CM Helpline Cases: Show-cause Notices to Four #contactcenterworld In a meeting to review complaints pending at CM Helpline at different levels, collector Manish Singh ordered effective implementation of CM Helpline by providing satisfactory resolution to each complaint. "Action will be taken against the officers/employees, who are negligent in resolving the cases of CM Helpline," Singh said. He said that such applicants should be identified, who register complaints at CM Helpline with mala fide intention to harass and blackmail others. "Such persons do not have any direct relation with the complaints they file at CM Helpline" the collector said, adding that punitive action should be taken against such complainants. During the review meeting, the collector issued show-cause notices to assistant director of Backward Classes and Minority Welfare Department Sumit Raghuvanshi, chief medical and health officer (CMHO) Dr B.S. Saitya, principal of Government Women’s Polytechnic College Ashish Dongre and Lead Bank Manager OP Anand for alleged negligence on their part in disposing of complaints registered at CM Helpline.
