The new company is called Raya Customer Experience LLC, and is headquartered in the state of Delaware. Medhat Khalil, Chairperson of Raya Holding, said that enhancing Raya’s presence for call centre services internationally has been a goal they have been seeking over the years. "We were waiting for the right opportunity to have a strong presence in the huge US market, which is especially important in the field of outsourcing," Khalil said, "We announce our official presence in this promising market and start providing our services there." He added, "Our endeavours to acquire outsourcing companies in the American market go hand-in-hand with the establishment of our new company, and the step of establishing the company will not deter us from acquiring already existing companies in different markets." Ahmed Rifqi, CEO of Raya Contact Center, expressed his happiness with the step, stressing the importance of expanding in the US market. Raya operates in five countries around the world, namely Egypt, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and the UAE, and the new US affiliate will further expand the Egyptian company’s global presence.
