Planned Outage to Stabilse City’s Data and Call Centre Systems #contactcenterworld Johannesburg, South Africa, Aug 26, 2022 -- Please be advised that the City of Johannesburg’s customer walk-in centres will be on a planned outage from 10pm on Friday, 26 August, to 7am Monday, 29 August 2022. The City’s walk-in centres will be closed during this period due to a power maintenance programme. The planned maintenance will impact automated and electronic services across the City. Customer Relations Agents will not be able to assist residents and stakeholders with billing and other queries until 8am on Monday. This power change intends to stabilise all the data and call centre systems for the City by keeping these seamlessly available during load-shedding in the future.
