About The Role

Dialpad is looking for a full-time People Operations Coordinator to help us support amp; scale our organization in all aspects of the employee experience, including HR operations, Recruiting, benefit administration, policy development, HR systems and compliance. What you will achieve

In your first 30 days: 

  • You’ll work closely with the People Operations team to get up to speed on current processes, workflows, and systems. 
  • You’ll engage with internal/external partners to learn the People Experience Team’s strategy and goals
  • You’ll work cross-functionally to become familiar with the organization as a whole 
  • By the end of your first month, you’ll have a solid grasp of where to go to find the right data/information to answer a question. 

In your first 60 days: 

  • You’ll become an expert in our key HR systems: BambooHR (HRIS), DocuSign, Zendesk, and Google Drive.
  • You’ll begin to execute full processes in partnership with the People Operations team.
  • You’ll begin to contribute to the People Operations projects and initiatives

By 90 days: 

  • You’ll be able to execute the full onboarding and off-boarding process 
  • You’ll be the go-to person for employee inquiries. 
  • You’ll assist people programs involving employee experience, engagement, learning amp; development, performance management, recognition, and communication.
  • You’ll be able to provide recommendations for processes and procedures within the organisation.

The team

You will contribute to our global Sales team by acquiring new customers, uncovering market opportunities, and getting the market talking about Dialpad! The global Sales team is made up of Sales Development, Channel, Enablement, SMB, MidMarket, and Enterprise teams—all teeming with unbridled passion and grit. Our reps help businesses solve complex, communications problems felt by everyone around the world.

What you will achieve

In your first 30 days: 

  • You’ll work closely with your hiring Manager and our onboarding team to get up to speed on our sales processes, tools, and products
  • You’ll shadow calls (pitches/demos) 
  • By the end of your first month, you’ll comprehend what we sell, how we sell, and the tools we use. You’ll have a solid grasp of our positioning in the market, along with the operational cadence of GTM teams
  • You’ll have built out a light plan around your territory and how you’re going to get after it

In your first 60 days: 

  • You’ll immerse yourself in deals (responding to inbounds, proactively identifying opportunities, and leading conversations with prospective customers)
  • You’ll provide your Manager/sales team with weekly sales reports + revenue updates (ex, highlighting wins and losses, revenue attainment)
  • You’ll be actively on the hunt for new opportunities through your own outbound motion, by working on a strategy with your BDR, and in connecting with your aligned Channel Partners

By 90 days: 

  • You’ll be running your pipeline with the assistance of your Manager and aligned Sales Engineer, proactively identifying opportunities, responding to inbound leads, and helping the team better position themselves and the product to prospective customers
  • You’ll be able to provide the organization with ongoing, in-depth analysis of relevant metrics and product needs
  • You’ll forecast and quantify our gaps, risks, and opportunities to help our Marketing, Product, and Sales approach
  • You’ll recommend operational changes that can drive increased revenue performance/attainment
  • You’ll have hopefully closed at least one revenue opportunity!

Who you are

We’re looking for Account Executives with experience selling into larger Enterprises (our customer sweet spot is 1k-10k employee companies). You should have a passion for evangelizing modern products and helping companies think differently about legacy processes (think cloud modernization projects). This means you’re fearless to start conversations, a captive storyteller, aren’t afraid to ask hard questions, and can juggle many opportunities while always looking for new ones. You know how to gather/deliver feedback on market needs and product dependencies to further drive revenue growth. You’re comfortable carrying a quota and operating in collaboration with others, while taking extreme accountability for your results. This role requires authenticity, scrappiness at times, and an ability to coach prospective C-level buyers through a very closely managed journey. You are someone who wants to be part of a tight-knit team of individuals with a shared purpose- growing our Enterprise revenue segment. 

Several years of Enterprise SaaS selling experience (both Direct and through the Channel) is a requirement, and industry knowledge is a plus.

The Telephony platform team maintains a complex set of APIs and microservices that provide the backbone for real-time communication in our products.  Our systems are evolving and we need quality experts to inject confidence and stability into that evolution.

  • You will commit multiple high-value automated tests and start the process of addressing CI failures.

In your first 6 months: Mastery

  • You will contribute to design discussions and participate in code reviews. 
  • You will continuously learn and expand the automation testing framework. 
  • You will contribute to improving functional API documentation. 
  • You will take ownership of test failures to ensure our CI system stays reliable.
  • You will mentor and coordinate work with other SDETs

  • Knowledge of IP traffic concepts and terminology
  • Experience with VoIP, Telecommunication Systems, and Communication technologies

The role

The Dialpad Procurement department is seeking a Sr. Procurement Manager to join a fast-growing AI-powered cloud communications and collaboration platform company. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is looking for a broad range of responsibilities and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.  This individual will be responsible for managing the centralized procurement / purchasing needs as well as the vendor management for Dialpad

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end-end procurement management i.e. understanding the business need, budget allocation, conducting RFI/RFP process, selection of the right vendor, contract negotiation, execution and onboarding of the vendor/services.
  • Establish procurement policy and related governance for all purchases in the company 
  • Develop  sound cost-effective strategies for the purchasing of software, hardware and services. Conduct cost analyses and set benchmarks for improvement
  • Assess existing inventory of applications, perform consolidation and establish enterprise systems 
  • Conduct price and terms negotiation with the vendors, procuring best discounts for Dialpad.
  • Maintaining relationships with suppliers while continually scouting for the best alternatives for cost and feature effectiveness
  • Collaborating with the FP amp;A team to evaluate spending operations while seeking ways to improve and enhance the quality of products purchased and the timeliness of deliveries

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent 4 years degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field from an accredited institution.

The role

We are seeking an accomplished and passionate leader with demonstrated program and portfolio management experience to lead our complex business technology portfolio across end user services, business application services, internal security services, data services and M amp;A.   This is a fast-paced workplace where individual drive, innovation, and team collaboration are the keys to success. Your expertise in technology, prioritization, cross-team communication, detailed documentation and bringing an objective to fruition will be essential to helping our development teams be as impactful as they can be. 

Responsibilities

  • Own all aspects of project planning and execution for building a scalable, reliable, and high quality business communications product suite
  • Collaborate with BT leadership to define and develop Dialpad’s Program Management Office (PMO) structure, strategy and roadmap
  • Partner closely with business owners, BT groups, product managers, software engineers, data scientists, product designers, QA and leadership to gather requirements, scope effort, manage resource allocation, release software features and products to our internal customers
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication with other teams both inside and outside of the BT organization, ensuring that requirements are well understood, and that priorities and release schedule expectations are managed
  • Build and run processes that allow for the maximum agility and adaptation across engineering teams while measuring and maintaining the highest possible product quality
  • Brainstorm and communicate technical concepts, ideas and issues at the appropriate level of abstraction to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and partners
  • Bring new ideas and develop innovative solutions to gain efficiencies in the design, build, development, testing, and deployment lifecycle. Your enthusiasm and energy will drive discussions leading to the design of new experiences for our customers
  • Be comfortable wearing many hats and able to work in an agile environment with changing priorities and critical deadlines, we move very fast!

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in technical project/program management or engineering ownership of software products and/or platforms at scale
  • Experience with translating product strategies into program/project plans; including scope and dependency management, stakeholder management, deliverables (KPIs), schedule, risk management, and resource planning
  • Deep understanding of the software product development lifecycle and ability to manage projects from start to finish using Agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; must be comfortable communicating with and presenting to all levels of an organization
  • Ability to understand and extract action plans from complex technical discussions amp; translate into succinct messaging for multi-functional and executive status reporting
  • Self-motivated, independent, and proactive; demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities; can quickly triage, prioritize, and lead under pressure
  • Technical understanding of different components of a modern software product/platform; such as databases, cloud infrastructure, REST APIs, frontend amp; backend frameworks, security, performance and scaling etc
  • Prior experience in Enterprise SaaS space and/or Certification in Program Management or Project Management is a big plus

  • Design and manage people data metrics amp; dashboards to help inform business decisions

HR Support for LATAM Region:

  • Go-to HR member for all LATAM employees.

  • Lead LATAM expansion efforts  to develop processes, policies amp; programs in the new region.

What you will achieve

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team and help build the future of business communications, in collaboration with our global network of carrier partners. The team

Dialpad’s Platform Engineering organization is responsible for building and maintaining the telephony platform that supports all of our cloud native products and services: Talk, Contact Center, Sales Dialer, Video Conferencing

We're looking for a strong VP, Customer Operations amp; Strategy that can scale with us to the public markets and $1B+ in revenues globally in the next few years.  

The role

The VP, Customer Operations amp; Strategy will partner closely with our global sales, marketing, customer success, tech partnerships, business technology, and finance teams to develop and optimize the strategy, architecture, and execution of forecast to cash processes.  This includes all Field elements as well as product led growth (PLG) business for new logo acquisition, upsell, and cross-sell.

Responsibilities

This is a key role at Dialpad and is integral to the company’s leadership in the communications and collaboration industry and achievement of $1B+ in annual revenues:

  • Ownership of all sales operations, marketing operations, customer success, professional services operations, and deal desk workflows and results
  • Working with EVP Sales and CFO, territory strategy and planning, quota and ramp strategy, compensation planning, coverage/capacity strategy and modeling
  • Working with CMO, pipeline modeling, including pipeline coverage, velocity, and conversion
  • Working with EVP Sales and CMO, develop strategy and processes to optimize PLG for all customer segments and geographies
  • Partner with CIO and respective organizations for all customer acquisition and success systems (i.e., Clari, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.)
  • Working with Channel Sales, optimize channel optimization and profitability
  • Development and management of pricing, quoting, deal review, contracts, and deal structuring/support processes
  • Review current quoting and approval policies, processes and automation, to maximize deal velocity and team efficiency
  • Partner with Sales leaders and revenue accounting in structuring and execution of complex opportunities
  • Partner with Customer Success to deliver optimal customer NPS, including closed feedback with Product
  • Architect operations work flows to effectively and efficiently deliver Customer Success, Customer Support, and Professional Services
  • Partner with key Dialpad teams to deliver best-in-class gross and net customer retention

  • Become the subject-matter expert for the Security Engineering function 
  • Implement a holistic security engineering awareness program to Dialpad engineering organization with 300+ staff.

Who you are

A passionate security professional who has 5+ years of experience working in product and infrastructure security programs. You are able to build processes and tools to help shift security controls left in the development pipeline. You have familiarity in implementing threat modeling frameworks such as STRIDE, CVSS, or others, application security vulnerability frameworks such as OWASP, NIST, and an understanding of cloud security frameworks such as CIS, CSA. You have implemented and maintained static and dynamic application security tools, product and infrastructure secret management frameworks, and infrastructure security monitoring. You have mentored and managed security team members to own tools/processes, as well as collaborated with engineering leaders across different areas to implement security controls in their processes.

The team

Dialpad’s Platform Engineering organization is responsible for building and maintaining the telephony platform that supports all of our cloud native products and services: Talk, Contact Center, Sales Dialer, Video Conferencing

Every day, millions of people across the world use our platform for communicating effectively and efficiently. Platform Engineering teams focus on areas of backend infrastructure that can scale seamlessly across both in-house and public cloud datacenters. You will also build state of the art systems that enable fast deployment, provide proactive monitoring and alerting for the platform, improving developer productivity and more. 

As a Software engineer, in this high impact role, you will create software solutions to streamline migration of existing applications and services to the kubernetes platform. Additionally you will build an kubernetes environment suited for real-time communications, which includes fleet orchestration, auto-scaling, network path monitoring, health checks, and log aggregation. You will monitor and tune robust systems capable of handling 10x our ever-growing traffic!





What you will achieve

In your first 30 days:

What you will achieve

The Opportunity


We’re looking for people with a strong background or interest in building successful teams. The Infrastructure & Network team, aka the Platform Team, within the Technology department manages critical infrastructure technology for Telnyx. What you will achieve

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Product Manager to join our growing Product Management team, focusing specifically on our mobile applications. You will drive roadmap planning amp; execution, and own feature delivery from idea to ‘go-to-market,’ collaborating with other Product Managers and cross-functional leaders. You will facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration, and ultimately ensure projects are delivered on time.   • Build a roadmap tied to strategic goals, balancing technical capabilities with business needs.
  • Work closely with Design and Engineering teams to write comprehensive product specifications and manage development, testing, amp; delivery of new features
  • Measure and analyze product metrics, feature adoption, customer needs, and business opportunities to guide prioritization
  • Identify product and technical issues and actively develop and track solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Support, and other customer-facing teams to conduct trainings and ensure alignment around product vision and in-depth understanding of new features and functionality.
  • Interact with customers to stay abreast of industry needs, trends and best practices, and ultimately balance diverse requests to deliver holistic solutions.

Who you are

You are a very ambitious and motivated PM who has:

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience, with a track record of successfully bringing new mobile product experiences to market.
  • Excellent organization, communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization.
  • Nimble and flexible with regards to changing priorities amp; business needs.
  • Engineering/technical background and/or experience with VoIP, communications, web and/or mobile products is also a plus.

What you will achieve

In your first 30 days:

  • You will develop relationships with the growth team and supporting teams, including marketing managers, designers, product, data, and finance who you’ll be working with. 
  • Our team is very data driven. You’ll get to know our reporting in Domo, Salesforce, and Amplitude, and begin diving into the factors that influence our KPIs. 
  • Get to know our customer journey by reviewing web properties, signup flows, customer onboarding calls, going through the signup process yourself, and familiarizing yourself with best in class SaaS onboarding experiences.

In your first 60 days: 

  • You will be fully acquainted with existing projects and roadmaps.
  • You will have audited the current roadmap and developed the next horizon roadmap tied to revenue targets.
  • You will own reporting on current leading and lagging indicators of the SMB business through customer acquisition, activation, and retention.

By 90 days: 

  • You will be actively working with the growth product manager to prioritize short, medium, and long-term roadmap plans. 
  • You will regularly report on performance of the growth roadmap covering signup, onboarding, and activation against targets for the coming quarters.
  • You’ll be our go-to expert for the current state of all growth related initiatives and supporting the broader development of customer experience from first touch to retention.

Overall Responsibility

  • Own acquisition, activation, and retention for self-service customers of our 4 products. Your mantra is to bring users to experience core product value quickly and deliver measurable results.
  • Forecast growth through the entire funnel of registration and provide regular reporting and dashboards with actionable data on our retention metrics and KPIs.
  • Understand all aspects of the business end to end, including technical capabilities, customer experience, pain points, and moments of decision.  
  • Drive teams to deliver with precision, communicate effectively across the organization and with top executives, and approach and solve problems strategically.
  • Identify and prioritize growth initiatives covering signup, onboarding, and retention through a project dashboard, recommend approach based on impact to revenue and speed to impact.
  • Work with the data team to understand churn trends and opportunities to reduce it.
  • Own retention campaigns from end-to-end, working collaboratively across product, marketing, and other business units to action them.
  • Work closely with other teams (eg. marketing, PR, Content) to ensure that we maximize retention and growth opportunities across all the business levers that we have at our disposal

Who you are

As a key member of the marketing team you will work cross-functionally to identify, prioritize, and execute a strategic roadmap to drive growth in our self-service business. This role leverages product development, website optimization, customer onboarding, and heavy automation across all available channels to grow usage and adoption with a keen eye on engagement and retention.

  • 5+ years of experience in growth related roles with a strong understanding of user analytics

You’re an experienced Web Developer who will help us design and develop the next generation of features for the Dialpad website. You have an excellent analytical and technical aptitude with proven ability to solve complex problems. You have specialized or advanced expertise and are up on the latest web trends and technologies. Additionally, you’ve worked on large projects with multiple cross-functional teams where you regularly contribute ideas to meet business objectives. You will play a critical part in defining and building our website while working closely with a team of designers, product managers, and other engineers.

Necessary skills to be successful in this role include:

  • 5+ years professional web development experience.
  • Expert use of Front End UI using JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS.

  • Strong grasp and experience with responsive web design and Bootstrap.  
  • Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform (Desktop, Mobile, etc.) development and testing.  
  • Experience optimizing front-end code for peak performance using speed and optimization testing tools (Pagespeed Insights, Lighthouse, Webpagetest, etc).  
  • Solid familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.

What you will achieve

In your first 30 days: 

  • As Dialpad’s newest web developer you’ll have made a direct impact on our web presence with your first set of updates, changes and enhancements
  • This all starts with your onboarding, learning the tools we use, setting up your environment and getting familiar with the code base
  • You will also spend time becoming familiar with our UberConference website, help centers, landing pages, international sites and personalizations 
  • You’ll create new landing pages for campaigns, A/B testing these pages and optimizing for improved conversion rates

In your first 60 days: 

  • You’ll have started the process of working with other stakeholders in the organization, including our design team, content creators and product managers
  • Regularly taking on tasks ranging from front end visual enhancements to building our new pages and sections of the website 
  • You will review other team members work; visually reviewing pages to make sure they align with the design to pixel perfection; performing browser compatibility tests and doing code reviews 
  • You will play a part in maintaining our web properties including performing regular maintenance, applying updates and fixes
  • You will deliver exceptional customer service by resolving urgent requests and responding to requests for help

  • You’ll have become fully immersed in the different Dialpad web properties and are able to address questions, make fixes or tackle new projects as they arise
