Tokyo, Japan, Aug, 2023 - transcosmos inc. hereby announces that Shanghai transcosmos Marketing Services Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shanghai, China; CEO: Eijiro Yamashita; General Manager: Toshiya Okada; transcosmos China), its wholly-owned subsidiary, has begun to deliver "transpeech," a voice recognition solution designed for the Chinese language environment. With its voice recognition technology in place, the solution helps clients reduce costs and streamline contact center operations while controlling service quality, thereby boosting customer experience (CX). transcosmos launched the Japanese version of "transpeech" in 2018, followed by the Korean language version in 2022.
