We evaluate all votes and will take the highest vote per customer towards your final average score which will determine the winners for this award. Note to qualify you must have a minimum of 5 different customer votes or 5% of your customer base (whichever is greater) For example if you have 10 customers you will need 5 (min 5) of them to vote. If you have 1000 customers you will need 50 (5%)
Note: When you enter the program we will ask how many customers and users you have. Customers are the number of companies you sold to and users are end-users who may use the product at the customer's site. In some cases, the users may be zero - for example, you sell a 100% self-service solution and no agents/reps actually using the solution
The program is based on award categories and regions. An award category is a product & solutions type and a region is one of 3 regions you sell your solutions:
