. The QA team's primary objective is to deliver a high-quality, reliable, and user-friendly product to end-users.

Your role 

As an Associate QA Engineer I, your role primarily  involves  ensuring the quality and validation of the functionality, and workflows of the Dialpad Product vertical  . Your responsibilities  will include test creation.  execution, functional testing , bug reporting and tracking. The role also expects collaboration and communication with the global teams both internal and cross functional. 

This position reports to our Functional QA Manager/s and will  be  based in our Bangalore, India Office. This is a Hybrid work position and will involve working with the Team, in an office setting at Bangalore, India

What you’ll do 

Test Planning and Execution:

  • Assist in the creation of test plans based on project specifications.
  • Execute manual test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of Dialpad products.

Bug Tracking and Reporting:

  • Identify and document software defects with clear and concise details.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.

Regression Testing:

  • Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features and enhancements do not adversely impact existing functionality.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software.

Documentation:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test reports.

Skills you’ll bring

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

  • Basic understanding of software testing concepts.
  • 1 to 2.5 yrs of experience  in Manual Testing 
  • Familiarity with manual testing processes and methodologies.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

About the team

The Porting Team plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth transition for customers switching between telecommunication providers. By effectively managing porting requests and addressing any challenges that arise, they contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining operational efficiency within the organization while adhering to industry regulations and maintaining service quality.

Your role

As a Porting Specialist, you will be responsible for facilitating the seamless transfer of telephone numbers between telecommunication service providers. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory requirements.

You’ll work closely with customers, stakeholders, service providers and carriers to ensure a seamless porting process while adhering to the complexity of the industry regulations per country.  You’ll also help with any line management requests such as E911 emergency registration, New number order, CNAM, Number pooling inventory, End User registration in compliance with the country regulations. 

This position reports to our Porting Manager and has the opportunity to be based in our Manila, Philippines Office.

What you’ll do 

  • Processing Porting Requests- Receive, review, and process inbound and outbound porting requests from customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Verify customer information, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and validate porting eligibility.
  • Coordinate with both gaining and losing carriers, as well as internal departments, to ensure smooth execution of the porting process.
  • Address any issues or challenges encountered during the porting process, such as rejections, delays, or discrepancies in customer information.
  • Maintain accurate records of porting activities, including documentation of customer interactions, porting statuses, and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide support and guidance to customers throughout the porting process, including answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing updates on porting status.
  • Partner with the Porting team and the partner carriers to ensure a seamless porting experience and enhance customer satisfaction. 

Skills you’ll bring

As a Senior Product Designer at Dialpad, you play an integral role within your product area, working alongside Product and Engineering partners as well as other cross-functional partners. What you'll do

  • DEI Strategy amp; Planning: 
    • Collaborate with the DEI Community Manager to learn how to build a multi-year roadmap for DEI within the company
    • Construct an annual DEI calendar for FY26 that includes DEI key dates, internal communication strategy amp; content, training opportunities and heritage months
  • Employee Engagement amp; Employer Brand: 
    • Identify themes and topics for a series of DEI-related programs for Dialers, including, but not limited to: service events, ERG programs, external recruitment programs/panels, and more
    • Develop content/collateral to highlight the amazing talent we have at Dialpad through “A Day in the Life” videos and other employee spotlights
  • Inclusive Sourcing amp; Recruitment:
    • Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders to develop an inclusive sourcing strategy that includes potential external partners who could be a source for minoritized talent and resources for our recruiters to use.

By the end of your internship you will have

  • Successfully identified an inclusive sourcing strategy and sourcing resources for our recruiters to use
  • Developed, coordinated and managed at least 1 DEI-related program initiative

Your role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Engineer who is passionate about building high-quality, scalable web amp; desktop native applications using modern frontend and backend technologies. The billing engineering team builds scalable APIs and tooling to manage the full billing lifecycle for our customers. Engineers have a huge impact and work on features tied directly to the revenue that Dialpad brings in. This is a full-stack engineering team that builds backend billing features to bring in revenue, customer facing frontends that allow admins to manage their licenses, and automated tooling for our finance and support teams. Your Role

As a Software Engineer in the Billing team, you’ll own different components of our billing system. You’ll work closely with other engineers on the team to build scalable billing APIs.  You’ll also help create generic solutions and tools that improve our billing platform and help our support teams. In addition, you’ll help develop the next generation of our billing platform using microservices architecture.

This position reports to our Engineering Manager and has the opportunity to be based in our Buenos Aires Office.

Your role 

We’re looking for a Senior Brand Designer with experience building powerful design systems and best in class experiences. The Senior Brand Designer will work with a cross disciplinary team to translate marketing, brand and conversion goals into beautifully crafted deliverables. Candidates should be proficient in Figma, Adobe CC, print design best practices and should have a solid understanding of how the internet works (HTML, CSS, JS). 

This position reports to our Creative Director and has the opportunity to be based in our Buenos Aires, Argentina Office.

  • Uphold the integrity of the Dialpad brand across various marketing and channel platforms. Drive the refinement of the Dialpad brand through the effective ideation and implementation of fresh digital and print campaigns that captivate audiences and bolster brand recognition, customer acquisition, and loyalty.
  • Take full ownership of design initiatives, overseeing them from inception to completion to produce innovative, compelling, and impactful creative content—from initial brainstorming and concept generation to final execution and launch.
  • Possess a keen eye for recognizing opportunities beyond the given task parameters. Demonstrate a passion and proficiency in articulating the strategic rationale behind creative choices to colleagues across different departments, including those less familiar with creative strategy and design principles.
  • Offer recommendations in regards to tactics, strategies, and tools.

  • Foster collaboration with content and social media teams.
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure visual coherence across all channels.

Skills you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience and a design portfolio showcasing conceptual prowess and mastery of formal design elements.
  • Experience in conversion and data-driven design
  • Proficiency in print production and best practices
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, marketing, and product designers 
  • Proactive, with strong prioritization skills and a collaborative approach to work.
  • Proven track record in maintaining brand consistency across various channels and campaigns.
  • Proficient in Figma and other design software (including Adobe CC), Google Slides, with the ability to effectively organize files for design iterations and web production.

About the team

Dialpad’s Sales Engineers will contribute to our SMB Sales team by building technical relationships with prospects, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and running high touch proof of concepts.  In this role, our Sales Engineer will help businesses solve complex communications problems felt by everyone around the world.

Dialpad’s SE team plays an essential role in providing pre-sales technical support for all Dialpad products and services. This team aligns closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Support, as well as, all levels of management on customer accounts.

Your role

As a Sales Engineer you’ll own running demos and proof of concepts, including the gathering of success criteria, system configuration, admin training, user training and troubleshooting. You’ll work closely with Account Executives to identify key customer requirements and present Dialpad solutions that meet those requirements.  You’ll possess an in-depth knowledge of Dialpad’s products and services, relating this knowledge in a way that is understandable to non-technical customers. 

This position reports to our Sales Engineering Manager for Small Business with preferred working hours set as US core hours 8am - 5pm Central Time Zone. 

What you’ll do 

  • Perform 2-3 product demonstrations per day in English and Spanish
  • Deliver high touch proof of concepts
  • Learn the many technical tools the Sales Engineering team uses to test network environments
  • Complete a Sales Engineering Demo Certification
  • Partner with the SMB Sales team throughout the entire sales process

Skills you’ll bring

  • 1-2 years customer-facing experience working as either as Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Solutions Consultant or similar roles

About the team

Your role

You will need to pay close attention to detail, be a strong problem solver and not afraid to chase down answers.  You will work closely with the Sr. Systems Administrator to prioritize and strategize on tasks.  The Systems Administrator must be proficient at documenting new processes and understand the underlying business operations in order to support users in Salesforce and related systems, while keeping our platform running at a high scale, speed, accuracy and reliability. You will collaborate with the team to deliver valuable functionality to our internal customers.

About the team

Your role

As a Senior Systems Administrator at Dialpad, you'll be part of a passionate team who are responsible for supporting the Salesforce CRM platform which integrates with financial and billing systems. The team works closely with technology liaisons of various platforms to troubleshoot issues and engage on issue resolution. The Senior Systems Administrator must be an excellent communicator and have the ability to handle a high volume of requests from customers with varying technical skills. You will need to pay close attention to detail, be a strong problem solver and not afraid to chase down answers. You will work closely with the Junior Systems Administrator to help prioritize and troubleshoot for the team.  The Senior Systems Administrator must be proficient at documenting new processes and understand the underlying business operations in order to support users in Salesforce and related systems, while keeping our platform running at a high scale, speed, accuracy and reliability. You will collaborate with the team to deliver valuable functionality to our internal customers.

 

This position reports to our Director of Systems and Tools and has the opportunity to be based in our Buenos Aires Office. 

 

What you’ll do [i,e., Responsibilities]

  • Manage, troubleshoot  and resolve field support ticket submission
  • Respond to Salesforce user requests and provide technical support 
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user and field maintenance, page layouts, reports and dashboards management and other routine tasks
  • Train, mentor and support Junior Administrators on the team
  • Perform data quality analysis to assist in data integrity in the system
  • Partner with business systems teams to ensure quality control in the system

The Role

The Business Development Representative role holds an essential position in the growth and development of our sales pipeline, having a direct impact on the business. About the team

  • Own new feature enhancements related to existing Salesforce org

About the team

Dialpad is looking for a highly motivated and collaborative Sales Operations Analyst with excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills to join our Sales Operations team.   We support the business with innovative ideas and technical knowhow while working closely with our global Sales teams, Finance, Marketing, and Operations departments.  

Dialpad’s Sales Operations Analyst will work cross-functionally to implement new CRM solutions  to optimize business efficiency and promote data hygiene.  In this role, you’ll combine system administration, project management, and business acumen to design and implement solutions that directly improve employee productivity and company performance.

Dialpad’s Sales Operations team plays an essential role in quote creation, contract management , and all revenue data including commissions.  This team collaborates closely with Deal Desk, FP amp;A, Legal, Product, Sales, Enablement , and Business Systems  to constantly deliver improvements.

Your role

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you’ll own new feature enhancements. You’ll work closely with the Director of Sales Operations to design,  implement, and maintain solutions.  In addition, you’ll help bring consistency and quality control to major system deployments.

This position reports to our Director of Sales Operations and has the opportunity to be based in our Buenos Aires Office. 

What you’ll do

  • Own new feature enhancements related to existing Salesforce org
  • Maintain lead routing, territory management, and role hierarchy
  • Partner with business systems teams to ensure quality control and timely deployment
  • Assist and provide support to business users
  • Maintain and deliver required updates to CPQ and Ironclad as well as other integrated tools in Dialpad’s tech stack.  

Skills you’ll bring 

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role at a SaaS company
  • Experience in Salesforce Administration and knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Comfortable creating and analyzing large datasets and dashboards 
  • Ability to balance different initiatives with strong project and time management skills
  • Problem Solver, self starter with strong sense of urgency and quality
  • Experience building strong internal and external relationships through collaboration and teamwork
