HOW TO ENTER IT'S QUICK AND EASY TO ENTER!

Entering is easy – You will start by registering your solutions. Then you will add the regions in the world where you provide these solutions, make payment (by credit card or invoice) and then use the tools we created to ask your customers for feedback! That’s it

We evaluate all votes and will take the highest vote per customer towards your final average score which will determine the winners for this award. Note to qualify you must have a minimum of 5 different customer votes or 5% of your customer base (whichever is greater) For example if you have 10 customers you will need 5 (min 5) of them to vote. If you have 1000 customers you will need 50 (5%)


Note: When you enter the program we will ask how many customers and users you have. Customers are the number of companies you sold to and users are end-users who may use the product at the customer's site. In some cases, the users may be zero - for example, you sell a 100% self-service solution and no agents/reps actually using the solution
