Omaha, NE, USA, June 7, 2021 -- EPIC Connections, an Omaha-based contact center consulting and professional services firm, announced the promotion of John Glantz to Chief Operating Officer and the addition of Carrie Messinger to Director of Marketing.

Since joining the firm in 2017, John Glantz has served as a Senior Consultant and Vice President of Consulting Services managing the consulting business unit and onboarding customers to contact center and CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) technologies. In his new role, he will oversee business operations, execute business strategy, and will play a lead role in the company’s future growth initiatives.

Carrie Messinger joins the business as a Director of Marketing and is a certified agile marketer and accredited scrum master. She brings competencies from experience in the SaaS industry and will oversee branding, campaigns and promotions, and introduce new mar-tech solutions to the business. She will work closely with sales and leadership to transform the company’s digital assets and customer acquisition strategy.
