The jump from 20 staff to 92 delivers on the Tasmanian Liberal Government’s election commitment to deliver more than 70 jobs and is the result of a well-planned transition in just under two years, ahead of schedule. This has been achieved by expanding the types of roles available from exclusively sales to sales provisioning; service; retail IT; learning and development; people and culture; workforce management; credit; operations and change management. Cambridge has also undergone a significant modernisation with local contractors used for a major refit increasing the total capacity of the call centre by 30 seats.
