About the team

Dialpad’s Sales Development Representative will contribute to our Sales team by acquiring new customers, uncovering market opportunities and getting the market talking about Dialpad! Your Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll own building prospect lists, pipeline management and maintaining in-depth knowledge of Dialpad products.   • Partner closely with your manager, peers and Account Executives to improve messages, processes and daily activities

About the team
Dialpad’s Developer Platform team plays an essential role in supporting custom integrations, internal stakeholders, and 3rd party developers. Your role
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Developer Platform team, you’ll primarily own building and supporting reseller and partner APIs amp; services. You’ll also help create general reseller and partner services that enable the developer platform to scale to support future stakeholders.

This is a high-impact role directly representing significant contributions to Dialpad’s revenues and is of particular strategic importance.

This position reports to our Senior Engineering Manager and has the opportunity to be based in our Buenos Aires Office, with preferred working hours overlapping as much as possible with PST/PDT.

What you’ll do [i,e., Responsibilities]

  • Build and maintain public APIs, real time streaming endpoints and services to enable Dialpad’s customers, partners amp; integrators to connect Dialpad with external systems and create customized automations and workflows
  • Combine backend services, data layers, and public interfaces to expand and support our growing developer ecosystem
  • Support our largest partners and resellers to build out highly integrated and bespoke solutions with the Dialpad platform including joining calls with key clients
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior teammates
  • Proactively collaborate with key stakeholders in multiple geographies in particular North America, Europe, India amp; Latin America.

About the team

What you’ll do

  • Establish best practices, frameworks, and repeatable processes that enable us to measure the impact of every feature we build for customers across the world
  • Develop and maintain code to easily implement and execute experimentation
  • Define clear and actionable metrics for the experiments
  • Own the  tracking framework used by various features teams within product engineering

This position reports to our Engineering Manager, who is based in North America, and is looking for the person to join the team in our Argentina Office.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and maintain Dialpad's web amp; desktop applications using modern technologies.
  • Write clean, modular, and maintainable code using best practices along with unit tests.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Ensure that features are shipped on time and with the highest quality.
  • Take up on-call activities to support and resolve the issues coming from the QA and the Customers
  • Be responsible for deploying the new releases on a weekly release cadence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and use common components and practices across Dialpad products
  • Mentor junior engineers and help them grow their skills and expertise.

  • 6-10 years of experience in Full-stack software engineering.

The Product Engineering, Call Features team is focused on the control of the call and provides a stable platform for the Talk and Contact Center applications to be built on top of. An interface between Product Engineering applications like Talk (Phones, departments) and Contact Center (call centers, coaching teams, sales centers) and the Telephony platform (bare metal, SIP, media transport), Call Features provide important features such as fan-outs to member of a department, queuing logic for inbound call centers, routing of calls via IVRs or Voice, local presence enabling dialing out from the local area code of the call recipient, Coaching Teams for listening in and live mentorship, monitoring, and more.

The backend engineering work of the Call Features team is central to complex debugging of a distributed system using Google App Engine logging and custom tooling, and is critical to Dialpad managing a high volume of concurrent calls. 

Your role

As a Software Engineer, you’ll help build and support features for both internal product teams and customers. You’ll work closely with the rest of the team to identify performance and scalability improvements to help take our platform to the next level.

This position reports to our Call Features Engineering Manager and has the opportunity to be based in our LATAM Offices.

About the team

Your role

About this role

As a Product Designer on the Contact Center team, you will help us as we aim to make business communications easier for our customers. You will work closely with other Designers, Product Manager(s), and Engineering peers in your product area as well as other cross-functional partners. You will take ownership of small-to-medium sized projects, work independently, proactively seek out feedback, and start to take on leadership opportunities when opportunities arise within your product area.

The DEI Community Manager is embedded within the People Experience team to build strong relationships and make a company-wide impact. Dialpad is seeking a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Intern this summer to work with our DEI and People Experience (HR) teams. This is an exciting opportunity to see inside a late stage tech startup and get exposure to the field of DEI, which collaborates with and impacts all areas of the business. This is a paid internship for Summer 2024, which will run through June 3rd to August 5th. This internship is hybrid in-person/remote, located in Austin, TX.

What you'll do

The DEI Intern will support the DEI Community Manager in developing the foundations of DEI process, program, and strategy at Dialpad, focusing on 3 main project areas:

  • DEI Strategy amp; Planning: 
    • Collaborate with the DEI Community Manager to learn how to build a multi-year roadmap for DEI within the company
    • Construct an annual DEI calendar for FY26 that includes DEI key dates, internal communication strategy amp; content, training opportunities and heritage months
  • Employee Engagement amp; Employer Brand: 
    • Identify themes and topics for a series of DEI-related programs for Dialers, including, but not limited to: service events, ERG programs, external recruitment programs/panels, and more
    • Develop content/collateral to highlight the amazing talent we have at Dialpad through “A Day in the Life” videos and other employee spotlights
  • Inclusive Sourcing amp; Recruitment:
    • Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders to develop an inclusive sourcing strategy that includes potential external partners who could be a source for minoritized talent and resources for our recruiters to use.

By the end of your internship you will have

  • Successfully identified an inclusive sourcing strategy and sourcing resources for our recruiters to use
  • Developed, coordinated and managed at least 1 DEI-related program initiative 
  • Assisted in building the annual DEI calendar for Dialpad, including heritage month communications, events, and training opportunities

  • You’ll work with the enablement team as they walk through your onboarding classes; these classes will be an introduction to the PM role and the Professional Services team 

In your first 60 days: 

  • You’ll begin to shadow your team mates calls to get a good understanding of the Dialpad deployment process

The Sr. Manager of Revenue Enablement will be responsible for leading the Revenue Enablement arm of our larger global enablement organization. This position will manage a team of ~6 enablement professionals who align to stakeholders in the revenue org and carry out the mission of our team while also advocating for the audiences they serve. You will own the execution of enablement initiatives and work streams while assisting in driving our revenue enablement strategy. An important component of the job is fostering collaboration and synergy between your directs to ensure that our enablement approach is cohesive, effective, and scales across audiences. This position reports to our Director of Global Enablement and has the opportunity to be based in one of our core hub offices: Austin TX (preferred), Tempe AZ, or San Ramon CA. Remote candidates will also be considered for this role. 

A successful candidate will be a jack of all trades when it comes to revenue enablement, which at present includes: SDR Enablement, AE (all segments) Enablement, AM (upsell/cross-sell) Enablement, CSM Enablement, Partner Enablement, along with ongoing amp; launch-based Product Enablement. You will partner cross-functionally to provide clear direction to your team in order to orchestrate enablement motions, execute on change management, and ultimately reduce selling complexity across the customer lifecycle with the goal of creating a seamless buying experience for our prospects amp; customers. 

You and your team will oversee the design and execution of revenue enablement programs end-to-end, bringing them to fruition by working across other businesses within Dialpad. As an experienced collaborator who strives for excellence, you excel in working with instructional designers to develop resources, bring video learning content to life with storytelling, and leverage learning platforms to produce mixed-modality content, including reinforcement exercises, micro-learning, assessments, role plays, scenario-based trainings, and other creative approaches to adult learning.

  • Oversee end-to-end performance of revenue enablement and everboarding initiatives.
  • Manage a team of ~6 enablement managers that align to core parts of our business.

  • Provide data-driven expertise to evolve programs, validate skill completion, and measure knowledge retention

Your role

As an Implementation Specialist, you are at the crux of customer interaction and enablement, supporting and troubleshooting your product area, and technical implementations. About the team

Your role

As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Experimentation and Tracking, you’ll work closely with our Senior Growth Optimization Manager to design, execute, and analyze experiments at improving key metrics within our products. You will help foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision making, and define best practices that enable the team to iterate and learn in increasingly tight feedback loops. You're equally as comfortable shipping user-facing experiences as you are writing custom queries to analyze experiment results.

This position reports to our Growth Engineering Manager  and has the opportunity to be based in our LATAM  Office.

What you’ll do

  • Establish best practices, frameworks, and repeatable processes that enable us to measure the impact of every feature we build for customers across the world
  • Develop and maintain code to easily implement and execute experimentation
  • Define clear and actionable metrics for the experiments
  • Own the  tracking framework used by various features teams within product engineering
  • Write clean, modular, and maintained code using best practices along with unit tests.
