Now, they will receive the call and provide a satisfactory reply to patients' query or relatives instead of transferring the calls as done earlier. The Helpline will also provide information regarding home isolation, availability of beds in hospital, ambulance details and treatment protocol. He said in March around 22,000 calls were received.
