Egypt's IST Forms Alliance with BlueCrunch
Cairo, Egypt, Jan 14, 2019 -- Egypt-headquarter customer experience (CX) service provider IST has announced an alliance and investment with BlueCrunch, a software company that provides businesses with mobile applications and portals for customer service. BlueCrunch will add mobile apps and web portals to IST's portfolio of CX services. This will harmonise everything from contact centre inquiry to product or service delivery, so that the customer engages with a brand rather than individual silos within an organisation.
