Your role

As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll be a partner to our senior leadership team to provide administrative and project management support. You will play a key role in the day to day operations of a company in growth mode to help increase productivity and drive effectiveness.

This position reports to our Chief Human Resources Officer, and has the opportunity to be based remotely in the Philippines, with working hours in Pacific Standard Time, US.

What you’ll do 

  • Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions
  • Expert Meeting Management - play an integral role in planning meetings, taking notes and following up on action items
  • Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Build cross-functional relationships between departments
  • Effective, thoughtful and proactive support of multiple complex calendars and email management
  • Coordination amp; collaboration with other departments such as Finance amp; HR Partners on key business events
  • Organize, prioritize, and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure action/attention required is addressed
  • Correspond on the senior leadership team's behalf and communicate with various internal and external contacts - you will be communicating across all platforms, using our product suite
  • Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and following up on outstanding items
  • Prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
  • Handle administrative details independently, while keeping stakeholders appropriately informed or engaged.

Skills you’ll bring 

  • 5+ years of experience providing administrative support to two or more senior leaders
  • 5+ years of experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of two or more senior leaders
  • 5+ years of calendar management and expense report management experience for two or more senior leaders
  • Experience prioritizing multiple projects
  • Experience with Google Suite
  • B.A. / B.S. preferred

Your role

As a Frontend Software Engineer, you will be evolving our product into a more capable communication solution in a scalable way. 

You’ll own the front-end layer of the application, its architecture, and the scalability of its components. This position reports to our Engineering Manager and has the opportunity to be based in our Buenos Aires Office. 

What you’ll do

  • Work closely with Product and Design owners to refine requirements and adapt the platform architecture to the changing needs of our customers.
  • You’ll actively contribute to the FE architecture and Design of the Messaging and Core Features platform, to help it scale and enable rapid growth in the Dialpad customer base.
  • Ship quality software on-time, heavily focused on the experience we bring to our users. 
  • Work with your team and managers to continually improve development practices and processes.

Skills you’ll bring 

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering  or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of software development experience.
  • Experience in Angular, VueJS and Javascript. Expertise in at least one of these languages is a must.
  • Experience in Typescript
  • These expertise is a plus for this role: 
    • Experience with Graphql
    • Experience with Accessibility

About the team
Dialpad’s Integrations team plays an essential role in developing a robust layer of integrations that seamlessly connect Dialpad's core features with external SaaS offerings, including CRM, Ticketing systems, and Workforce Management platforms, among others. Our end-to-end products deliver intelligent workflow integrations with various business applications such as Salesforce, Slack, ServiceNow, Okta, and more. Our teams are highly collaborative and comprise cross-disciplinary professionals, including Product Managers, Designers, QA specialists, as well as Engineers specializing in Data Engineering, Data Science, and Telephony.

Your role
As a Senior Software Engineer in the Integrations team, you will develop and maintain Dialpad’s Integration applications using modern technologies. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality products.

This position reports to our Senior Manager, who is based in India, and is looking for the first person to join her team in our Argentina Office. Preferred working hours would be 8 to 5pm ART.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain Dialpad’s Integration applications using modern technologies.
  • Write clean, modular, and maintainable code using best practices along with unit tests.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Ensure that features are shipped on time and with the highest quality.
  • Take up on-call activities to support and resolve the issues coming from the QA and the Customers
  • Be responsible for deploying the new releases on a weekly release cadence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and use common components and practices across Dialpad products
  • Mentor junior engineers and help them grow their skills and expertise.

Skills you will bring

  • 6-10 years of experience in Full-stack software engineering.
  • Strong experience with Python, APIs, Vue/React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, GraphQL, GCP or other cloud infrastructures etc
  • Strong experience Integrating with SaaS platforms using API’s
  • Strong understanding of Authentication between SaaS platforms 
  • Experience with building reusable and modular components both frontend and backend
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Our Tech Stack: Python backend on Google App Engine / Google Cloud Platform, Vue.js/vuex frontend running natively in Electron, numerous integrations with third-party services

About the team

Dialpad’s Telephony team owns the real-time media platform upon which our business communications are built. The team provides a backend API for reliable audio/video calling, text messaging, phone number management, spam detection, emergency calling, and more.

Your role

As a Frontend Software Engineer, you will be evolving our product into a more capable communication solution in a scalable way.

About the team

Dialpad’s Ai Engineering team works centrally alongside Data Science, Telephony, and Product Engineering teams to produce The Good Ai. Your role

What you’ll do 

  • Work primarily with fully asynchronous modern Python, and Cython 
  • Support the deployment of our AI Models and develop innovative solutions to that process.
  • Author and review PRs for code changes, and RFCs for more major system changes
  • Deploy code daily on Google Cloud Platform using modern best practices like Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD Systems

The Role

The Role

As a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager, you'll hold an essential position for the success of new Telnyx customers. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing monthly revenue for Telnyx's highest-valued customers. You’ll build and maintain strong relationships, consistently remain available and responsive, and proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis. The two key metrics you’ll be evaluated on are the successful growth of your book of business and retaining & renewing individual accounts.

Responsibilities 
  • Drive customer outcomes - get them to value and hit/exceed their usage expectations on the Telnys platform
  • Develop strong relationships with key individuals, work with customers to establish critical goals and KPIs, and aid customers in achieving their business objectives.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly metrics and reports to support the customer experience.
  • Maintain and grow a book of business through proactive outreach, anticipating customer needs and concerns, and a data-driven, analytical, problem-solving mindset.
  • Demonstrate and promote product adoption as a means to upsell new features and increase usage of the Telnyx platform.
  • Remain available and responsive to maximize customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, technical demands, and following through on specified timelines.
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary parties.
  • Build and maintain strategic customer account plans, lead Executive Business Reviews, and negotiate renewals.
  • Consistently generate buzz around Telnyx’s solutions through online reviews, case studies, testimonials, and community discussion.

What we are looking for
  • 3+ years of customer service of a highly technical product or project management experience in a professional setting (telecommunications background will be a plus).
  • Resourcefulness. Technically competent and enjoy solving problems for our customers and our team.
  • Advanced organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent project management, developing workflows to increase troubleshooting efficiency while still following standard processes.

The role

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for driving Telnyx’s expansion in the Cloud Storage market. Responsibilities
  • You will own the responsibility for delivering the revenue targets of our Cloud Storage product.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of deals with a combination of outbound sales prospecting and inbound leads supported by our marketing and SDR teams.
  • Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each key customer and drive the continued value of Telnyx’s products and services.
  • Arranging and conducting Telnyx portal demos for prospects with the support of our Sales Engineering team.
  • Work with customers to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their business goals.
  • Collaborating with marketing, product management and sales peers to optimize client value and Telnyx success.
  • Provide accurate reporting and forecasting based on results at each stage.

General Summary:

Velocity is seeking a Supervisor of Voice Operations to join our company and lead our Voice Operations team. The Voice Operations team is responsible for provisioning and maintaining VoIP and Voice related products and serves as an escalation point of technical support for Velocity’s national voice services platform. Voice Operations is responsible for maintaining active communication with our customers, on-site technicians, carrier service providers, and work directly with our engineering teams to support and troubleshoot our voice platforms. Our Voice Operations team ensures all tickets and jobs are handled quickly and accurately from start to finish. This position is eligible for remote work and reports to our Vice President of IT, with heavy coordination and collaboration with our Manager of Voice Engineering.

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Supervise daily operations and performance of the Voice Operations team.



  • Ensure new team members are accurately trained and prepared to provide technical support.



  • Keep track of emails and calls, making sure they are responded to quickly.



  • Monitor call quality and identify opportunities for improvement.



  • Work with engineering leadership to develop and implement policies and procedures.

About the team

Dialpad’s QA (Quality Assurance) team is responsible for ensuring the quality of software products and applications. Your role 

As a QA Engineer - II, your role primarily  involves  ensuring the quality, functionality, and usability of the Dialpad Application . What you’ll do [i.e., Responsibilities]

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand application requirements of new features, and user expectations.
  • Identifying test scenarios, test cases, and test data to ensure maximum test coverage.
  • Defining the scope of manual and automated testing based on the application's complexity and criticality.
  • Executing Functional test cases and automated test cases for the Dialpad  Web Application with the browser and the Desktop Native Application
  • Maintaining test cases and scripts with in the Test Management System
  • Analyzing test results and investigating test failures to identify root causes and provide detailed reports.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to align on testing objectives and requirements.

 

Skills you’ll bring [i.e., Qualifications]

  • 4 to 6  years of qualitative Work Experience in Web Testing with BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science or any other related field
  • Strong technical competency and experience with desktop applications and understanding of the functional testing aspects
  • Solid understanding of Desktop app development, Application Software Desktop  user interface guidelines/standards,

Instrumental in the success and retention of Dialpad customers, our Customer Success and Professional Services teams are the backbone of our company. Using your problem-solving skills and inherent motivation to help others, you will delight and assist our customers from their first call to their last (if there is one!)

What you will achieve

  • Lead all post-sales activities for Dialpad’s customers through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, planning, and execution.
  • Establish and oversee the customer's adoption, training, and development of best practices to continually drive incremental value and return on the customer's investment.
  • Conduct Business Reviews and status calls with the intention of creating alignment of common goals, identifying growth or risk opportunities,  and communicating performance metrics and insights.

  • Manage customer escalations with urgency by documenting open issues, facilitating regular status meetings and working cross-functionally to resolution.

In your first 30 days: 

  • Attend BaseCamp, our Revenue Org onboarding program, where you’ll learn all about our company, product, internal systems, and CS approach.
  • Work closely with your manager and teammates to get up to speed on all things CS: processes, tool set, customer base, etc.
  • Get to know cross-functional partners that we work with most frequently, like Sales, Professional Services, Product, Support, and AR.
  • Head into month 2 with a solid grasp of where to go to find the right answers to customer questions.

In your first 60 days: 

  • Familiarize yourself with your book of business using qualitative and quantitative data and begin getting introduced to your customers by your teammates.
  • Establish a regular cadence with your customers to stay aligned on business goals, product updates, etc.
  • Manage upcoming renewals and forecast renewals for the next quarter to ensure predictability for the business.
  • Dig into the product more and more as you receive specific questions from your customers - this is when everything really starts to click!

By 90 days: 

  • Start conducting Business Reviews with customers to demonstrate value, get to know key stakeholders, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Lean into your role as the “voice of the customer” within Dialpad by funneling feedback from your customers to Product and others.
  • Oversee your customers’ adoption, training, and development of best practices to continually drive incremental value and ROI.
  • Manage escalations by documenting open issues, facilitating regular status meetings, and working cross-functionally to resolution. 
  • Track accounts to identify churn risks and work proactively to mitigate those risks.
