Coventry, England, May 17, 2022 -- Coventry Building Society has more than 30 jobs up for grabs following an expansion at its head office in Binley. The society is recruiting for more than 30 customer service roles at its new head office building.

It says the roles are ideal for people looking for either entry-level opportunities or a step up from where they are now and offer training and development to help people build a long-term career. The society’s newest office is full of new features specifically for its customer service team.

It has open plan offices, collaborative spaces, quiet rooms, a self-service restaurant and more. The society made the permanent switch to hybrid working during the pandemic, with people combining days in the office with working from home.

Coventry Building Society says the roles are ideal for people looking to start their career or those looking for a new career. The society says they are also suited to people who want a job that "makes them happy" – Coventry Building Society was recently named 17th on the UK list of best companies to work for and one of the top 25 for wellbeing.

Sam Richards, head of customer service at Coventry Building Society, said: "We have some great opportunities to join us at our brand new office and in our newly re-furbished branch network. These roles are well suited to friendly, customer focused people – where we’ll teach the skills and candidates bring themselves and their enthusiasm to us.

"The ideal candidates for our contact centre and branches enjoy working in a team, like talking to people on the phone and feel at home in a fast-paced environment. We also have opportunities in our lending team where we are looking for candidates who have fantastic attention to detail and are used to working from a PC.
