About the team
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering FinOps Practitioner to join our dynamic team. As an integral member of our organization, you will play a key role in optimizing our cloud financial operations, ensuring cost efficiency, and driving financial accountability within our engineering teams. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of cloud technologies, financial management principles, and engineering workflows.

Your role

As an Engineering FinOps Practitioner, you’ll own cloud financial operations. You’ll work closely with Engineering Leadership, Finance, and individual Engineering teams to optimize our cloud financial operations, ensure cost efficiency, and drive financial accountability of our services and features.

This position reports to an Infrastructure Engineering Manager and has the opportunity to be based in our India, office. 

What you’ll do

  • Cost Optimization:
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to analyze cloud usage patterns, identify cost drivers, and implement strategies to optimize expenses.
    • Utilize FinOps best practices to continuously monitor and manage cloud costs, ensuring maximum efficiency without compromising performance.
  • Financial Governance:
    • Develop and enforce financial governance policies and procedures to maintain budget adherence and cost control.
    • Establish clear reporting mechanisms to track and communicate budget variances, cost trends, and savings opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Engineering Teams:
    • Work closely with engineering teams to understand project requirements, provide financial guidance, and influence decisions that impact cost-effectiveness.
    • Foster a culture of cost awareness and accountability among engineering teams.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting:
    • Assist in the development of accurate and comprehensive financial forecasts and budgets for engineering projects.
    • Provide regular updates on actual spending versus budgeted amounts, offering insights into any discrepancies.
  • Tooling and Automation:
    • Evaluate and implement FinOps tools to automate cost management processes, streamline reporting, and enhance visibility into cloud expenses.

Skills you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in FinOps, cloud financial management, or a related role within an engineering environment.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their pricing models.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in using FinOps tools and technologies.

Bonus Skills

  • FinOps Foundation experience or certification.

Dialpad’s Sales Development Representative will contribute to our Sales team by acquiring new customers, uncovering market opportunities and getting the market talking about Dialpad! Dialpad’s Sales Development Representative team develops relationships with prospects; becoming the initial point of contact by performing outreach through calls, emails and social media. Your Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll own building prospect lists, pipeline management and maintaining in-depth knowledge of Dialpad products.   • Design and develop flexible test frameworks to ensure automated coverage of all key user scenarios.
  • Plan, implement functional, regression and end-to-end tests, including at the UI, API and database levels.
  • Setup and execute test automation, derive KPIs and communicate test results.

About the team 

Instrumental in the success and retention of Dialpad customers, our Customer Success teams are the backbone of our company.  The CS organization is responsible for delivering the absolute highest levels of satisfaction and success in the deployment and overall customer journey phases. Using your problem-solving skills and inherent motivation to help others, you will delight and assist our customers from their first call to their last (if there is one!). 

Your role 

As the Manager, Customer Success you will be responsible for driving initiatives related to reducing churn and downsell in our small business customer base. You will lead a team of Customer Success Specialists in a one-to-many, high touch environment. You will help develop strategies to engage with at risk customers to improve outcomes. You will be responsible for reporting team statistics and performance results to other members of the leadership team and executive staff.  The Manager, Customer Success is a member of the Customer Success organization and will report directly to the Senior Manager, Customer Success and has the opportunity to be based in our Manila, PH Hub.

What you’ll do 

  • Lead a high performance Customer Success team focused on higher touch engagement
  • Monitor KPI’s and evaluate team performance to ensure we are operating at the highest standard
  • Evaluate churn and downsell reasons and implement plans to reduce customer churn
  • Drive retention activities based on client's situation
  • Initiate process improvements through creation to execution of new strategies

Skills you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology-related field and prior experience with SaaS / high growth companies is ideal for this role
  • Customer focused and demonstrable passion about customer success 
  • Exceptional English fluency and excellent written, verbal, and listening communications skills with a professional (even dynamic) presence, presentation and public speaking skills
  • Proven cross functional leader with proven track record of collaboration, prioritization, and workload management
  • Quick learner, always looking to embrace and master new technologies
  • Capable project/program management skills with ability to synthesize customer success outcomes into well-structured success plans that deliver against such outcomes
  • Proven operational acumen with ability to define success targets and ensure attainment of targets
  • Familiarity with next-generation enterprise software customer success concepts, including customer health scores amp; management, adoption engineering, customer success plans, account planning
  • Excellent skills / ability to use Salesforce, Customer Success tools (e.g., Gainsight), PowerPoint, Word and Excel

About The Role

You should have a proven track history of excellent customer support. You will also be required to learn and understand our product and services inside and out, which will require a degree of curiosity and technical understanding.

Responsibilities and technical requirements

Your role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Design team, focused on enhancing the Design Systems team operations and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for optimizing workflows and collaboration. 

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in addressing opportunities for improvement in team operations, with a specific focus on team meetings, tools and software, knowledge sharing, learning amp; development, and research amp; data.

What you’ll do

Tools amp; Software Management:

  • Drive the adoption of Jira as a primary project management and communication tool within the Design team.
  • Work closely with team members to align processes around the use of tools such as Jira and/ or Monday.com.
  • Provide training and support to ensure all team members are proficient in using these tools effectively.
  • Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot any technical issues related to tools and software.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks and blockers ensuring smooth operation

Knowledge Sharing:

  • Streamline the use of tools, software and repositories commonly employed by the team to facilitate seamless knowledge sharing.
  • Develop and implement processes that encourage the sharing of insights, best practices, and lessons learned within the team.

Research amp; Data Integration:

Learning amp; Development:

  • Understand and align with the ways of working with Design’s primary stakeholders, fostering collaboration and synergy.

  • Collaborate with Design Leadership to ensure that meetings are efficient, impactful, and contribute to the enhancement of design quality.

Skills you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Design or relevant field; Project Management certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Design and Design systems processes and tooling, such as Figma and FigJam (Preferred).

Your role 

We’re looking for a Senior Brand Designer with experience building powerful design systems and best in class experiences. The Senior Brand Designer will work with a cross disciplinary team to translate marketing, brand and conversion goals into beautifully crafted deliverables. Candidates should be proficient in Figma, Adobe CC, print design best practices and should have a solid understanding of how the internet works (HTML, CSS, JS).

The QA team's primary objective is to deliver a high-quality, reliable, and user-friendly product to end-users.

Your role 

As an Associate QA Engineer I, your role primarily  involves  ensuring the quality and validation of the functionality, and workflows of the Dialpad Product vertical  . Your responsibilities  will include test creation.  execution, functional testing , bug reporting and tracking. The role also expects collaboration and communication with the global teams both internal and cross functional. 

This position reports to our Functional QA Manager/s and will  be  based in our Bangalore, India Office. This is a Hybrid work position and will involve working with the Team, in an office setting at Bangalore, India

Your role

About the team
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering FinOps Practitioner to join our dynamic team. As an integral member of our organization, you will play a key role in optimizing our cloud financial operations, ensuring cost efficiency, and driving financial accountability within our engineering teams. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of cloud technologies, financial management principles, and engineering workflows.

Your role

As an Engineering FinOps Practitioner, you’ll own cloud financial operations. You’ll work closely with Engineering Leadership, Finance, and individual Engineering teams to optimize our cloud financial operations, ensure cost efficiency, and drive financial accountability of our services and features.

This position reports to an Infrastructure Engineering Manager and has the opportunity to be based in our India, office. 

What you’ll do

  • Cost Optimization:
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to analyze cloud usage patterns, identify cost drivers, and implement strategies to optimize expenses.
    • Utilize FinOps best practices to continuously monitor and manage cloud costs, ensuring maximum efficiency without compromising performance.
  • Financial Governance:
    • Develop and enforce financial governance policies and procedures to maintain budget adherence and cost control.
    • Establish clear reporting mechanisms to track and communicate budget variances, cost trends, and savings opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Engineering Teams:
    • Work closely with engineering teams to understand project requirements, provide financial guidance, and influence decisions that impact cost-effectiveness.
    • Foster a culture of cost awareness and accountability among engineering teams.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting:
    • Assist in the development of accurate and comprehensive financial forecasts and budgets for engineering projects.
    • Provide regular updates on actual spending versus budgeted amounts, offering insights into any discrepancies.
  • Tooling and Automation:
    • Evaluate and implement FinOps tools to automate cost management processes, streamline reporting, and enhance visibility into cloud expenses.

Skills you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in FinOps, cloud financial management, or a related role within an engineering environment.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their pricing models.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in using FinOps tools and technologies.

Bonus Skills

  • FinOps Foundation experience or certification.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and principles.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, agile environment.
