Every year we invite outsourcing services providers (those companies who manaye contact centers and campaigns on behalf of their clients) to volunteer data on their growth and status. We categorise these by type of services (inbound, blended - both inbound and outbound, and outbound services) and show the relative ranking of each outsourced provider.
Those who participate openly share this information with us and are proud to be associated with these rankings.
Reasons why some many are not listed? there are many reasons why some do not appear on this list including:
- They do not want to be ranked by ContactCenterWorld
- They may have had a a negative growth year and do not want to be shown on any lists that promote movers and shakers
- They do not want to pay us the nominal fee to participate and expect us to do this for free even though we provide weblinks to those listed
