Babble Completes Two More Acquisitions in the North-East and Scotland #contactcenterworld DCS, based in Newcastle, has been a provider in service-led delivery of managed networked services since 1992. Bringing together a broad portfolio of partners and services, the acquisition will further develop Babble’s presence in the North-East of England. Halo Communications offers voice, data and IT services to small and medium businesses across the UK from its office based in Kilmarnock. The acquisition further strengthens Babble’s presence in Scotland, following the recent acquisition of 8020 in Dumfries.
